Ordered our food at 3pm to be ready for 6pm and still waited an additional 30min. We work 14hr days as front line workers hence why it was ordered for a specific time. Definitely no time management! We won't be ordering again when it can't be ready on time.

Food is good but nothing different from other Chinese food. However, I really did appreciate the service. I called 5 minutes before their closing time but they did accomodate my order and waited for me to arrive to pick up my food before they close. Will definitely come back.

Here while out of town yesterday I had the opportunity to give Pagoda a try. Here's what I found out. 1) the food taste was right on point (not to salty) secondly I like how they give you options of multiple meats for example in the chowmein. Thirdly the sweet heart delivery driver thanks for bringing me this food. It sure delivered and wanted to leave a review saying thank you.

(Translated) Leaving the beach on a Sunday night, we arrived at the restaurant, not sure it was still open. We were very well served, promptly and warmly despite the fact that we were 8 including 3 young children. Clean restaurant, charming old-fashioned decor, good portions and attentive staff (they even took care of the kids while we ate), a much better choice than eating at McDonalds or KFC. Remember, you are in Ontario and you can not expect to be served in French, but there are staff members who speak it. (Original) En sortant de la plage un dimanche soir, nous sommes arrivés au restaurant, pas certains que c'était encore ouvert. Nous avons été très bien servis, rapidement et chaleureusement malgré que nous étions 8 dont 3 jeunes enfants. Restaurant propre, charmant décor vieillot, bonnes portions et personnel attentionné (ils ont même pris soin des enfants pendant qu'on mangeait), un bien meilleur choix qu'aller manger au McDonalds ou au KFC. Souvenez-vous que vous êtes en Ontario et qu'on ne peut pas exiger d'être servi en français, mais il y a des membres du staff qui le parlent.
