Normally I love Quiznos but I find this place fails to deliver on the usual. I really don't like it when the person building my sandwich uses the cash register with gloves and then goes back goes back to finishing my sandwich. And I feel like I'm pulling teeth by asking for those are some peppers. Some franchises are better than others I suppose

The service is great and the employees are nice. The subs though barely have any substance. Literally a baguette bread split in two with excessive dressing and a sprinkling of lettuce for color. The soups are what you can expect of bagged, reheated and premade soup: a delicious helping of 2 days worth of sodium intake.

Les propriétaires ont refusés de le faire en me disant que c'est pour les états-Unis seulement, alors que c'est une promotion de quiznos.ca, et qu'il est clairement inscrit dessus valable au Canada et États-Unis. La madame a une petite balance pour pesé la viande, elle dechire les tranches qui sont pré-mesurés par Quiznos pour en mettre moins. J'ai vu 9.7G sur la balance de bœuf pour la sandwich de 9Po. Bien déçu. Si tu ne veux pas respecter les règles de franchise, et bien crée toi un restaurant à toi! Si vous aimez Quiznos, évitez celui-ci. Quiznos devrait faire fermer cette franchise. Ils sont en train de brûler le nom Quiznos.

(3 star) The food was good. Well made, warm, crispy and a tad messy. And the customer service was nice.. until they think you can't hear them. I had a nice little chitchat with one of the ladies at the register as i paid. (No lines) Great for building a customer/employee base. As soon as i sat the two employees complained about how they hate when customers try chatting. Don't work in a service position if you hate human interactions. To me, service is very important and this is the second time i experienced this at this Quiznos. I really hope it was an isolated incident and they work on correcting this. (4 star) 9 months later I come back and the employees were a lot nicer this time around. Overall the sandwich was good. And the seating area was clean. The soup had an odd sour taste to it. I was thinking that they added lemon juice to it? Idk but I wasn't a fan. 4 stars. Definitely more comfortable with coming around now.

I used to like Quiznos but I have not been for a couple of years. My sandwich was very bland and a little dry. Quiznos used to have pickles and sauces on a small table that you could add to your food to spice it up but they do not offer this any more. I am not sure if I'll go back.

Been here three times now, after forgetting lunch for work. Same two ladies every time, they don’t care too much about how nice the sandwich is put together, and i would have much preferred a few napkins than a thin piece of paper towel to wipe my hands after the mess of a sandwich. Everything still tasted fine but the customer service is minimal, if any.

I went in to take advantage of a promotional offer of one free small sub for any purchase for downloading the Quiznos app on my android device. When going into said establishment where many co-workers had established it worked as intended and they got their free small sub, I proceeded to try and purchase a small item; to which the manager and employee present said they would not honor the promotion unless I purchased an item of similar or greater value; I proceeded to point out in the app, it says ANY PURCHASE in the small print, and they told me because they are independent owners, they can deny any promotion as they see fit. I proceeded to ask for the Quiznos complaint number and was denied that as well, finally at their checkout, I pointed out one last time on the screen of their register's front counter, it says in letters "*Free Small Sub with ANY Purchase" and once again was denied. I left unsatisfied, and quite upset. I havn't gone to Quiznos in years and they just lost an attempt at making a new customer. I'll also be telling all my friends and co-workers as well that this particular sandwich shop will not provide advertised goods even on their own screens.

Ordered through uber. It was way before 9pm. They accepted my order. Courier went there to pick up and arrived shortly after 9pm. They close 9:30. Lady at the counter held the courier with no information and then told he at 9:25 that they were closed and could not accept the order. What? Order was already accepted otherwise the driver would not be sent there by uber. What a terrible service, they didn’t want to work so they just kept postponing and never made my order. I have a pregnant wife at home and she was left starving by those s*** customer service, and we had to order mcdonalds which clearly is not the best choice. I hope nobody order at this place again.

I've been to this location three times - The first experience was good, as the subs were made well with lots of toppings, etc. The next two times were absolute and utter disappointments. I ordered one of their chicken subs, and the amount of meat on there was easily 1/2 of any other previous Quizno's order I've ever placed. I complained and they insisted that was the right amount - whole areas of the sub had no meat whatsoever, just a couple toppings. My third (and what will be my final) sub from there was a meatball sub. The bread was over-toasted and there were only 4 meatballs total on a full-size sub. I moved all the meatballs over to one-half so at least I wasn't eating solely bread. I took a couple bites and simply threw out the rest as I could barely stomach this over-toasted bread. How on earth can you post pictures of sandwiches with the correct amount of meat on them when what you serve is simply a fraction of what you advertise?

Wow, this place is just sad.. first the attitude from some of the staff, almost like they were forced to work there and can't wait to let everyone know how unhappy they are.. then I present a coupon and they try and deny it (this coupon helped promote your location to me dummies, it helps you stop being so greedy) then check this out, I'm getting my toppings on my sandwich, and one of the ladies takes off her shoes bare foot, and climbs on the counter to change the menu in her Bare Feet! Yuk.. This sounds like a joke right? well I'm adding a picture lol.. I wasn't going to post this, but after filing a complaint, and being contacted by one of the people at the store, they made excuses over the phone and didn't even offer any kind of good-will gesture (not that I would have returned, but just principal) so I'm posting this to save anyone else from experiencing this, or a group that acts like this with their franchise and around people's food.. I find it ironic how it says 'cheese' next to her foot, NASTY

I never get over how much I love the the steak peppercorn sub. Best sub ever. And the service on LaSalle is amazing they were so kind and courteous to my son is he was beyond excited choosing his toppings and meat options. As a mother you can truly respect and appreciate any company to treat your child like a human being. We both loved our sandwiches and we will definitely be going back time and time again. I highly recommend the LaSalle location in Sudbury Ontario to anyone who is looking for fast efficient service and an amazing sub sandwich

First I'll just say the staff was friendly and hard working. No problem there.... But the food....... oh man... Don't.... I had the club. I have never had such an odd tasting sandwich in my life. The flavour of the food was straight up weird. The bacon was crumbly, which I guess Im OK with... but I bit into a piece right off the bat that I swear was as hard as a rock. gross. The meat (ham/turkey) was rubbery and almost made me gag. The rosemary bun (which, granted, I chose it myself) was a terrible choice. It did not go well at all with the excessively smokey bacon. Even the fountain pop was gross. I could taste either the plastic flavour from the cup (are they using cheap cups? I have never noticed this anywhere else) - OR - was it that the flavour I chose was just tainted with 9 other flavours? I'm not sure. But I won't be back....

I ordered a large and a medium sub I received two mediums. The bread feels like it’s five days old stale and The actual subs I ordered taste horrible. I have ordered from Quiznos numerous times, this store is under new management hmmm. I will never ever eat a Quiznos sub again as long as I live. I called to complain and all I got was a whole bunch of sorry. I told him while he’s trying to save a dollar by serving stale bread it’s going to sink his franchise and he is going to become bankrupt. Good luck with your reputation Quiznos!

The service is sub par at best, forgetting to provide you with the items you ask for and a fairly sloppy attitude. For a tucked-away location located inside a gas station, this little place is not bad at all. I've always had friendly service here and of course, Quizno's subs taste great. If you are looking for a quick meal at a great location, check out Quiznos! Highly recommended! They have a large variety of toppings. One of my favorites was the Chicken Baja. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a delicious cheese and assortment of veggies. The baja sauce was amazing and left a great after taste. They also have some great desert options including their home made cookies and chocolate squares. Their staff are very friendly and provide fast service.

I would LOVE to support the last Quiznos on Vancouver Island... but I can't. Order 3 sandwiches. Chicken Cabonara made with so little chicken that several bites were only bread. Black Angus... ordered with no onions, got extra onions. Sandwich thrown out. A "Sammie" made with so much lettuce it was soggy NOT very happy to waste almost 30 dollars

I worked at a Quiznos for almost 7 years in BC and I was excited when we moved to SK that there was some still open as the two in my old city shut down and around area. I've been to this location a couple times in the last two years as we live an hour away. Each time I've walked in, the chips and drinks aren't filled. The tables from afar are dirty and look sticky. I noticed the worker had her iPad out and purse so her mind must be preoccupied by that and not keeping the front up to standard (or from what I've seen, cleaning the bathroom). The sandwiches were bland and the mayonnaise tasted sour... Quiznos back in the day was great, but some franchise owners really run it down the ground it seems.
