This was one of my favorite places in Kingston. I usually eat here 4+ times per week. Unfortunately, last week I was struck with food poisoning after eating my favorite chicken wrap. Something about it tasted off and I was going to ask to replace it but the cafe filled with people and I decided to just take my chances. Big mistake. I brought it up at my doctor's appointment this week who advised me there have been many cases of food poisoning downtown Kingston the past few weeks. I tried contacting them so they could be aware and I was ignored. Won't be eating here again.

a little on the pricey side, but they can have my money. The baked goods and coffee are SO GOOD!!!!!!!! Here’s a delicious sticky bun i had. Highly recommend and I will def be going back.

A very lovely place with very lovely staff! :) I love how they provide vegan desserts, vegan grab-and-go lunch options and a wide variety of plant-based milks for your lattes! Their matcha with oat milk is my favourite! It is also a great study spot for students. Love it here!

This place has a very friendly staff with great service and the coffee is delicious. I had a medium iced coffee with no sweetener and with oat milk. They even have a patio!

The matcha lattes here are amazing. The quality of the matcha itself is great and the drink is delicious. Their sandwiches and savoury snacks are also super tasty. It’s a bit pricey but super cute environment and definitely a place to try in kingston!

My Aunt and Uncle own this restaurant. They are really nice and I enjoy driving 2 and a half hours to go to their coffee shop. Their manager, Thomas is really nice and the worker Christina is also really nice. I love visiting their place because they always have fresh baked goods. It is a wonderful experience at Crave. (Hi auntie Julia and hi uncle John) Say hi to Thomas and Christina for me.

The pastries here are amazing...Fresh, flavourful, and just the right amount of sweetness (other places have overly sweet products); it seemed like a real pastry expert made these. We came back on our last day in Kingston and again were impressed with everything we got, including the coffee.

Great place for breakfast. At good location. Their coffee and hot chocolate is quite bitter which I don’t like . Less menu options for cold coffee drinks they should have latte drinks added to their menu . Overall atmosphere is good. Their bagels are the best and should be tried . Highly recommend this item. Nicw atmosphere, clean, friendly and quick service. Pastry variety is decent, all super fresh. As foe the coffee, I expected a bit more from a place which roasts its own coffee, since my latte was kind of flat in taste but all in all it was decent. The Pecan Nacterine muffin is heavenly. Cinnamon rolls also looked awesome, but I waen't at the mood...

Great coffee place with lots of vegan options! We got some veggie samosas and vegan chocolate chip cookies. Both options were amazing!

First time in dt Kingston and saw this place packed. I gave it a try next morning for an Americano and a mocha. The Americano was okay. I was not a fan of the cocoa sauce in the mocha unfortunately. It was too sweet and hard to taste the hint of bitterness from a nice mocha. Considering the price point and the lineup, I probably won’t recommend it.

I stopped by and wanted a nice cup of pour-over but they sadly do not offer that here. However, they have a host of signature drinks and having been overwhelmed with options, I asked the barista to surprise me with whatever drink she wanted. Fun little experience for us all. She got to choose a drink and I got to try something I normally wouldn't. Ended up with a Frosted Mocha something, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The frosted portion of the drink had a subtleness to it that I appreciated. Also, I don't recall the Batista's name but she had an awesome English / Australian like accent.

THis place was amaaaaazing. I was googling cafes to go to and I found this one so i gave it a try. The atmosphere was unreal and comfy for studying. I also made a friend while I was sitting, which is also a bonus. Prices a little steep but it tastes great.

I loved Crave as a Queen's student! The coffee, treats and wraps are all good. The staff is also very friendly. I just wish there was more seating because sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot!

Both the coffee and the baked goods are amazing here! We had lattes as well as a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting which was unreal. I also noticed the staff was very friendly and were being extra kind to some elderly patrons which warmed my heart. I'll definitely be revisiting!

I had a hot chocolate which was nice, I also had a Portuguese butter tart or something which I usually don't like but I enjoyed here. We stayed till close and the staff politely informed us of it and so we left. I cannot make any recommendations for improvements at this time. It is clean the food looks good I think I might go again.

Every single thing for this coffee house is worth trying for sure! There is an amazing atmosphere and hands down the best coffee you can get in Kingston! They offer a wide variety of coffee, tea, lattes, and so many cold drinks as well. On top of that they have a bakery that you couldn't even dream of! Which an outrageous number of options, and food avail or as well they ha e literally ANYTHING you want! Internet cafe available for anybody who need to do work and may not have the means at home, or people who just do t want to work at home. A perfect place for students, business people, and coffee lovers alike.

Great vibe, a great selection of beverages, the most scrumptious veggie samosa (a must try) and really kind and courteous staff. A big hit with the university crowd, so it's often quite busy, but a must visit spot!

Cute space, huge array of baked goods, and what I tried was outstanding. Basic butter tart was perfection, and the chocolate butter tart....yes, it sounds weird, like two things that have no business being together....but you better believe it works! We will eat there again next time we are in Kingston.

Visited this place while staying in Kingston, polite staff, they have very delicious fresh bagels and good coffee! This coffee house has a calm environment in the morning and I’d recommend it for people who want to have breakfast/snack while working on their laptops/electronic devices.

Excellent coffee and selection of desserts. We got lattes, the pumpkin cinnamon bun, and the walnut honey cake. I loved the cinnamon bun the best! The has lots of seating but also even more people studying, so be prepared to sit on the patio or take the order to go.

I was there Tuesday April 20th. Roughly around 4pm. Nobody seemed like they want to ask me anything but avoiding me to go on with another customer. I just wanted to get a treat as it was my favourite spot every time I go downtown. Not anymore. Worst customer service!

5 stars for the always super friendly service, and the absolute best espresso in Kingston. Espresso and espresso based drinks alike are always consistent, smooth, and tasty. The tea and ice-teas are delicious, as well as the Italian sodas. I'm not a fan of the apple cider – It would be better if it was made with steamed apple juice/cider with a liquid sweetener. The baked treats are hit and miss for me. I do appreciate that there are always gluten free and vegan options to choose from, but the GF options I have tried are not always as tasty as they look nor as fresh as you would hope, but still good.

I appreciate their vegan options! I like the vegan chocolate almond cookie, but it’s quite dry. They combine vegan with GF as many other bakeries do, so if you want a moist cookie, you’ll have to choose non-vegan. Also, I have tried a few iced teas and all were watery with little flavour. Their regular hot tea is good though. And tea lattes! But maybe avoid green tea since each time it’s been bitter - likely from too hot water. Giving three stars because I really want to like this place more but always seem to be slightly disappointed.

Very lovely local coffee shop with a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The staff is very nice and friendly. Can be crowded during much of the day and during the evening. Enjoyable sandwiches, coffee and pastries to enjoy.

I bought a whole bean coffee, namely Ethiopia. It was roasted one week ago. That was GREAT! Also, it is not expensive. I spent a lot of time to find a good coffee and finally I found it. I don't know why but it perfectly fits my grinder and machine. (I use Gaggia classic, and Eureka grinder.) I will also try their espresso shots in coffee house soon. When I buy it, they gave a free drink. That's also nice.

Great coffee shop downtown. Cinnamon buns are definitely in my top 5 favourites list and are a must-try. Gave the sticky toffee pudding a try this time and was super impressed, they heated it up so it was warm and melty. Only downside to this place is that it is often crazy busy, it can be a scramble to find a seat and have good conversation with your coffee buddy.

Not a big coffee drinker, but their sweet treats are amazing. They make great cinnamon buns which are huge and great for sharing and come in a variety of flavours. They also have cookies, squares, and tarts. My recommendation is the Portuguese tart.
