I live and work in this neighborhood. I have been enjoying Mrs C's Deli's food for years. The service is friendly and fast and the food is amazing. I especially love the soups. * If you like hotdogs, You HAVE to try the Whistler Dog. It is sooo good!*

Mrs.C's is consistently making some of the best tasting and most unique soups in the city. One of the best places to go for lunch on a cold Winnipeg day (it is equally as great on any other day). Get there before the lunch rush, as there is not a ton of seating and the place fills up quickly. Usually open until 2 during the week. The daily special usually consists of a fresh sandwich/wrap with soup and choice of a few different salads. I have never had anything there I was not pleased with. Personal favourite it perogy soup. Taco Soup, Chicken Soup, and Pizza Soup are also exceptional. Highly rexommended and great value for the price.
