The waitress is super rude, she did not say hi as we came in, she was rude when we were ordering our food. This has to be one of the poorest customer service I have received, and it's sad because I love to support local owned restaurants /stores.

Was served the worst example of sunny side up eggs ever. Burnt bottom, raw, slimy egg whites on top and when I politely asked to have them remade, the waitress (owner?) snatched my plate from me and stomped off swearing under her breath. This wasn’t an isolated incident, I’ve been there about a half dozen times and the poor food and attitude have been pretty consistent. This was the last straw, never going back! *Poorly prepared food *Rude service *Never going back

I ordered through skip the dishes, and the woman i called (blonde woman) was very unprofessional and has no customer service whatsoever. Every one else is so friendly and polite but the blonde is not friendly and seems to have her nose in the air. The food was DELICIOUS but the one staff member was absolutely horrendous.

Father-in-law was telling me about this place and that he liked their food. So thought one day i will try it. Stopped in around 11am...Decided to have breakfast. Pretty Standard breakfast...Eggs, Sausages and "Hashbrowns" Everything was an average normal breakfast, nothing to be bragging about, but why call the potatoes "Hashbrowns" because they were not hashbrowns...They were literally a potato cut in long slices mixes with some kind of spices but not fried at all. It reminded me of potatoes that we would have with something like roast beef or a turkey! Not breakfast! That turned me off but the eggs and sausages were fine. Again average very normal breakfast aside form the so called " Hashbrowns". Keep in mind that always tend to support local businesses and that is were you will find the best food and the best bang for your buck...but not this place. I have not tried their burger called the "Luigi burger" which i may or may not give it a shot..not sure...and on top of all that, you have to serve yourself and pay upfront! which i found disappointing but not a deal breaker....

As their hours are 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM this is a breakfast and lunch only restaurant. If you miss the old days of the cafeteria style Salisbury House's than you'll feel right at home with Luigi's. You order at the front, pay, and pour your own coffee or water. The food is brought to your table. Although some people might not like the serve yourself coffee I loved it, you don't have to wait when your cup is empty and the coffee is great. The waitress does go around to the tables with a pot when there's time which is also nice. I loved the breakfast potatoes although I did not care for the overpowering taste of the home made sausages or the flavourless eggs. The menu looks great though and I'll be back again.

UPDATED review! I go here all the time for a great priced breakfast special. The gentlemen in the kitchen are always super friendly and even if I walk in past lunch hour(just after 1 pm when they close at 2) they never give me a sour face or an unhappy comment because I'm wanting to enjoy something to eat at this time) I wish I could say the same for the lady behind the counter. I really enjoy the food here, that is what brings me back. I work evenings so I wake up late and love breakfast and I'm always super quick in and out. I also work in a restaurant and understand when someone walks in before closing it is frustrating. But I never walk in Half an hour until close or later. It's always a decent amount of time left. I also never make a customer feel like they're doing something wrong by wanting a bite to eat at my business. If anything, you would be thankful they're coming in to your business. That's how I feel atleast? I used to tip quite a bit here but now I lowered it due to those reactions I felt, I also come in earlier, but if someone is more kind to me and inviting then I will tip more. The breakfast is delicious though and always super quick ???? I'll always reccomend louigis! "Yum, love the old school cafe type ordering. Friendly staff, family owned. Yummy food. Go check it out. It was my first time, I wasn't sure if I ordered at the counter or from the table. I went to the counter and asked the woman standing by the till doing paper work, she didn't even look up at me she just told me that I order here. She asked what I wanted (still not looking up & continuing her paper work) and I said the breakfast special, she looked up and rolled her eyes at me and then had me give my order directly to the cook that happened to be walking by. Minutes later she served 3 men (without the eye roll). She brought other orders out for different tables, but my order was brought out by the cook that took my order. Also I went to sit at the first table closest to the till, only to be told that I could not sit there because that was the owners table.

Slow for food to arrive even though no one else was waiting for theirs. Bit down on a small rock in the hashbrowns. Waitress was more concerned with her phone than bringing a condiment my friend asked for. Won't be going back
