Stayed in 602 - Great room, very clean and spacious and well maintained. Good quiet evening. Staff was great, and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were better than average for Holiday Inn. Would like to see some real cutlery, it's not very west coast when we produce just as much waste (paper plates, plastic spoons knives, forks, cups, etc) as food consumed per gram.

Great family place to stay. Plenty of free parking on-site, gym, pool, hot tub, and a fantastic breakfast with a dining area. Not your typical breakfast, there are lots of fresh options. Pay per use laundry machines available on site. They do allow pets for a fee.

This hotel was an amazing stop to relax after a long trip. The room had great air-conditioning and everything was clean and fresh. I was very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The selection and quality of the food was good and being allowed to bring my wife breakfast in bed was a nice touch.

Breakfast could be better. Hotel rooms pretty expensive to serve cheap grained oatmeal. You always can cook good whole grain oatmeal for guests. Pastry and bread quality is so so. Work on breakfast please. Thank you.

Stayed here just after they opened. They staff were great and very accommodating. We had a large group, the staff opened the breakfast area for use to use the tables for card games and allowed our kids to use the computers for some videos games.

This is my go to hotel chain when travelling because every Holliday Inn I visit never fails to beat my expectations. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, and rates are comparable to hotels with lower quality rooms.

Highly recommend if you have children and need to beat the heat. Staff excellent and pool is a great way to occupy them when you don't want be in the sun.

Stayed for my granddaughter birthday. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They brought her a birthday balloon and a treat and wished her a happy birthday. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and we were very impressed with how immaculately clean the hotel was. Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay here! The staff were pleasant and helped maintain covid measures. The hotel was immaculately clean. I witnessed staff taking great care to sanitize the elevators and hallways when I returned midday and I really appreciated this. The location is prime and there are lots of parking for guests around the vicinity. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. My only complaint about the hotel is that the walls/floors are thin. Will be back the next time I stay in Kelowna!

This is the Most professional and friendly staff we came across at holiday inn through our entire trip from cariboo chilcotin coast to Vancouver Island. Everyone feels pride in their job and super friendly, which definitely shows who is running it.I would say they are almost as friendly and clean as at Best western in Quesnel. Thank you.
