Today we were heading home after having our truck serviced and decided to pull into Barb’s delights. Just as we went to park the fan belt busted in our truck. We called BCAA and went in for lunch. The owner/servers were so kind and pd for our lunch because they thought we had enough stress for one day, she even asked if we needed a lift somewhere. Their food never lets you down, and their community feeling of small town care....wow doesn’t get any better Thanks Barb

Upon arrival we stood at the front ungreeted and unsure where to go or if we sit down. Felt awkward standing there for 5 minutes while everyone stares at you. We ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles. My Benedict’s I asked for medium poach and I get hard, During this time not once did my server ask how our food was and if everything was what we asked for. We also asked for Pepsi and was brought coke, I get it’s a Saturday and stuff but the customer service needs to be worked on. Aswell as the sauce was pretty bland, Presentation was nice but over all not that great.

You get large portions of whole food prepared with quality ingredients, and you can expect the proprietor to check in with you casually while not being intrusive. If you live in Kelowna and want to time travel to simpler times where the owner/chef is proud to serve you tasty and healthy food, try out Barb's; the price is fair, and the quality is excellent!

If you like Ukranian food or just want to get a nice homemade meal you absolutely must try Barb's Delight! The food is fairly reasonably priced for being homemade Ukranian goodies. I had the pierogies, sausage, and Rice and beef cabbage rolls. Everything was super tasty and tasted nice and authentic. The place itself is a little bit plain but that just adds to the charm. It has a thoroughly "Home" feel. It's a little bit hard to find but if you want a great home cooked meal swing by!

Barb's is a neighbourhood eatery, catering to the busy local commercial/industrial area. The food is basic, but well-done. They've spaced their inside seating area really well, and added an outside patio area this summer, also well-spaced. The lady that helped us was lovely to deal with, and the service was efficient. We had a nice visit ...

I am lucky enough to have Barb's Delights very close to my place of employment. She has excellent home cooking and a breakfast that cannot be denied as one of the best in town. Whenever I'm looking for a decent meal I know I will not be disappointed by going to barbs. The staff is always so friendly and I have never had any problems with any of the food they've served me ever. It is always being delicious. Keep up the excellent work

Great price for large portions of food! The staff is friendly and sometimes can be very busy, the food speaks for itself. The owner Barb is so welcoming, I hadn't been in a while used to go with my dad but he passed 2 years ago she remembered us and his order. I don't make it out this way too often but when I do in the am it is a must stop!!
