We celebrated my husband‘s 60th birthday party during Covid and we decided to hire a chef to prepare a meal for 7 family members in our home. This was our first experience hiring a chef and all night I kept saying this is so much better than going to a restaurant! Christina loves what she does and it shows!! She is a fantastic person and an amazing chef. The food was great quality, presented beautifully and was delicious. Portions were huge! Right from the get-go Christina was available to answer all my questions and she came up with just the perfect menu for a special evening. The kitchen was left in perfect condition with not a dish to wash!! It was like having a 5 star restaurant in my own home!! I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone and I can’t wait until her next event to hire her again! Thanks Christina ????

I commissioned Christina to make dinner for my wife and I for Valentine’s Day and even with short notice (4 days before), she accepted the request and delivered our meal hot right to our door. I requested beef tenderloin and without an ounce of exaggeration, the meat was falling apart in my mouth. It was like I didn’t even have to chew it. The steak was complemented with roasted potatoes, broccoli, carrots, and asparagus and she was kind enough to make pizza for our son as well (which he ate it all). To add to the list, she went above and beyond by giving us a bottle of non-alcoholic wine as my wife is pregnant and she wanted to give us that added experience. As for pricing, it was a high value meal and when compared to costs at higher end restaurants that offer the same steaks, Christina delivered a better experience and more flavourful dish that doesn’t leave you reaching for your water glass every few minutes. I will definitely ask Christina to cook for us again and highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a delicious meal at a great price. Thank you Christina!

My parents were supposed to be in France for their 40th wedding anniversary, a trip they have been planning for a long time. Covid hit and they had to cancel their plans. Not being able to throw them a party for this milestone event, we (me and my siblings) decided to surprise them with a personal chef cooking French inspired cuisine in their own home! Of course I called Christina, and let me tell you she was AMAZING! The food was fantastic, the set up and clean up was perfect and she wow'd my parents with every bite they took. I had Christina cater my son's First Communion. She was amazing. We chose to do a casual style pizza party, where she came and made fresh pizzas for al our guests. They were delicious, and it was such a nice way to celebrate together while not having such a formal dinner. She also provided salads and the most amazing table length charcuterie board. All the guests were raving about not only the food, but also how lovely she is as a person and caterer. Her demeanor and service style is UNMATCHED. I also have used her services to gift "charcuterie boxes" to friends and family on their birthdays, and have gifted her soups and pancake mixes at Christmas as teacher gifts. Highly recommend Christina for any of the services I mentioned, but especially for a family function!

Christina catered an event for me in August ( at the recommendation of my sister). We had live music, and I was playing, so needed someone to help me with hosting and food. Wow.... was my sister so bang-on.... Christina was so easy and friendly to deal with from my initial phone conversation with her , right until the event completion. A super friendly, down to earth person, with personality plus. We went with a pizza oven theme and 2 salads. It was awesome. Every guest commented on how good the pizza was at the event, and emails that followed. Really cool oven that cooks the pizza in 90 seconds. If you’re looking for someone to cater your event...stop looking and book Christina... I would even suggest you change your date if she’s already booked.... you and your guests will be very pleased you did. Fantastic food and organization, and more importantly and a bonus, is she is a super nice human being ! Fantastic day !!!!

Bad service. Was pleasant on the original call, wherein Christina made a bunch of promises about how she would be able to handle all of our needs. But she became unresponsive thereafter. Was unable/unwilling to provide us a quote within 2-3 weeks. Did not respond to emails. Took one of our subsequent calls but was still unable to deliver us a quote.

I had a small get together yesterday in my backyard and had Christina Cooks cater our lunch of Neapolitan pizza. She set up a pizza stand fully equipped with a pizza oven and made absolutely delicious pizza. Imagine watching her make freshly made pizza in your backyard! The pizza was delicious, not only were my friends were impressed - they couldn’t get enough. Christina is an excellent chef and throughout the process was very professional and easy to work with. Leading up to my dinner, she work with me to create a menu that all my guests would enjoy. Everything was prepared on site and she also brought everything she would need for the night with her. Nothing less than perfection! What a positive experience from the moment we chatted with Christina. A true professional in every sense and the patience to work through the menu was key in the whole process. Christina worked with us to ensure my sons Communion was an event to enjoy and remember. The food was incredible, traditional with modern fusion. So thoughtful…we requested beef tacos cause it’s my sons favourite and Christina recommend her shrimp tacos! We explained that my son is not a big fan of shrimp but she highly swayed us to stick with the shrimp and drop the beef tacos. Very happy we did because everyone could not stop talking about them! This is where Christina melted our hearts….she made special beef tacos just for him and the kids. This was so kind and showed the passion she has for her business. Such a beautiful person! Christina catered a rehearsal cocktail party for us and it was truly fantastic! The delicious food was devoured by our guests and they all loved it - especially coming into the house and seeing the sushi boat (that she herself created). We also enjoyed desserts including mini tiramisu glasses. Not only was all the food amazing, but she cleaned up the kitchen and made a point to congratulate our Bride & Groom. We hired Christina in August (2019) to cater a family party that we were throwing at a rental venue. I had past experience with Christina through my place of work that had used her catering services. I knew her food was excellent as was her professionalism. However, she still managed to surprise me! She is so friendly and kind and her professionalism takes her service to the next level. Her food was even better than I remembered (which I didn't think was possible)! Part of our menu (which she customized for us) was her portable pizza oven. I cannot say enough about this service! She came on-site and made pizzas fresh right in front of all our guests! This pizza was amazing!!! Our guests raved about how amazing all the food was. Having Christina as our caterer really made our event. Food is an extremely important factor to our family and it takes a lot to meet the expectations. She was super responsive when I initially reached out and she and I came up with a few good ideas to make the perfect plates. Christina was flexible, accommodating (I have a gluten-free preference and she made my meals as such while still cooking the regular menu for the other guests) and CLEAN!
