Steve was very wonderful quick quiet and respectful. He really works for you as his customer. The food was well displayed, delicious especially the coconut cream pie (was my dads favourite and he would have loved it) All the guests for our celebration of life really enjoyed the food. They wanted to take the last pie. We just couldn't share ???? It was too good. The food was definitely a hit and all our guests were inquiring about his catering services. The convenience of the trays was definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!!

My wife and I were originally going to use CH Catering as both our wedding venue and caterer. However, much to our dismay, COVID forced us to cancel using his venue. Steve was completely professional and understanding, which was a massive relief to us! The good news is that we were still able to use him to cater a small group for our new, mini-wedding. Steve brought his food truck to our new downsized wedding venue, complete with our originally requested bbq-style meal. Both Steve and his staff were friendly, organized and efficient, and the food was absolutely delicious! (We highly recommend the smoked beans!). He really went above and beyond to make our wedding truly special. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone - both my wife and I couldn't be happier with our choice to use Steve.

I booked with Steve and C.H. for my wedding right in the middle of the pandemic. Steve was great at making everything work out and adhering to all of the provincial guidelines. Keeping our wedding guests and his staff safe was his top priority and the catering was excellent! He opted to bring a food truck which was decorated with some wine barrels and perfectly matched my theme! The head table was served and the rest of the guests made it through quickly. We had so much great feedback from our guests and would highly recommend! Thanks Steve!

Backyard Brisket BBQ

We had an amazing time at our niece’s wedding reception. The appetizers were delicious and kept coming around during cocktails. Our meal was absolutely delicious and so were the late night grilled cheese sandwiches made to order. The professionalism of the staff ensured that the event ran incredibly smoothly. Nóbl Events was able to work with CH Catering this weekend on a small wedding we were both hired for by the Bride and Groom before COVID hit. Throughout the many months between our first contact and the wedding itself we were immediately impressed by their flexibility, openness to collaborate as event professionals, and their kindness as people! The food and service provided by Steve at C H Catering was excellent. Steve was very easy to work with and very helpful with making the right selections for our wedding. Everyone absolutely loved the Texas style brisket and crabmeat mushroom caps. The cost was quite reasonable. We highly recommend!

HORRIBLE service!! Tried multiple times to get a quote for my wedding. Emailed, called, everything. Finally chef Steve called me back 2 weeks after leaving him a message (a month after emailing) I gave him information on what i needed and he said he would go over things and email me a quote asap. It's been 3 weeks and still no quote. I understand it's a busy season, but this is ridiculous. I would NOT recommend going here!

I contacted Steve and he answered the phone right away. He said the only reason he answered the phone was because he was waiting for a call back from someone- really? I've been waiting to hear back from him since that day- funny how that worked out. We had a scheduled phone appointment for the next day at 10 am instead I got a text. I text him back and have been waiting ever since for him to confirm a couple of dates. I have even called him and left a message. It has been 10 days since I heard from him. This is very poor customer service. I have moved on because I don't feel that hiring him due to his lack of interaction would be a good idea. He just might decide not to show up the day I need him. Sad, very sad.

Steve and his team catered our wedding this past weekend and provided 150 attendees with an amazing, hearty Texas style BBQ meal. We received SO many compliments from our guests about their meal, most especially the brisket and ribs. The service was great as well, and all staff were very courteous. Steve was wonderful to work with throughout the months leading up to our big day - he was very accommodating, patient and flexible, and even took the time to provide vegetarian and vegan options for our guests who have dietary needs. Prior to us providing our deposit to secure his time, he visited our home and provided a sample meal, which won us over immediately. We would highly recommend C.H. Catering for your events, Steve and his team will not disappoint! (Thank you, C.H. Catering!!).

Country Harvest Catering was an amazing venue for our daughter’s wedding in September 2021. The first time we met with Steve and Karen they exuded professionalism and confidence. They listened to the bride and groom's dream and helped them create their perfect day. The outdoor ceremony and cocktail space was breathtaking. Their staff served our guests in a friendly manner. When you walked inside the reception building you were walking into a fairy tale. Our 100 guests were served quickly and the food… oh the food was hot, flavour pact and plentiful. Our guests could only say wonderful things. With every part of this wedding the team handles it with calm, quiet guidance. Country Harvest Catering scored a solid 10 out of 10.
