so a few days after x-mas we ordered from this store. I have celiac disease so must follow a strict gluten free diet. I ordered a gluten free pizza for me and regular pizza for my family. I just called today to order the same and was informed that they dont have gluten free pizza at that location. I said that I ordered it before and was informed that i was probably given a multi grain crust! I dont think they even realize how dangerous that is! I was sick for about 2 weeks after x-mas not knowing what i could have eaten to make me sick.

Anytime I have gone in everyone was always so friendly and smiling and it was very clean. All the workers were very helpful and the service was great as was my food. THANKS TO ALL.

Tasty Professonal pizza !!! Other pizza resto in Town are cheap pizza not eatable and to much price for what you eat!!

No stars given for my most recent experience. The delivery guy refused to wear a mask inside a business, and was making me feel very uncomfortable with his comments and his very rude behavior. All while being very belittling. Will never buy from this location again.

The wings are really good, that's about all I can say that's positive there. Bought a large Hawaiian a little while back when I went to try it the pineapple was hard like a rock and the ham was super dry and tasted very nasty and not sure if it was the pizza but I was sick for 2 days after.

I ordered 3 large and 1 medium vegetarian pizza yesterday, and order was not correctly made. One of the pizza we ordered was supposed to be pineapple and jalapeño and instead we got the same ingredients as the other pizza’s. It wasn’t a really nice experience because all the toppings was in the middle and the outer side had only dough on it. Definitely won’t be getting any pizzas from them now on!!

Reopened in December 2019. Was closed for a year. There is a lady with tattoo on her hand who is always at counter but refuses take any orders from customers. A friend tried to order a large and they was given a Medium and Small, because they ran out of large....Absolutely the rudest, I guess it's back to Toppers.

Iwent to pizza hut and ordered a large meat lovers. I was told pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes before pizza was ready. Left with pizza to a motel across the street. Washed up since I just finished a 15 our work day. I opened the pizza box to find a Hawaiian pizza. I returned to pizza Hut with pineapple pizza at 8:20 and informed them that I recieved the wrong pizza. I was told they close at 8:30 and the ovens were off and all they could do is give my money back. You would think that if they are open until 8:30 they would be ready for business until 8:30. I did get refunded my money. I would not recommend this place based on the service. As for the pizza I can not rate because I never recieved a pizza. Thanks Howard Faulkner

Last time I ordered from the Kapuskasing location in Feb 2020, I had to wait over 2h00 for my takeout order. Unacceptable! I called to place my order and was told it would take 45mins for 2 pizzas and some wings. It takes me 20mins to drive to the Kapuskasing pizza hut. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I paid for my order and was told to wait some more because they were behind on MANY orders. I was left waiting in the restaurant for an hour and 40mins. I watched as other people we're given discounts on their orders, but none was ever given to me by the owner/manager. Terrible customer service by a bunch of teenagers with no manners. Employees being very rude to customers on the phone. Employees and their kids walking in out of the kitchen area helping themselves to food being prepared for customers. Not very sanitary! Not impressed! Customers beware!
