Best of the best in Kamloops. Nowhere in town offers good smoked food like these guys. It’s a must try and you’ll be back again soon. Good variety for a food truck, reasonable prices and very good sized portions. Staff is always very friendly and chatty. Make sure you show up early because they can and do sell out fast. This is the casual and delicious food Kamloops has needed and I hope they stick around. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Shawn and his crew catered my daughter's wedding this past weekend. I can not rave enough about the service we received. Shawn went above and beyond what was required to serve us our food hot over an hour and a half away from town. There is no way I can thank them enough for what they did. And the food..... oh my goodness..... they nailed it. Just to let you know every one sends their compliments to you guys!!! Everything was absolutely amazing, I could not even pick a favorite dish. A day later, we are eating leftovers and already planning the next event we cam have just to order the food!!! Thank you Shawn and please pass our thanks along to your staff!!

Just because it comes out of a food truck does not make it good. The portion sizes are big. However the food is bland. The pulled pork dinner I ordered had plenty of sides but it was very bland and lack seasonings. The fries are the same as Costcos. Worst part was the pulled pork was very watery and tasted like it has been boiled then the sauce added after. Nothing tasted "smoked".

I have ordered the brisket sandwich and pulled pork/brisket poutine in recent visits. A food truck located on Fortune Dr. in the alley of Lordco parts. Very generous portions and quality cuts of meat. The fries in the poutine were breaded and crispy with a rich gravy and moist and well seasoned pulled pork and brisket. The brisket sandwich had a thick cut piece of smoky brisket with hints of applewood and hickory, topped with sautéed onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and a tomato based sauce. Very delicious, however I thought some acidity or heat might have offset some of the the richness of the food. Maybe a Valhalla hot sauce is in the works? Highly recommend!

We have the pleasure of having Valhalla at our location last summer and we got to enjoy there GREAT food. If you have a chance to try they're amazing food then do it!!! By far the best food truck we have worked with and the most popular food truck we have ever had at our location.

I wish there was a 6 star option. I have eaten there well over a dozen times as well as had them cater a party and every single time the food has been absolutely perfect. The brisket is exceptional as is the pulled pork but by far my favorite is the Bacon Cheeseburger. That thick slab of pork belly always initiates the flavor jets in my mouth. Great people, great service and great food every single time!!!!!

Delicious hot food with huge portion sizes, highly recommend their dinner for 2, well actually recommend everything on their menu. We ordered the dinner for two which was not only amazingly good it was also hot, fresh and enough food for not only supper for us both but lunch the next day as well.

If you want delicious food, Valhalla Smokehouse is for you. The staff were incredibly polite on the phone and in person. Excellent portion size and unreal flavour. When my girlfriend and I first ordered from here, she took her first couple bites and said: “Holy, this is so good it should be illegal!” Would 100% order again and again and again!

I only made it here once during my 4 weeks in Kamloops with my erratic schedule. Unfortunately some days they close up or have the truck gone completely. When they are there and open thier food is amazing. I love that they take your order and then bring it out to your car.

Very hit and miss. My first order was a Heathen. Very good with all the meats tender and juicy. My second time I ordered a Brisket Meal. Sides were terrible with the Mac and Cheese reassembling a bland noodle with a weak garlic sauce. Almost like an old Lipton Side package. The Brisket was very chewy and dry and appeared to not have been cooked for long enough. Very inconsistent. When there're on its great but when there're not its very disappointing.

Hands down the best food truck in Kamloops! Their Hordes poutine is my absolute favourite:) The portions are huge, the brisket and pulled pork melt in your mouth, the bacon has the most amazing smokey flavour and that house made gravy is unreal *drool*

Brisket sandwich. Brisket wont pull apart as you would expect from a decent smoked piece. Is it edible, yes, with a knife. Is it a 16$+ sandwich? Definetly not. 1 bonus star for good service
