This place has always provided me with amazing food and service. They have no problem with custom orders or special requests, they can make just about anything on the menu vegetarian or vegan.The staff that work there are very friendly and accommodating and remember your preferences after just a couple visits. Definately one of my favorite places to go in Kamloops!! Highly recommended but the food and service speaks for itself, no need for my hype. :D

Went in today for the first time; ordered chicken "baja" tacos which where basically a ridiculous amount of coleslaw with a few little bits of chicken. They tasted weird and were definitely not worth $11. TacoBell is more Mexican than this place. Probably will not be back.

So disappointed....been going here all of my life but lately it seems the quality and service has declined severely. I always place take out orders, and they're always missing the fries! Which are like 5$....also lately the ground beef in the tacos has had clumps of pink meat. One day I went to pick up an order and had to wait, which would normally be fine, but the girl who was on Mexi fry duty was taking fries in her gloved hand, putting them in containers, then wiping same gloves hand on her pants. Then she took that same hand and popped a mexi fry into her mouth, and continued to work. Seriously bad hygiene and if the boss saw her probably fire her. Too bad as they got alot of my business. I hope the owner/boss reads this and takes action, as there is no taco time in kamloops lol

In short: 1: Food is great 2: Customer service doesn't exist 3: CHECK EVERYTHING if you are getting take out. 4: THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ALLERGIES UNLESS YOU LITERALLY GET THE MANAGER OUT FRONT. Great food and selection. The soft and hard tacos and the Mexi fries are the only thing i have gotten so far from here. MAKE SURE TO CHECK FOR ALL ALLERGIES. After being assured there was no dairy in my meal, it turns out whomever was cooking didnt bother reading the "NO CHEESE" part of my order. Spent the night in the hospital from an anaphylactic reaction. During this someone i was with called and all they offered was a "meal credit" for almost dying because their staff didn't bother doing their job. When i went in to get that meal i asked for my entire order comped because of the fun time slowly dying. The *best* they could offer was my meal and 25%. Probably the last time i eat here because of this mess and a POOR response to it. Aside from the cheese they also missed paid for add ons with the rest of my meal.

Our trip here was very good and we will be back :). Supremo fries with beans instead of beef and added guacamole were delicious! Husband loved the beef burritos. The only negative was the veggie burrito: I asked for no sunflower seeds and then double checked a second time but unfortunately it came loaded with sunflower seeds (good thing it was not an allergy issue) and there was waaaay too much very bland rice inside. Otherwise a great meal and we recommend Senor Froggies! Update—weve been back 3 more times....and each time the order has been wrong. And the rice is awful! We also notice A LOT of druggies and homeless hanging out here, sleeping, shooting up, parking their garbage stuffed shopping carts. :(

I have been going to Senor froggy since the day it opened. They use a lot of fresh ingredients they make their salsas, beans tortilla chips in-house. It's small kind of funky the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a decent selection of beer Canadian and Mexican. I guess you would have to call at fast food but it's nothing like a McDonald's or Burger King or any of that kind of stuff. My daughter worked there when she was in high school so she knew all about the kitchen in the food and it is good. The owner is almost always on site. I'm looking for a big meal the Super Burrito with extra red sauce is my absolute favorite! Comes with tortilla chips the small lettuce salad. I think it's about $8.00. They have lots of parking and it is handicap accessible. Kids are totally welcome. You can also get their food delivered at "skip the dishes.

One of my favourite places to come to when I visit Kamloops. Everything is fresh and delicious and LOVE that everything is hand made, including the sauces and salsas. If I could eat a crisp beef burrito and a plate of chips and cheese with beans for every meal, I'd die at 40, but I'd die fat and happy.

SO thrilled to see they added a hand washing station since covid, that is thoughtful and couldn't have been cheap, but so much better than just hand sanitizer. Fantastic tacos, burritos, nachos and Mexican fries. Been a patron to this establishment for 20+ years, and plan on many future visits. Whenever you come through Kamloops, do not miss out on this place! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SPEGHETTI FACTORY, it is the single worst thing that has come out of business aside from the questionable management. They're great at cantina food and should have just stuck with that, because it is truly excellent.

Food was just mediocre for the $$. Establishment was not very clean, all the tables were dirty when we arrived and it wasn't even busy. We ended up having to clean our own table after the waitress dropped the cloth off and never returned to finish cleaning... our order was not right. There were only 2 highchairs in the establishment, not enough to go around. Salsa bar was mostly empty and not replenished. Disappointed overall.

I have to say that this place is just.....Great. It's hard to get 5 stars in my books, but besides the "Mexi Fries" (Which are really just a bunch of Tater-Tots), this place is as Authentic as you can find in a redneck town like this. Great Cantina style Mexican food, with great flavours, well-though prices, and lots of home-made options. It's become a favourite of ours and we still come back often. It's not 5-star for being 5-star, it's 5-star because it doesn't try to pretend to be anything else. Never been let down, the experience is always as anticipated.

Is it an authentic Mexican experience? No. Is it damn delicious? A resounding yes! I was in there briefly, but the service and atmosphere was excellent. If you are passing through Kamloops, or a local, I would definitely reccomend it.

North shore location. Small portions. Both my friend and I ordered the same item, the BFB. Usually this is enough. Both of us thought the same thing, each BFB was half the size as usual. We asked the lady working there when she brought it to the table if the portion size had been reduced, she said it depended on the cook as to the size of it what was made. The taste of the food was good though, as usual. Both of us left hungry, where usually the BFB is enough.

Ordered in by phone then went to pick up my order around 6pm oct 1st and they messed up my order when i repeated myself 3 times on the phone...went in to find my chicken baja bfb burritto was a salad in a bowl...told them what i actually ordered..then they re made it to a beef burritto so i had to go back again..finally my order was right. 2 times before getting it right leaving my other food cold before going home to eat. Was not impressed. Waisted my time and we ended up having to microwave our food. However the staff was really sorry and the ladies were really nice about it, I just wish there was somthing that could have been done about it.

This place has authentic dishes and in house salsa bar! It's also licensed for liquor and serves beer and wine if you like. On the chance your dining friend doesn't enjoy mexican foods, you could order pasta from the Spa•ghet•ti menue as well! On the rare occasion that they got our order wrong, they have made it right immediately or with a GC. Great friendly service!

We often stop at Senor Froggy’s on a way through Kamloops. Service is efficient and friendly. I have tried both their Mexican and Italian food options and have never been disappointed. Portions are large and the food is flavourful. I highly recommend stopping in at Senor Froggy’s!

Kamloops' best Mexican food! I grew up with Señor Froggy when it was in Northills Mall. A family favourite. The location has changed, but the great food remains! I have always loved the ground beef used in their tacos and burritos, and the other ingredients are fresh - so delicious! I've since grown older and expanded my appetite - the entire menu has many tasty options. If pasta is more your thing, they offer several pasta options with house-made sauces. I've had that a few times, but it is also good food!

After visiting twice prior, yesterday will be my last. The service was atrocious! I waited 30 mins. just to get served! I ordered spaghetti with meatballs... so after all that waiting, they still messed it up and forgot the meatballs!! Pathetic! Dirty! Understaffed! I usually have the best experience here! Unfortunately tonight’s service at the North Shore location was unexpected and I left feeling disappointed. Our server was rude, blunt and unpleasant. Even tried joking with her but she stayed silent. When she brought The appetizers out, she didn’t Ieave us any cutlery. When my guest went to counter to ask for the cutlery, she rudely said she’s bringing more food out, meanwhile holding the cutlery in her hands, so my guest returned empty handed. Surpremeo mexi fries aren’t exactly finger food. And usually you eat appys first then the rest of the meal comes out. I’m starving and pregnant; so I went to ask for the cutlery, she snapped “ I know, I’m bringing more food out!” Still not giving us the stupid cutlery. Like why couldn’t she just be nice and hand it over? I’ve no problem with food coming at same time but why make us feel like we’re demanding the impossible? Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location for a while. Food was amazing as always tho!:)

A really fun experience, I'll definitely go again (and have). A sit-and-wait fast food place serving Mexican and Italian fare. Not the most amazing food, but the servings are large and the service is top notch. Average cost per meal is between $10 and $20.

I moved to Kamloops in August and once my family and I moved we were in search of a great Latin American traditional food in town. We decided to try out senior froggy and to be honest it fell extremely short in flavor and proper portions. Coming from a Latino himself I can't say that I'd ever eat here again. One last thing I will add is that the Mexican fries! It simply tatter tots with salsa on top!! To me that is defenetly no where close to traditional Latin food.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill substantially. Where once the super burrito was actually super... It is pathetically small now. When I order a dozen crisp taco shells and get home and don't have 12... I get disappointed. I also get disappointed when I order beans and measure them out at home to find out I didn't get what I paid for. What really makes me furious is that the lady taking my order walked away half way through my order to take food to a table so it didn't get cold (her words). I had a two item order. I mean seriously. I will be seriously reconsidering any and all future visits. I love supporting local businesses but just because your local doesn't mean you get my support. You have to provide good food and service. Stop increasing your prices and decreasing your portion sizes. One or the other, not both. I am completely done visiting senor froggies. I think Ill try taco hell next, at least they are consistently poor.

I've always loved the food and will continue loving it. The food is excellent. My one problem is that they can't seem to figure out that a phone order should be ready when you come to pick it up and not STARTED when you're there to pick it up. Even if you explicitly tell them that you want it ready. Basic eat in dining experience with some nice Mexican style decorations. The hot sauce alone is worth going here.
