This was one of our best Thanksgiving dinner's ever! Nicole did an amazing job putting together a three course turkey and prime rib feast for my family. She was very kind, professional and accommodating. She delivered, set up, and even carved our roast at our house! The dinner was beautifully presented in serving dishes, she literally took care of everything. The food was well prepared and delicious! We are definitely planning on using her services for any future events we have. We highly recommend her for any gathering or event you might have. Nicole was amazing to work with and her food was even more amazing! She was incredibly professional and quick to respond. She was very flexible and accommodating with all of the changes to our wedding plan due to covid. Besides all of this the food was unbelievably good! We had her charcuterie board and puff pastries for appetizers. I would have eaten the whole plate!! For dinner we had ribs, chicken, roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, grapes and green salad and ceasar salad! Everything was so good! My guests were going back for thirds and we feasted on the leftovers the next day. The portions were more than fair! I personally did not have a favorite but people called me to tell me how good the chicken was!! I could not have been happier with the food and service. Thank you so much Nicole! Hope to use you again oneday! :)

Nicole at Salty Fig Catering created a wonderful menu for my intimate wedding this past weekend. Everyone (of 12 guests) loved everything and we even had lots of leftovers to enjoy for a couple days afterwards! She was recommended to me by a friend and when I got in touch with her, she responded to all my emails in record time. When she arrived at the house the day of just before 6pm, she had prepared everything before hand and dinner was served at 6:30 on the dot as we had discussed. I did not get to see Nicole too much while she was there but she is very sweet and seems to have a passion for what she does. I highly recommend Salty Fig for any catering needs. Nicole did an amazing job of the food for our wedding! We had to change provinces and the number of people due to covid and on a whim I reached out to her in late April/early May to see if she could prepare the food for our revised ceremony and reception (in July). She responded within 15 minutes and was already talking food ideas. She put up with my numerous questions over email up to the wedding in July. When she arrived she was professional and went straight to work making a delicious charcuterie tray for the group's appetizer and then a delicious dinner and deserts. She went out of her way to also pick up the rentals (plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.) that we needed. All of my guests got plenty to eat and raved about the food afterwards. I would highly recommend Salty Fig Catering!!!

Nicole is amazing! My boyfriend and I decided to surprise our family by getting married last weekend and Nicole just brought the day to the next level with her catering. She was so great with meal suggestions! We had her make lunch (who knew wraps and salads could taste so good?!), appetizer/charcuterie board (tasty AND beautiful) and one of the most amazing dinners I have every had (seriously... I didn’t know tomato soup could taste so good and that risotto?!? YUM! On top of the yumminess, Nicole was also so kind, caring, and helpful with ideas for me to plan the rest of the day and even pitched in between meals. Long story short: great price, great service, amazing food - you can’t go wrong!

She is communicative and accommodating in every way. Even better, she is unflappable under pressure witnessed when the oven element broke during meal preparation. Her exceptional organizational skills and her planning in advance came into play. Appetizers and dinner were served hot and on time. Every bite was delicious.
