There are no Red Robins in Calgary and we were enroute home and decided to stop in. The salmon fish and chips were good. Unfortunately they'd given a burger with bacon to my oldest daughter, who is allergic to it. Thankfully we spotted it before she ate it and they apologized and did a new dish for her. Overall solid food and service.

Red Robin is probably my favorite restaurant. The burgers are always very good. And their entrees like the onion rings tower, wings, and fries are also amazing. The decor is also something to behold. The retro, circus/carnival feel makes the restaurant feel fun and welcoming. Definitely reccomend it.

The best burgers. I had the RR Royal burger, bacon,egg cheese burger and it was great. My wife had the beef dip and said it was the best she had. Both where under $13 with fries each. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick.

Was surprised how long we had to wait for drinks. Felt sorry for the waitress no help, heard a couple of people complain about the service and mistakes on the order. I was so surprised the Mac and cheese has gone up in price but the dish served was like a lunch dish. Higher prices and less food is definitely something to think about when you order certain things on their menu. Burgers are excellent tho.

Normally I only get the Mad lovers burger, the best in town, but I have found inconsistent experience between locations and even at the same location, it's kind of hit and miss if I am going to enjoy a good burger or not depending on who's in the kitchen that day. For that reason two stars, they have to get it right each time I am there. It's still the best burger for me but they are really need to get better at being consistent.

Deception! We came to Red Robin in Kamloops BC to celebrate our 5 years in the city, as the same we did when we arrived. At the first moment, the receptionist asked for signing a waiting list of 30 minutes (??). We didn't understand, because we looked around and the majority of the tables was empty. We then waited in the car until she could call us for coming back and have our dinner. Dirty floor, tables with rests of food and dishes everywhere, lack of staff, lack of some items in the menu. In general, the level of customer service was really bad. We ordered and after 15-20 minutes, the dinner was served. Fries was warm like it was ready for a while, not fresh. Burgers with smell of fat. Again, it was a deception. The Red Robin that we came in today (November 27th, 2021) is not even close to the restaurant we knew 5 years ago, and had visited prior Covid. It was a complete deception for a $110 meal for 4 people. We won't return to that place.

i created an account just specifically so i could post this review, now, first things first the food was great, no complaints there, the reason for the 2 stars is; the restaurant was completely dead, maybe 10 other full tables amongst the whole place, I watched our food sit in the kitchen window for nearly 10 MINUTES. now 10 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot of time, but when it’s dead, no one else in your section, staff are chatting amongst each other, you can literally just see it sitting there, it’s a long time to wait. it wasn’t even our server that noticed it sitting there, I believe it was a manager that saw it and brought it out for us. food was cold because it was sitting there for so long, we also didn’t receive our drinks until about 15 minutes into our visit there, never got asked for a refill (yes they were the bottomless kind) and I had ordered a freckled lemonade which was literally water with strawberries sunk to the bottom. we also waited another 15 minutes just for our bill even though we were clearly sitting there with our card waiting to pay, (another 5 minutes just to get the machine) many staff members walked by and glanced at us but no one stopped to ask if we needed to pay, didn’t think we would have to literally flag down someone. the waitress kept going go other tables (even ones that had arrived AFTER us) and they all ended up eating, paying, and leaving all within the time we were there. we ended up being at the restaurant for about an hour and a half when it should’ve only taken 45 minutes because of how slow it was. we thought about just leaving because of how bad the service was.

Good reasonably priced food and if you sign up for their free memberships you get so many random perks it's worth it definitely our go-to spot in town when you want a quick bite and casual setting. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part and i definitely have to acknowledge Nyree who was so helpful when there was a mix-up. Dealt with the situation calmly quickly and with grace.

I have been to this location before and the staff is typically really nice! It's always a little cold in this restaurant and I wasn't too wowed by the burger. One thing that disappointed me more so was the so called 'bottomless' fries were not so, and the less I have ever seen served before. Then pretty well after my meal was done the offer of more fries were offered, when I thought such an thing would have been done far earlier in the meal. Not too mention it would have been nice to have, a not massive serving of fries but a better then what I got serving size.

Our server was great the food not so much this time around the girlfriend had fish and chips, the fish was very over cooked the fries were soggy my burger bun was dried out, fries soggy my daughters the same and her birthday Dessert what's the brownie with whip cream and it was frozen And they forgot to microwave it is what we were told very disappointed it's always has been good food until this time period. The bathroom garbage in the men's room was overflowing and all over the ground looked like no one had been in there for a couple hours to clean up.

They are bottomless but never got asked and because of service issues I never asked. Pretty disappointed with this visit. Haven't been there in a long time. Not so sure when or if I'll be back. Once again the food was great!

The burgers are very good ???? I have a guilty pleasure for Red Robin and I always have! I usually get one of the Tavern double burgers because it is cheap and tasty. Love the bottomless fries and salad! (You can also get bottomless broccoli which is bizarre but interesting ????) **Also, if you think the tables are dirty because they are sticky, THEY AREN'T. Unfortunately the varnish on the tables is coming off which gives the tables an unpleasant sticky feeling. It's not the server's fault so please keep that in mind before you blame them. They really do need to invest in new table tops though honestly.

The service at my last visit was absolutely brutal. The kitchen was extremely backed up, which I can sympathize with but the server was ambivalent at best. We waited 45 minutes, and when I flagged down the server to ask how much longer it would be he didn't even have the courtesy to come back and give us an update. Walked out after nearly an hour waiting. I'd usually give 1 star for service like that, but it has been okay in the past so I've given a bit of leeway with 2 stars.

Food was excellent, service was good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that I called ahead to ask about our large family of 9 coming in for a 25 th wedding anniversary. I called because of Covid 19. I asked if we would be able to come and sit together. I was told yes, they would accommodate. We were seated at 3 different tables spread out. We were then told we weren’t able to share our appetizers... yes, I understand Covid 19 and I understand there are regulations, however it defeated the purpose of ya celebrating a 25 wedding anniversary. Had I been told we would be spread out over 3 tables, not able to visit or share appetizers when I called we would have stayed home and just made supper.

Love to come here for the strawberry lemonade and they have great burgers as well. But the service the last 3 times we have been there... man I wanna keep coming back but Id love the servers to get more training. Seriously , once we didn't get no forks at all , we had ceaser salads and weve asked 3 times they were apparently washing them. We had to leave without eating the salads. The service is so bad , they don't refill your sides or your drinks! They are friendly but they have no desire to serve you, take pride in their job. It sucks, I love Red Robin's.

Overall experience was good. The main issues were that our tables were sticky, the drinks had way too much ice, and the burgers were a bit soggy. The burgers did taste good though. Another issue was that it took a long time for our burgers to get made and given to us. The waitress was helpful and friendly especially catering for these many people. Overall, I think I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfactory dine in experience and a decent burger. Grade: B

A very good restaurant. A very expensive restaurant. To be honest, though, the food is well worth the price. COVID restrictions are pretty relaxed, you wear a mask until you get your drinks, basically, but you're better off reserving a spot if it is critical to a date or a similar event that you eat at this particular place. By the way, this is a very good date spot, just ask for a table away from children.

I have been a Red Robin customer for over 20 years, I even worked at one in Calgary while going to school. This Kamloops Red Robin is terrible. I have now had 2 negative experiences in a row here. I even wrote an email to manager and received no response. Food took forever, wrong burger, next burger was burnt, server didnt care . I asked for manager an told she left. Its Friday at 6pm and you have no manager? Next visit supposed to receive free burger through birthday rewards program. Told cant find it in our system. Showed server their website showing my free bday burger badge, she didnt care. I own a restaurant myself and would never survive with this kind of terrible service and product. Go to Browns across the parking lot or even McDonald's, you will be better off. Red Robin you just lost a family of customers for life! I have only ever given a 1 star restaurant review before but this is just unacceptable customer service. I hope you can learn.

pay attention to the consistent reviews of poor service UPDATE - JAN 2018 After having a 2 or 3 'decent' visits (nothing spectacular) we had a repeat similar to our first bad experience. The service was horrible yet The atmosphere had the young staff buzzing around, doing everything like cleaning and re-arranging inventory rather than serving tables. There were 3, what I assume managers that were overlooking the kitchen plates - switching between touching food and checking their cell phones while they stood there. Pretty sure that's against sanitary serving 101. That micro managing / hovering over the kitchen staff still didn't stop our poutine being served to us WITHOUT cheese(See picture)? The server suggested it was probably hidden in the sauce.....right..... I can only make an observation when the managers decided to treat themselves to a booth to meet/eat/socialize that the leadership here stinks and don't appear to support their staff by contributing, and doing a proper evaluation of whats important to the restaurant at that very given time (anything that would affect patrons should be done outside of hours) Out of the 20 workers that looked like Hosts / Servers only about 4 of them appeared to be actually delegated to serving tables. -----------------------original review from 2014 below ----------------------------- Wow - perhaps it was bad timing.... twice......(always have to give it a second chance, right?) the first server was good intentions, but apparently the kitchen staff decided to clean up for the night (dining around 8pm) second time, server was horrible, no check up, no drink refills, again about 5 tables and food taking 30 minutes. Atmosphere lacks a team effort amoungst waitresses, about 7 of them on the floor but one working the tables. these teenagers left running the place need some guidance, have someone there with some good experience show them the right way to represent your restaurant! All that is saving your bacon is the big name reputation that people rely on when visiting this location.I

Food was amazing! Was my first time there and I'll definitely be going back! I got the guac bacon burger and turned it into a veggie burger by removing the bacon and subbing a veggie patty. Also subbed chipotle aioli instead of the mayo and it was so good! My fiance also loved his burger and the cheese sticks.

Ordering pick up is a mess! Eat in orders are prioritised and there is crazy wait time for pick up orders. I was told it would take 25 minutes but waited over an hour along with a huge group of other customers. The staff were really friendly and as helpful as they could be, but something needs to be done about how online orders are processed.

I have been there twice about 3 weeks apart. The first time was before it was more open for covid stuff and the service and food was awesome. That is why we went back and the reason they got the 2 stars instead of 1, because the second time we went back it really sucked. My husband ordered the teriyaki burger and they substituted the cheese without asking if it was ok and when we complained the waitress just said they were out of the other. Was not impressed with my salad either. Saw it sitting under the heat lamp for 15 minutes waiting for the rest of our order and it was average at best. We also had to flag a waitress down to get refills on our drinks, she was too busy talking to the tables that had just guys at them. We were so disappointed that the next time we are in town we will go anywhere but here.

Red Robin has gotten too expensive! The quality of food and beverage doesn't come close to the prices they charge. We had great service, but that's where it ended. Not likely to go back to any Red Robin again. There is better value at other smaller restaurant's.

Honestly great food and great management, food was nice and hot. Was a little disappointed that I had to call a manager over to talk to a employee in the kitchen on Saturday night for deciding to yell at another employee in the parking lot? Like why the hell there? Guy was honestly out of line I had to step in because I thought he was going to hit the other employee (who is a female and who has been off shift for 2 hours) but over all great food Bryce was great friendly and fast with drinks, would recommend for the most part

My daughter ate chicken wrap Friday and was sick all day Saturday. Throwing up anything she ate . Sunday she is doing a lot better. This place is one of the best burger spots I've ever been to! My wife and I made our way here for our birthdays, only to find out you must register before taking advantage of their free birthday burger. Thankfully they let you claim it within your birthday month! So we made our way back a weekend later to enjoy our birthday burgers together! Upon both visits, we had exceptional service in which they were extremely timely and attentive and accommodated all of our requests and resulted in some deep conversations with our knowledgeable servers! Based on these excellent experiences, we made our way back a week later, only to have another superb outing! And on top of all this, their food (especially their burgers) are out of this world! And the price was right. Considering we ate at this restaurant, three times in three weeks and had an amazing experience each time says a lot about their professional staff, reasonable prices and fantastic food. Believe it or not, after three visits we can't wait to be back! Thanks Red Robin Staff for your excellent service!

Really poor attitude by the seating hostess and serving staff. I know it's difficult times. They make you stand outside in the hot sun, we had an infant a senior and a toddler. We were told it would be a short wait. The group who came after us were seated inside first, with us remaining outside. Upon entry the hand sanitizer pump was empty, the tables and seats were soaking with sanitizer solution, and they made us dry them with paper towels. It took 30 minutes for my drink, everyone else at my table had theirs. Server rolled her eyes when I asked for a straw for my 2 year old, and stated "You always have to ask for a straw since we don't just give them out." Proceeds to give straw to guy at table across from us, and takes 20 minutes to bring my child one. So, yesterday I went with my 92 yr old, and my bird Connor for lunch. (We sat outside) The 92 year started out grumpy but he was just hangry. Eventully I let Connor out of his carrier and everyone was happy about that too. I obviously wasn't thinking because this is where things went south quickly. A crow to quite a bit of interest in our table and I thought was neat until he started calling his friends and then I realized what was going on. I tried to get Connor back in his carrier but he was frightened and wouldn't go. The staff was great in getting us our bill and quickly out of there. Even helped with Wilfs walker. 3 Crows were circling my car by the time we were all safe. So thank you staff for the hospitality and the food.

Today my daughter and I came and sat on the patio for the first time. It's wasn't very busy for they only have a small patio with just over a handful of tables. My kid and I waited patiently for a bit hoping someone would come and take our drink orders or even talk to us so we know who our server was.... 15 minutes later we were still waiting. No one had even acknowledge us.... even when a server came to the table next to us to get them a refill on their drinks. So my daughter and I decided to leave. She was getting hungrier and I felt like my business didn't matter.

I have to say the food was way too salty. We ordered the fried pickles and it was pure salt. The waitress did take it off the bill which was nice. The rest of the food was douced in salt. My wife ordered the shrimp and chicken and she couldn’t eat it. Our daughters had a veggie burger and a pig burger and it too was salty. The poutine was just inedible because of the heavy salt. We had to politely deny more endless fries. Hopefully management can check the sodium intake in the food.The service from the waitress was great.

We took our daughter and visiting granddaughters from Calgary and it was a horrible experience. We ordered our food when the restaurant was fairly quiet and it still took over 30 minutes for food to come. My granddaughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which ended up arriving about 1/4 grilled and we ordered an extra order of fries because my husband and I both had bottomless fries. They never came. We reordered. They still didn't come and the excuse was that the restaurant had become busy. We had to wait fifteen minutes for our grandchildren to receive a second small drink which supposedly was bottomless as well. We never did get more fries and we also didn't get an apology. 5 thumbs down????

Went there with my Lady and brother for dinner last night...ordered the Monster burger and was asked to choose a "bottomless side" so not knowing what "Yukon fries" were, I asked my server. I found her description vague and misleading but ordered them anyway. She said they were potatoes cut into "rounds" instead of lengthwise. So I was expecting something like lattice-fries without the holes. Had I known they were warmed up Rip-L- potato chips ...for 1.49 $ more that real french fries, I would've passed. Very disappointed with my chosen side but oh well...live n learn. My burger was delicious though

Normally I'd give Red Robin 5 stars but I was disappointed last night. I completely understand that they were swamped, run off their feet & short handed in the kitchen, but those of us standing at the bar waiting for our pickup orders were not even just acknowledged while we waited to pay for and collect our orders was a lost opportunity for the restaurant. Working customer service myself, I understand when you get busy beyond your resources and ability to serve customers, but at the very least you should acknowledge those customers waiting and let them know you'll get to them as soon as you can, rather than just let stand waiting around feeling ignored. Most people will understand that you're shorthanded and overworked if you give them this information and some recognition early on rather than leaving them waiting and in the dark.

Went here for a late lunch and it was a little disappointing. Waited in the entrance for about 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Ordered our drinks and about 10 min later when the server came to take the order she said drinks weren’t ready cause they ran out of cups. Not joking... they ran out of cups. So drinks came out with the food. Food was good. When we were about to leave we asked to have the nachos packed up and asked for a little more guacamole and were told she would have to redo the bill and charge for the guacamole. We declined and left. You would think given the whole “cup” thing, the guacamole top up would be free. Not so.

Red Robin's has some of the best gourmet burgers EVER!! I'm from Alberta and they all shut down there unfortunately. Was visiting some family and friends in BC so we stopped by the Kamloops location today. Burger was so damn good, missed Red Robin's so much. Glad it's still around somewhere. It took a while for anyone to notice we were at the front door and when we were seated, the hostess looked like she just got back from her break as she was wearing her purse. Service was slow and the booth and woman's bathroom was very dirty. Food was good, but it took a long time to get my beer. The only reason I would go back is because my daughter loves the bottomless oranges and apples. Overall...a total casual family restaurant with a low standard of service.

Really enjoyed eating at Red Robin's again! My husband and I were very disappointed when they closed our local one in Edmonton and made a point to stop here on our BC road trip. I am still looking for a decent replacement for our favorite burger joint back home. I wish I could write a positive review but unfortunately it’s not the case. We’ve been to Red Robin many times and always have a good experience, and today was the first we order it at home. We order a bacon cheeseburger with fried and a pig out tavern double with garlic fries. Both burgers came with very little bacon specially the pig out tavern which is suppose to have a considerable amount of bacon. Pig out also didn’t come with bacon crumbles and looked a fairly smaller than picture and from what we remember. Both fries were light on salt and the supposedly garlic fries had no garlic at all and rather a light sprinkle of parmesan. This was our first bad experience with Red Robin, but for the price we pay and for what we expect it was unfortunately pretty disappointing.

We have always gotten great food and service from Red Robins. Having moved to a different area of town we don't live as close anymore and therefore we don't go in as often. Recently when we do make it in we have noticed a change in there treatment of allergies. It seems that policies have changed. We have been told on two separate occasions by two different staff members that none common allergies can't be looked up. We understand that for a restaurant food allergies can make preparing a meal so my husband prefers to order foods that already do not contain what he is allergic too. When he asks if a meal has it he isn't asking to make things harder, he is asking so he doesn't order that meal. We were told this is a company policy. This doesn't reflect on the staff or the meals. Both were great.

Worst experience at any Red Robins. The service was so slow and i understand they were short staffed but it was poorly managed and unorganized We were told by them that they were short 2 servers so the manager was also behind the bar. I know they were trying with different servers helping to bring food and drinks out but it was not good enough. The hosts were standing around not helping and maybe they didn't know what they were doing but it's not hard walking up to the tables and asking if they want refills or help the servers with delivering orders, cutlery, cleaning tables etc. I ordered the entree Mac n cheese and it looked like a kids dish with a 2 inch (length) piece of garlic bread and fries. The menu actually said salad and garlic bread but the server was too flustered for me to bother complaining. One of our friends didn't get his burger because the kitchen forgot to make it. The server was nice enough to comp it but it took a long time to make it and he ended up taking it to go. It took several tries for the server to get our bills and it was not correct. Another friend spoke to the manager/bartender about her drinks since she never got her 3rd margarita and she was charged for doubles even though she only ordered singles. This experience was disappointing to say the least and even though I understand the difficulty of working understaffed, I feel the manager needed to step up manage better. We definitely won't be coming back with so many other options around.

Be nice to these great folks! Lets start from the moment we sat down - Its a bit like that old skool phrase "things that make you go-hmmm" Hubby & I - "Hey! Theres a Canucks game on, can we turn off the food network & watch the game!?" response from frnt end mngr - " "sorry, we dont have sports channels anymore" WHAT? Okaaay. Hmmmm. There will be concessions to make these days... Let's carry on. So she left. We talked about how the Loops Blazers & Canucks team jerseys shouldnt be up on the walls anymore. Looking around, it was empty for a 630pm Friday night, no sports teams inside. Hmmmm. There was always some kind of sports team in here! Alot of space to socially distance. Weird. We ordered. Looking closer around - cleanliness seemed confused - clean touchable surfaces, yay, but gross floor. No to bags or purse on the floor here. Hmmm. Food came.. Such small portions. What happened? Its only been a couple of months since we had last been here. Unlimited stuff, yes, but not at all appealing. Hmmmm. We watched the food network explain in detail just how bad we should feel about the food in front of us. It feels like the (US) Head Office wants us to see them as a McRedRobins fastfood joint now. (Hey! Easy to put a drive thru behind there, take out patio, good corner!) Zoiks! - Even their music is bad. Hmmm. Geographically, this eatery is a short walk from our University. It used to be crawling with TRU students and sports teams of sooo many kinds. Not in this environment any longer. It makes a difference! Your restaurant persona/relatablilty is confusing! Boooo. In 2008, I helped, as a kitchen staff member, to open this place. Today - My sandwich was serve on a plastic mcmelamine tray :( Ew. What a steep decline Head Office has driven this chain to. One cannot fault the staff, they truly are doing great, despite challenges/shortages of every kind! Staffing, food supply, gov't/health dept regs, ect, deprived as mother nature tortures the BC Coast & Country yet again. Yes, we noticed more food sales from skip the dishes, than customers in the short time we sat there. Covid times, okay. BUT! Long time fans of Red Robins WILL recognize the miserly changes from the head office, that will end badly for us Kamloopsians. *Come on! Give us back the sporty upbeat place it used to be! This is an athletically AND Gastronomically enthusiastic city/country, all year round!! Big mistake with such drastic menu skimps and cheaping out on the fun, sporty vibe. 〰️ Skip it! We certainly will not return :(

The food is always delicious at Red Robin. We are constantly trying new items on the menu at the Kamloops Red Robin because everything is so gosh darned delicious! Wraps. Salads. Burgers. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. They will even lettuce wrap your burgers on request! We have never been disappointed when we grab a to go order from Red Robin! I swear the staff know me by name now because I keep coming back! And why not? The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful! If only you could somehow get bottomless fries when you order takeout :-)

Ordered through Door Dash. Delivery driver was great, contactless as requested, he missed his tip we left out though. :( However, Red Robin sent the wrong order. I called them to inform, got transferred 3 times to a manager. Told the last guy that the order was wrong and his basic response was 'sucks to be you' He gave me two options, either come pick up a new order or deal with Door Dash and was extremely rude about it. This was not Door dashes issue in the first place, nor mine. Fix your mistake! I'm not driving across town when I ordered in dinner for a reason. Very disappointed and will be going in to speak with the real manager tomorrow.

We visited Red Robin in Kamloops last week. The food was good. However, the cleanliness of the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting and it stank pretty bad. Our table was sticky, the cutlery was still dirty and the ketchup bottle... well, let's not talk about it. Both our kids drinks arrived half empty. Our server brought us a second cocktail which we didn't order and promised it would be free. She ended up charging us full price for the "free" cocktail. We won't go back.

Hmm. Tough one. I like the food. I find the restaurant busy, loud and a little snug for my taste. The table was sticky on this visit, I assume the finish on the table was breaking down due to cleaning chemicals: I found that "icky". Food was on point and wait times were on par. Verdict, ok for a family dinner with the kids but didn't hit a home run for me.

Another one of our favorites that used to be great but has gotten worse and worse to the point it's not worth the headache. I even wrote the manager about our last experience and they didn't even respond. Service has gradually declined, refills not done, empty ketchup bottles, very slow to take orders, no fry refills offered, no included deserts offered and in general the servers don't care. So sad because it used to be an excellent and regular stop for us for lunch and dinner. Their ability to help us with our sons peanut allergy with ease was a huge help but it doesn't outweigh the very poor service that's been the norm lately.

We took our kids (3 have birthdays together) and the food was good but the kids picked Red Robins because in the past the staff would make a big deal and sing to them. There was lots of staff and the restaurant was slow (we went later in the evening) but our server basically ignored the fact it was their birthdays. I can understand when it's really busy but tonight it felt like he just didn't care. I can look past the fact some drinks were forgotten among some other things but it was super disappointing that after leaving my kids felt they didn't care about their birthdays especially since before it was such a fun place to go for a birthday.

Our youth soccer team travelled from the lower mainland to Kamloops for a game yesterday. I had phoned the manager, Nyree, last week and placed an order for 42 takeout meals (burgers/sandwiches) in a spreadsheet sent by email. I confirmed the order with Nitan (the other manager) yesterday at noon to pick up the meals at 5 p.m. All of the food was prepared and labelled with each person's name. The dinner was hot and delicious, with no complaints or mistakes. I would strongly advise anyone to go for lunch or dinner there, and we plan to return in May for our tournament.

Loved the burgers and the servers mask, great service for a decent price, the one downfall was the plastic "glasses" were spotty it we got see straws. No biggie but with covid 19 being top priority type stuff you'd think straws would be recommended or mandatory to prevent anyone's "germs" from being transferred to the cup directly, where a server or dishwasher might touch it and they're contaminated and so on... I was so sad when the red robbin places in Alberta closed down, especially in edmonton because we live there. We haven't come here in years and when we were coming back from Vancouver and saw there was a red Robin here, we were so excited and happy. Food hasn't changed, it tastes the same and it's great!! No longer gluten-free bacon which is basically on all of the burgers. Used to be one of the only burger places to still have relatively safe eating and several gluten free options when I want a burger, but no longer. HUGELY disappointing! Still great service but the menu is now so limited for my dietary requirements that I do not see myself frequenting this franchise much longer. Been coming here for nearly 30 years. Sure I can order without the bacon but why should the bacon even be coated in wheat flour other than for convenience or because the quality is reduced? Considering the options on the menu if I want to go out for a salad my list of restaurants is much larger. I guess thanks for broadening my horizons. This is definitely not just all about the bacon just frustrated at the choices made for convenience by this franchise after spending so much effort to offer lettuce wraps and gluten-free buns. Our server, even though he acknowledged he us finally after we sat for some time and apologised, proceeded to have a long conversation with two other tables and still had not brought water or could at least take our order and enter it in. We had one issue with an order and they fixed it right away. We like to go a little later so it's a little quieter ,bc it's such a great family restaurant, It fills up fast around dinner time. Definetly one of our favorite spots

Great burger. Waitress was horrid. She was slow and ignored us. Manager ended up getting our drinks and food and then drinks again. Wanted to tip him but when it was time to pay she magically showed up.

I don't know but if you're going to specialize in burgers you better make the damn best burger in town and I conclude that I make a better burger myself so I just stay at home now I cook my own Burger on my George Foreman. And I even make myself extra fries for no extra charge

Terrible service! As you can see in the picture they didn't even clean the tables. So here we are, on holiday, enjoying a beautiful night. Having a drink, and that is what I looked at. Further more it took us 40 minutes to get our salsa and chips. They claimed it was a crazy night, but as you can see, it's empty. Shame on you Red Robin!

Ordered a Double Pig Out sandwich there. It was heaven! The garlic aioli was rich! Decent service, could've been more attentive because we didn't get napkins or cutlery until we went to their service counter to get some. Food is good there since it's a chain restaurant but mostly local kids serving. They could probably use a little more training in waiting.

This place has gone downhill so fast! Sure for those more interested in quantity than quality, there are the “bottomless” items on the menu (fries, Caesar salad etc), but if you’re looking for good food served hot and in reasonable time, give this restaurant a very wide berth. It’s always short staffed - profit margins are obviously more important than good service. I feel for the poor servers because they bear the brunt of poor management as they try to placate frustrated customers. Red Robin, I say... Get more staff! Decrease your profit and increase your service levels because you have a fairly decent menu.
