She was wonderful to work with from start to finish beginning with the menu planning through to the clean up. The best caterer in Kamloops! Local ingredients prepared by an amazing Red Seal Chef who knows what tastes good! Highly recommended by myself and over 150 Staff who have asked for her food year after year! They are also conscious about food waste and donate back to those who are marginalized. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it’s owner!

As a wedding planner, I have the opportunity to get to know many caterers and their offerings and Nourishing Gourmet always exceeded my expectations with the quality of their food, their willingness to create unique menus for couples and their professionalism at events. Sameena rolled effortlessly with our idea to re-create our favourite charcuterie boards with cheese from our non-traditional cheese wheel cake. She and her team tirelessly prepped these boards and then served an AMAZING meal for our family & friends who were all immensely blown away by the food they enjoyed. I would highly recommend Nourishing Gourmet to any couple looking for a delicious and well priced wedding meal served by a professional and caring team. It was a genuine please to work with Sameena and the team. They catered our staff Christmas party. The food was amazing! The team was punctual, they did everything for set up, the food was delicious and plentiful. They even prepared food packages to those who couldn't attend our event in person for us to drop off. I cannot recommend this service enough. This was our first catered event, it will not be the last. Nourishing Gourmet is the only service on our list for our next event.

The meal was so full of flavor, each item seasoned perfectly. The meal arrived hot and fresh, the salads were nicely chilled. We served 47 people and had only great comments from everyone. More than enough food. Sameena was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. Would recommend her services anytime for any crowd.????

We had Sameena and her team cater our wedding. From the first initial meeting to the last dish served everything about dealing with Nourishing Gourmet was top shelf. Sameena helps create the experience you are trying to put across to your guests. We wanted something different for our wedding meal so we went with a pig roast . Sameena’s preparation and pig roaster were phenomenal. All the guests were blown away by the taste of the meat and the “crackling” was the best I ever tasted. Many guest said the same. The entire meal was memorable and done to perfection. As someone who as been in the food industry for over 20 years five stars doesn’t give this team there due. What a great food experience from the service, to the process, and of course the food. Use this company if you are looking to create an experience for your guests or clients. Favourite part of our night was when our guests started chanting “chef” when we acknowledged the hard working amazing meal the chef and her team had prepared. Enough said!! We attended a wedding in September, and were blown away by how amazing and beautiful the appetizers were and inquired as to who the caterer was. We found and it was Nourishing Gourmet, and we hired them to cater an event in late 2018, and they were absolutely phenomenal. The food was AMAZING, the Staff was so well organized, came in advance to set up, and extremely friendly. They left their work space even cleaner than it was when they arrived. Would absolutely use their team again for future catering jobs, and would definitely recommend their services to others. 5 Stars isn't enough!

Sameena and her team at nourishing gourmet catered our wedding last weekend. Let me start by saying, WOW! The food was incredible! Our guests continue to rave about it! We’ve also been told numerous times that the gravy was the best they’d ever had! Now, that is a big compliment coming from guests that are world travellers and have eaten at many world class restaurants! The charcuterie was so elegant and delicious! The team was on time and executes the dinner service flawlessly! I should also mention that our venue did not have a kitchen where Sameena could prepare the food. It was all prepared offsite and then transported to the venue. You would never have known! The food was hot and so perfectly cooked that one would believe it was just served out of a busy gourmet kitchen steps away! So thank you to Sameena and her awesome team for helping make our wedding day elegant and delicious!! 100% recommend nourishing gourmet for any event!!

We were scrambling to find a caterer for my father's wake. I contacted a few caterers in town and the other ones that acctually answered the phone were no where near as helpful, professional and eager to help as Sam at Nourishing Gourmet. Sam and her team had a wedding scheduled for the same day as the wake but she managed to fit us in, dropping the meal off on their way. Even though, the wake was almost an hour out of town, they were right on time! As for the meal that was meant to feed 50 people, it was delicious, fresh and plentiful. I have no doubt that we could have fed another 10-15 people. It was an increadable value! I would like to thank Sam and her team for helping us with a sad time by providing excellent customer service as well as amazing quality and value of product. I would highly recommend Nourishing Gourmet Catering to anyone and will definately be using them again, hopefully, under better circumstances.
