I love this place! My boyfriend and I visited for the first time this afternoon and were blown away by how delicious the food, coffee and smoothies were. Also the staff were kind and willing to answer all of our dietary questions with a smile and definitely made us feel at home and well takes care of. Will definitely visit again!

After travelling through Canada during two weeks we have to admit that this was the best breakfast we had. The pancakes and french toast were delicious. It was really presented with love on a plate. The staff was very friendly and the food wasn‘t pricy at all.

A great local hang-out for coffee, breakfast, brunch & lunch. Food is consistent and fresh. Service friendly and prompt. Everything was delicious and made even more enjoyable by the genuinely friendly and efficient service which I encountered. This is a gem of a cafe in downtown Kamloops and I will return when I visit Kamloops again!

Feel like I had to leave a review considering we were in Victoria for 3 days and came here both mornings. The service was super friendly and attentive, and I really loved their cali eggs Benedict and breakfast hash, the star for me was their breakfast potatoes. We also had their jumpstarter smoothie & daily rotating smoothie. Both fantastic :) I don't know the next time we'll be in Victoria but when we are we will definitely make it back

We had a quick breakfast at this cute little cafe this morning. Cozy place with a tiny patio if you fancy sitting outside. The coffee is huge, even the medium size. We got a cheese scone and a ham and cheese Omlet, both were good. The staff are nice and friendly too.

We were debating between 3 places for a brunch and picked this one. We have ordered eggs benedict and pancakes as both looked amazing on their IG account. But unfortunately the reality was different. Tables outside were dirty, hollandaise sauce was too watery, pancakes were covered with so much whipped cream and there was only like one strawberry cut into 5pieces 3 blackberries and about 4 raspberries, so not as you can see on pics on their IG. But staff was very nice and welcoming.

I visited Frankly Coffee for the first time this week. The Caramel Macciato I ordered was delicious! It was the best one I've ever had. The prices at Frankly are better than other coffee shops I've been to. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent location. Will be returning often.

What a neat coffee shop, way bigger inside than I thought. Great location too. The chai latte was incredible! Plus, I had it with coconut milk. The pumpkin spice latte is second only to Starbucks. Finally there is some competition in this area. I didn't examine the pieces, but seem similar to Starbucks as the two large chai lattes I bought were $11 for both of them.

Nice location and layout. Has a neighborhood cafe vibe. Friendly staff, portions were generous (I had the veggie omelette). The food was undersalted but I prefer that, because I can add salt to suit my tastebuds. They serve Spirit Bear coffee. I had the medium roast drip, it was ok, but I’m usually a fan of lighter roasts.

The atmosphere is pleasant; music is never too loud and the premises are always clean. There’s a decent amount of seating for guests though tables must be dragged together if a larger group is out for a visit. Food is made on-site, tastes excellent and arrives in a very reasonable amount of time after the order is placed. Prices are reasonable and it’s nice that they have daily drink and food specials if you’re looking for a deal or to try something new. The parking isn’t ideal as you’re stuck paying on the street or in an Impark yard next door. All said, Frankly is a nice place to meet a friend downtown, it won’t break the bank and it’s not ‘too quirly’ if you’re a more conservative guest looking for a traditional coffee shop.

I am super disappointed in this coffee shop. I went there this morning after walking in the cold with my son for an hour to find a coffee and breakfast, and after waiting in line for 10 min and then waiting at the counter for another 5 minutes while everyone behind the counter completely ignored me, they finally came to take my order and after I ordered asked for my health pass. I did not have one and when I said I will take it to go they refused to even give me a coffee and food to go because I didn’t have a health pass. I’m not sick, I was wearing a mask and I specifically went there because I know coffee shops are not included in the mandate. It was a terrible experience over all especially after I saw how unsanitary they were, taking dirty cups to refill behind the counter after a customer had been coughing all over the cup at his table. My mom has been a customer of them for a very long time and she recommended them to me. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I found a very good coffee shop a few blocks away that was happy to serve me and my son.

Visited during a weekend trip. The tree of us had cappuccino, very good. Food was reasonably priced and well presented. The French toast was definitely the highlight of our visit. Would recommend for a casual breakfast to anyone.

Just got back from here and wanted to throw up a review. We went here for lunch around 2:30pm, had one of their bento boxes which had 1/2 sandwich + 1/2 chicken wrap + 2 x dry fried ribs (I think) + bowl of fruit + bowl of soup of the day + brownie - all that for about $14 (really good stuff). We sat on the large patio and they also had a nice inside (see pics). Kid friendly, they also sell breakfast (all day) , snax and beer. Close to shopping/sandman hotel downtown. 5 stars....take a peak!!!!

I've eaten here or just come in for Chai tea latte or London Fog on a few occasions and the service and food quality has been consistently great. Delicious and decent size food portions reasonably priced compared to the overpriced breakfast franchises. A hidden gem somewhat off the main beaten track but within walking distance if you're anywhere in downtown Kamloops. It's worth the effort.

Stopped here for brunch on my way to banff. I ordered pull pork Benedict, my bf got the turkey sandwich with soup. To be honest I was very surprised by how good the food was. Nothing fancy but everything tasted like homemade breakfast. The vibe is super chill. We sat at the patio and very glad the weather was sunny and warm. The service was super attentive and nice. Will definitely come back whenever we stop by Kamloops.

Wow, this place was fantastic! We had the scones, which typically I don't eat, on recommendations I decided to try one, they were really good! The coffee was perfect! I really like the atmosphere, nice and clean, with a good amount of seating. Nice to have non chain coffee shops to go to. Watch for parking though, small lot on the side and then Street parking.
