Delicious and nutritious, so many vegan options! Best sandwich of my life (BBQ tofu panini), our pizza had generous portions of toppings, and the cowboy cookies were cookie perfection. Friendly staff.

Oh my gosh, ordered these guys through skip yesterday. Chipotle steak salad is AMAZING, tuna wrap, soooo good. Banana strawberry smoothie, my daughter couldn’t drink fast enough and the peanut butter smoothie was really hard for me to share . So glad we have a place like this here. Lucky us!!!

We love to eat here! The food is amazing and a great healthy alternative when we don’t feel like cooking at home. It’s also awesome that they have gluten free treats. The owner and staff have always been super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Food was indeed great , healthy and nicely packed but they have exceptional excellent customer service too , they delivered wrong order initially but later on they consider everything and even gave me the my order with complimentary cookies which shows their customer service. Eating Clean NEVER tasted SO GOOD!!! This place is boss & seriously one of the best places for healthy eating options when on the go in Kamloops. Kamloops is lucky to have Eat Clean to serve them fresh, healthy food! We were super impressed the moment we walked through the doors. It’s easy to get to & located in a great area. Perfect spot to grab & go or sit inside with modern, beautiful decor. Also a couple areas out front with a lovely mountain view. Extremely well priced, especially considering the clean ingredients being used! Our girls enjoyed their strawberry banana smoothies, my husband could not get over how good his peanut butter smoothie went down & I tried the bbq chicken pineapple wrap; WOW! The flavour profiles were spot on & complimented each other so well. I am happy they carry my favourite energy drink too; Bang Energy. They carry flavours I haven’t tried before, such a clean drink & so yummy! The establishment was very clean & they are extremely COVID conscious. Clean, tidy, well organized. Staff is beyond kind & definitely helpful! They do provide meals via Skip the Dishes but honestly, if you are in the area, stop by & check them out for yourself! Thank you for your clean eats.

One of our favourite places for a healthy breakfast or lunch! Their meals so delicious that it is hard believe they are healthy ???????????? Staff is always helpful, professional and kind. They go above and beyond for their customers, and always listening for you needs. Free wifi, great place to work or study. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a clean place to eat a healthy meal or have a cup of coffee with a protein snack.

I have eaten here even though they have limited parking but will no longer eat here anymore because of the owners driving while making deliveries. I can't support a business that acts so mindless and inappropriately. Driving is a privilege, we share the road and everyone should be treated with respect. Watching the owner repeatedly operate a vehicle terribly , making one poor choice after another on numerous occasions is just not a business I can ethically support. It appears she knows she is doing wrong and doesn't care and smirks. If I ever see or experience this again I will be making a police report. It is also against the law to use your phone while driving. Remember this when you drive around with your company name on your vehicle.

I ordered the Thai chicken bowl and chicken fajita wrap. The veggies were fresh however the chicken was mushy and did not seem to be “real chicken”, it had the consistency of tofu. The bowl had a ton of quinoa but the veggies on top were quite sparse. It’s not quite what I was expecting for $12. I called to inform them of my experience but no offer was attempted to make it right, (although that wasn’t the reason for me calling). The employees were very pleasant to deal with though.

I tried the chicken teriyaki bowl and was disappointed, the portions seemed very small, specifically the chicken and the rice was crunchy I won’t be eating there again

Eat Clean is an amazing brand offering tasty and healthy food. I have been to many of their locations and the Kamloops one is particularly very well designed! This location is very well managed by the owner and they offer stellar service. Highly recommended! They are soon offering online and mobile ordering which will be great during these times of social distancing.

Totally mediocre. Mushy rice with some canned beans and corn thrown on top. A few pieces of chicken and some rancid avocado to garnish. Zero flavoring added. Could have made better food for half the price on our camp stove. Added one star for the fact that the prices weren't too bad.

Ordered the Chipotle steak salad and I dont think I've ever been so disappointed in a salad before. Had 4 tiny strips of petrified steak, and a tablespoon of tomatoes, onion and peppers dusted on it. You ll be basically eating spinage and the salad dressing all for $11.99. Smoothie was good though, which is why I gave it 2 stars.

I noticed the owners vehicle driving around the city too and can't believe the driving practices while advertising her business all over her car in large print. Going across parking stalls in North Hills Mall and coming out the wrong way into ongoing traffic. Tailgating and speeding down Tranquille Rd. I would say this won't help your business if you continue to drive this way!
