I ordered 2 large Charcuterie boards from Black Salt to feed 11 people. The person I spoke was with was very pleasant on the phone and the order far less expensive than another catering company in Kamloops. The selections of cheeses, meats, dried and fresh fruit and preserves were superb (particularly the pate). The accompanying bread was plentiful, we were able to use it for dinner as well. We travelled to Kelowna with the food, it stored well in the cold vehicle and tasted perfect the next day to graze on throughout the day. It was a hit with our family including kids and made the whole day so much simpler. I would highly recommend for a party, small get together or even just for a quiet wine night.
