First of all. The ambience fits everything, from the color scheme of the interior to the Mexican music being played. The food is much better than Chipotle for sure and they serve beer as well. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. This is definitely a better option over Taco Time and/or Taco Bell.

They rush you through your order aimlessly slapping on random ingredients (and forgetting ingredients too!) and giving you no time to think, process, or ask questions. Great food. Horrible service. Stingy portions. Came in at 7pm sunday and ordered a mucho burrito with extra meat. I mentioned about being little meat and she goes "oh ya.. it's a mucho..." and puts a little more. She ended up charging me twice for extra meat. Had to refund and pay the right amount, ended up not getting my bottle deposit back lol. If it has to come down to that, I won't be back

It's a ton of delicious food for what feels like a pretty reasonable price. It's made fresh in front of you. Their tortillas have clearly got magic powers because I have yet to have one explode in me and they cram those things HARD! Not impressed with the tip option (more of a request really) if you pay by debit - I'm a believer in tipping but quick-service take out when I'm literally only in your shop for 3 minutes seems pretty aggressive.

I was so upset when I went here and they were out of a lot of things. They said they were closing for renovations but I didn't see a sign stating this or that they would have limited supplies. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere. Especially since it is so expensive.

Portions they fill burrito with is very less. Have to tell them several times to load it properly. Using just half scoop of rice and bean in regular burrito and a pinch of cheese is not proper portion for regular size. Even veggies they load is like 5-6 strips. Not happy at all. Such rude staff! Every time I've been here it was a bad experience. Recently, the woman making my burrito scoffed and rolled her eyes at me for asking for a veggie burrito. & then when I was paying and holding the debit machine another worker was sweeping and started sweeping my feet. Didn't even ask me to move. It wasn't busy and it took the lady at the till took forever to ring in my order, and didn't speak any English it seemed. Don't go here if you can avoid it. They were also very cheap with the ingredients - when I go to other mucho burritos and order the same thing it's twice the size. Horrible place.

Staff is rude and uncaring. Portion sizes are given out like we're rationing for a war. Every other mucho I've been to has been liberal with the toppings, especially as I don't get many items on my burrito. But these guys act like it's the Great Depression and we're standing in line at the soup kitchen. In a capitalist society, I don't have much power, but what power I can exercise is with my dollar. Next time I want a burrito, it'll be either a different mucho, or somewhere else.

Not the best Mucho Burrito location. I wanted a salad but they were out of lettuce because of "e. coli". Got a bowl instead, somehow I was charged $12, way overpriced (especially since I didn't get rice so it wasn't much food). They were also out of forks so I had to eat with a spoon. Meat was tasty tho, bit pretty cool, definitely not hot.

Mucho burrito mixed mine and another customers burritos up, I got mine remade because the lady behind me was a psychopath and had 10 million jalapenos and hot sauce on it. I got another one made and it was so soupy and falling apart. Didnt even finish it. The vegetables tasted old. Not very good overall

Stopped in with co-workers for what we had hoped was a quick fresh lunch. The customer service was great from some, and downright awful from others. I personally ordered a bowl with beans, pork and toppings. The initial worker was courteous professional and helpful , but this was opposite the second worker. I was first met with an accusation that i ordered double meat as she felt it was more than normal. then she proceeded to get upset when i asked for lettuce in the bowl, Telling me that i had a burrito bowl and not a salad. She then spoke to the cashier quietly in another language while she handed the food to the cashier. I had to kindly explain that i did not order double meat and double cheese. The cashier could see that i was sincere and honest and took the additional charges off that almost totalled the cost of the bowl itself. The food tasted good and fresh, however it really didn't need the drama and the poor attitude. Basically calling a customer a liar and speaking behind their back is poor practice. I will really have to think hard before i return or recommend this location

I'm at this location right now. I'm a mucho burrito fiend, but this location gave me a pretty bad experience just now. The employee was so rude it seems like i insulted her before coming in, but she was acting like that with the next 3 people as well . Mucho always takes care of business with portions, but on my mucho sized burrito she was putting such joke amounts of stuff. 4 pieces of chopped asparagus. I had to keep asking for more, and she would fish out literally 1 little piece, which is just awkward. Almost no guacamole. In conclusion- every other mucho burrito is a super good choice, but this 109 street location wont get my business again. theres so much stuff walking distance that will treat you better. Love pizza, splash poke, freshii. Take your pick and save yourself a frustrating experience.

Really stingy with the portions, the person working was super lethargic, felt like I was bothering her just to place an order, she didn’t ring up my guacamole and after waiting some time another woman came from the back and instead of worrying about how long I was waiting she concerned herself if the other woman rang it in correctly, made me pay a second time for the guacamole, poor customer service and not much food for a $16 meal. Go to BarBurrito and get your moneys worth!

The in store menu isn't particularly helpful, nor is the staff. I went on the SkiptheDishes app to know my options. The Salted Caramel cookie is to die for, the Jarritos sodas are also quite delicious. I find the food itself to be very bland - The "hot" options aren't very tasty, they are just spicy. The "medium" to non options are pretty much the same - Not alot of taste, just different levels of spice, and the low spice options just taste like... well soggy rice and beans pretty much.

WOW! What a place! It was clean, pleasant atmosphere, the employees were kind and patient! Not to mention friendly and helpful. One came around the counter and helped my mom and I decide what to order since it was our first time. He was wonderful! And the food was amazing!! I haven't tasted Mexican food quite like that in a long, long time!! I will be going there again very soon! If I could give it a double score, I would. What an amazing experience!

I have been so excited fortis place to open since I saw the sign go up. Heard it opened so I cancelled making dinner and Told my husband we were going to Mucho for a burrito. Had two regular burritos and a kids meal for $25. Service was great fast and friendly. This is the BEST place in Lethbridge to go for a burrito. We will be regular customers!!!

I love how inexpensive this place is. Jasper location has no ambiance. The location on the otherside of the river does have some atmosphere which is awesome!!! Fact: 1 Big Mac Meal 1cheesber meal and a junior chicken costs the same as 2 mucho bowls! Bowls can be gluten-free, Paleo and healthy ! The only criticism one could make is the produce used isnt organic. SERIOUSLY one the best places to grab a quick healthy bite in Edmonton!

My first time there I got their signature bowl, root beer beef barbacoa. It was so amazing! I've been there a few times now and I get the same thing. Why mess with perfection?! It is enough for 2 meals so be prepared for leftovers. Staff were great, a little hard to understand, but one guy was so friendly and so happy. He remembered us the next time we went and he came to our table to visit and gave us some coupons for our next visit. Definitely in our to 5 favorite restaurants to visit.

Stopped by for some burrito bowls with my friend three days ago and we recieved awful service here. The lady making the bowls for us was carelessly putting/tossing ingredients in the bowl to the point where the pico de gallo flew onto the counter. She also only gave me five pieces of meat... She was rude when asking us what toppings/sauces we wanted and just seemed to be annoyed to have customers? When putting our bowls on the metal trays she was basically tossing it on, along with the fork and napkin. We both work retail and understand that some customers can be difficult, or that you had a tough day and don't want to be at work. However, it sucks to see food being handled so poorly, along with little to no customer service.

The restaurant was clean and the women helping us was genuinely friendly and helpful. It was our first time there and she explained the options to us. We had a reg meat quesadilla with quac and a reg veg quesadilla with quac, with 2 sodas. $27ish. Hot salsa was tasty but the quesadilla were just o.k. The way it was served reminded me of something you'd get at a hospital cafeteria. Overpriced tex mex fast food. Friendly staff was the stand out in this situation.

Hello, I ordered from your mucho burrito jasper avenue location in edmonton. I ordered shrimp tacos and was first told they did not have shrimp and when i asked to cancel my order, they then said they could make shrimp. I waited for an hour and when i looked the shrimp was cold and undercooked. I could not eat it as it was disgusting and I did not want to get sick. We also paid for added guac and did not get it. I paid 35 dollars for this meal and would like my money back . This is unacceptable. We usually have good experiences, but this has made me scared to order again.

Against my better judgment I returned to this location today only to be totally ignored for about 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter simply seemed more interested in filling cups with salsa. She looked back my way about 3 times, said nothing, and continued with her salsa cups. Not even an "I'll be right with you". If you don't want to serve people just close your doors. Always went to Mucho when we saw them when traveling and even got my family hooked on then. Saddest looking taco. The Indian lady who served me is lethargic. I had to asked her to repeat all of her questions twice because she just mumbles. Ordered the trio tacos and she used one spoon to scoop the toppings one time for all tacos. By the time it's done, the tacos is half empty. I don't make a habit of asking for more toppings due to fear of spit in my food. I should have walked out and will not be returning. How do you have return customers when you are stingy with your portions? Don't make it so obvious that you hate your job.
