Amazing! Lovely lodges with view of a lake. Totally worth it! When I was served late they gave me dessert. . . on the house! Don't hesitate to stay here, amazing service, they even have a hotel dog. I would recommend getting a bigger sized room if you're staying with 4 or more people, the beds are slightly small. But I love how their outdoor pool is heated and leads right into the building so you can stay in the pool even when it's winter. Try coming around May when they have canoes for rent. The lake is simply wonderful!

This was my first time staying at the Fairmont here in Jasper. Gaurav was welcoming immediately as soon as we walked through the door, coming out around the counter to greet us and it didn't stop there. Each time we walked through the lobby and Gaurav was there he would come say hi, asking about our travels and ensured everything was to our liking. I cannot express enough how well taken care of we felt by the whole staff. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

Service exceptional. Jasper Park Lodge buildings, roads, mechanical systems are getting old.. may be time for some upgrades. Shower pressure was awful. Only reason it’s not a 10.
