After ordering from this location for a few years now, I can only say good things. Tonight's order was probably order #30+ for me personally, almost every time has been great. Jo took my order tonight and could not have been kinder. The delivery driver was great too and the pizza was hot! Big thanks to the staff at this location, keep up the great work!

I've ordered online and paid that way many times and one day it told me something went wrong. I tried again a week later. And now tired sometime later and still receiving something went wrong. And not one employee including manager can give me a reason but it happens sometimes. The manager was supposed to see if can figure out but ofcourse nothing. If I wanted to call the store and order I would have done so and would have not taken my time to order online

This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this location. I chose it because it is close to home. 2nd time our pizza dough was not cooked thoroughly. They didn't even aplogize. Waited 40 mins and 2 trips later that is the last trip I will make there. If Iwant jets from now on, I will go to the south end location. I've Never had a problem there...

I ordered a Jet Boat with ham. Not sure what happened to these cause they use to be the size of a football stuffed with cheese, topping and sauce. I get something half the size, hardly any cheese or topping and sauce on the side. For almost 8 bucks I should have ordered a small pizza. Very disappointing and so not worth the money!!

Not as good as the Jet's you get down in the city. They poured on the pizza sauce then use a knife and then scrape it all off, no sauce to taste

Best pizza and sides PERIOD! Their pizza and sides always taste awesome! Most pizza places scrimp or shortcut the pizza making process, these guys and gals don't. I've been going here for at least the last 15 years, and the quality and taste of their pizza has always remained the same great taste and quality! On top of that, the customer service is quick, polite, and always accurate with my orders! Best pizza in town, and honestly, in most parts of the country! I travel around the country, trying all types of pizza and sides, but honestly, NONE come close to Jet's Pizza!

I really enjoy their deep dish pizzas. They have great sauce and the crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a great selection of specialty pizzas and decent subs. Salads are just ok. The ranch is tasty though. Altogether I think it's better pizza than most places but it's not a Grimaldi's, which I think has great pizza.

Ordered 3 jet boats for my family when i got home and actually looked at them every single one was burnt when i called i asked to talk to the manager and he came on the phone i told him what the problem was and he said they werent burnt he was the one who cut them when i stated we normally go to the jets in imlay city but happened to be in town and decided on pizza and that theirs are never as dark or overcooked and he just proceeded to tell me they were not burnt and thats how they are suppose to be they are suppose to be crunchy... Crunchy is different then actually tasting burnt ... as i said ok i just wont be coming to this location anymore,and ill just continue to go to the one in imlay city. He hung up on me REAL PROFESSIONAL! I was actuallly being decent to him never got loud or anything just stating how disappointed i was especially knowing the manager was the one who actually cut them and boxed them and tried convincing me they weren't burnt

Ordered their Detroit-style, 3-topping pizza, from their website for pickup. It was ready at the promised time and since I had already paid for it online, I simply asked for it and quickly walked out. We live about 10 minutes away and it was still piping hot when we ate it.The crust was done just right. We ordered green olives, pepperoni and mushrooms and, overall, it was an awesome pie! This place is now a regular go-to for us.

Pizza is my all time favorite food, so I am a huge critic with any pizzeria I go into or eat at. There are amature pizza makers and people that just know how to make some DAMN GOOD PIZZA and I rate Jet's as A DAMN GOOD Pizza place! There at the top of my list for Franchise Pizza shops! There are some at the top of my list for mom and pop places too that it is hard for me to decide which is better between the two but they are up there! Keep making em Jet's I love ya!!!

Place is dirty. They had the hallway to the bathrooms blocked off by delivery palet junk so that you could not use them. Don't dine here. The pizza is great but I suggest delivery and don't bother picking up unless you want to be completely turned off by the filth and clutter.

I love Jetts pizza... but the last 4 pizzas I got from this location were grossly overcooked. The cheese on top was brown and the crust (deep dish) was so tough it was hard to chew. After those tries I gave up on this Jetts location and went elsewhere. Until today... I tried again and found I was disappointed not because it was overcooked but because literally there was no cheese on it. I paid 17.50 for a large pizza and all I could see was the sauce. I dont know if someone else took this location over in the last year or so but the pizza has gone down hill badly. I'm so sad... I am not sure I'll try again. Too bad really.

On Sunday before Christmas decided to order pizza for our entire store during a busy retail day at 3:56pm. We ordered online and said the estimated delivery time was 4:45pm at 5:15 we called inquiring where our order was to which the store responded with “it’s the busiest day of the year, it’s with the driver out of our hands” 5:35 we call again to see where our order is to which they say “ we called you and you didn’t answer so we didn’t deliver it, want us to remake it” this isn’t the first time we’ve ordered from this jets but will 100% be the last. They remade it and at 6:32 a man named Matthew walked into our store dropped it off to which we jokenly responded with “did we get bread for waiting almost 4 hours” to which he responded with “I’m the manager we called. Not my problem.” Didn’t make eye contact slammed a receipt and said “ can you just sign this” I responded with “this isn’t the first time we’ve ordered but the first time we had a problem” he ignored me didn’t make eye contact and stormed off. I’ve never in my whole life been so disrespected by someone! Let alone a manager. Not only is waiting almost 4 hours and 2 phone calls is rediculous, but slamming a receipt, disregarding their customer and not even once apologizing. He came off as an entitled manager and my business wasn’t his problem. I will never order jets period again if this is the person they choose to represent them as management. Coming from an individual whose sole job is to provide customer service and run a staff of people these behaviors are why people avoid retailers. To top this off the pizza was burnt

I called in a order for pick up. The pick up was fine got my food and left. Went home i had a piece of pizza and some bread i went for a 2nd piece and there was a hair under the cheese sticking out enough for me to notice. I was grossed out. So i call to complain the first guy had the balls to say " ive worked in the pizza industry for awhile and hair ends up in alot of pizza" i lost my cool. For one i was a general manager for a pizza joint and i can assure you it does not happen offten at least at the store i had. Do you want to know why it didnt happen at my store? Because i make sure my whole team and my shift leaders know that a HAT or HAIR NET Is required to be worn at all times!!!!! I SAW MAYBE 2 PEOPLE OUT OF like 8 WITH A HAT ON! not one of those people were making food!!!! A chick had long hair down to maybe middle of her back in a loose ponytail that was swinging all around. This location is poorly managed. Managers nees to be re trained on the food safety rules and regulations! Or just plain fire them. I will be contacting the main office about this issue.

We actually love Jets Pizza. The 1 star has to do with the abysmal customer service we received Friday, April 17, 2020. Ordered dinner online at approx. 3:30, scheduled a pick up for 4: 30 pm. Husband arrives home with pizza's, bread and the antipasto salad, which I ordered as dinner for myself, but instead of antipasto there is a garden salad. Okay, I didn't get over-excited, were talking a small salad here, so I call Jets, and the young woman tells me I can bring the mistake THEY MADE back to the store for exchange. I insist I am not going back out, there is rain/snow outside, the car is already snug in the garage and frankly, they made the mistake. So I ask if Jets can just give me a credit toward another salad the next time we order, which is typically at least 2-3 times a month. She transfers me over to a guy who says he's the manager. He claims he can't just give me a credit or take it off my bill, but he tells me he will send a driver over to me who will then exchange my salad choice for the other. . It all seems really silly, I mean we're talking about a small salad, not party tray pizzas or some copious amount of food that I'm now complaining about in an effort to receive some kind of financial refund, but if this is how they want to handle this transaction, so be it. The problem is, 1hour, 2 hours, etc. go by, no delivery person with my promised salad!? Like I said, mistakes happen, either take it off my bill, or give me some kind of credit toward the salad I was supposed to get, but when you take time-out to make some promise about a salad delivery person, then fail to follow through, at least call, text, email, it's all about the communication; translation: customer service and for that matter customer retention. So I still have the garden salad, untouched, which I will be returning to Jets tomorrow, in person, and for the future if Jets can't do better than this, there are just too many other pizza brands within our Fort Gratiot community to dwell for another moment on how this simple salad problem became the delivery debacle of never, since it's all so petty in the first place...pick up their mistake salad, ridiculous! The fact they claimed they were going to do that and didn't follow through, completely rude and absurd! One of the worst things, if you noticed the times, they had a whole hour and then some, to get our order correct before it even left the store, on top of that, it wasn't even Friday night pizza rush time, so why such a mistake in the first place, creating the entire situation in the end?

I ordered a pizza online. Went pick it up, the clerk said that order number was not here, she asked my name etc. Said nope. Maybe its at the other location across town.it was not!!!!! I run another 20 miles and called the pine Grove location again to see if they could track it down. It was there all along!!! Needless to say I don't recommend this Jets. Worst service ever and barely an apology!!! And the toppings were wrong too.

The quality of the food here has really gone downhill. I remember Jets being some of the best "fast food" pizza around. Now, it just is meh and for the price, there are better options. I use to order Jets in Florida all the time and it was always great. The few times I have ordered from the pine Grove store, I have just been disappointed.

This place is amazing. The food taste is top shelf, highly recommend you order the Detroit style pizza crust. It’s not just a pizza place either as their menu has other options like sandwiches and salads. The place was really busy which is always a good sign. The service was very quick all things considered. As I waited for the order I observed that many people had ordered ahead via phone. It appears that this would be a better way to efficiently order. Overall a fantastic pizza and well worth the trip.
