Farang Thai serve some of the best Thai food I had outside of Thailand! They support lots of local events around Ottawa as well as providing frozen meals. Lots of people go to Thailand to party or train muay thai. Cam and Corinne go to learn about the cuisine and take cooking class over there! That means they're very knowledgeable about the dishes that they serve to give customers a complete experience!

I was looking for Thai food to be catered for my husbands surprise birthday party that was worry-free since I was arranging it from out-of-town. Corinne and Cam were super helpful in recommending a menu that would satisfy a group of all ages (4 to 70 year old) and many with gluten-free allergies. My husband's favorite food is Thai so I was especially excited to find Farang Thai and their wide offering of Thai dishes and catering options. I asked for a buffet setup that Corinne and Cam delivered and setup for us. I had nothing to do but usher our guests to the buffet line. All our guests found the food excellent and we had enough food to continue to enjoy throughout the evening and the day after!

You know the Thai food is good when it sells out faster than a first round KO at a Muay Thai event! If you want authentic, these guys are it. Cam, the owner I believe, even delivered my Farang Thai Sauce right to my door. You can't go wrong here. Farang Thai 4 the win!

Farang Thai catered our wedding rehearsal dinner and it was really a great experience. They delivered a sample meal to our door, and then catered the actual event seamlessly. Absolutely LOVE this place. Probably the best thai food I've ever had. Cam and Corinne are passionate about their food and it shows through the dishes they make. Some of my favourites from them are their: -pork skewers -curry chicken skewers -basil fried rice -laab balls -papaya salad They do catering and take out but my favourite is when they are at the different events and stalls around the city - their generous portions keep me full for hours. And if you like some spice, this is the perfect place! Their hot sauce has some KICK. Would definitely 10/10 recommend :)

It's hard to find great catered food that is gluten free and still tasty. I am originally from Asia and I have to say, this food brings me back home and it's the closest thing I have to keep me from getting home sick. Food is always perfectly balanced, authentic and delicious!

Delicious Thai Food! Excellent Service! We ordered a dinner meal (along with dessert, appetizers and choices for vegetarians ) for 9 of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every dish. I highly recommend Farang Thai and I will definitely order from Farang Thai in the future.

Very authentic, which is rare to find in Ottawa. Not only are the meals absolutely amazing, it is very well priced for the amount of food you get, and you can tell the care and thought that has gone into each dish. If you are looking for incredibly authentic, perfectly flavored/seasoned thai food, this farang has got it on point!!

Best tasting Thai food I've ever eaten! Farang Thai was a godsend, especially at a time when going to restaurants poses health risks. Delivery is free and the convenience of having quality Thai food delivered right to my door means I don't have to worry about going out to get my Thai fix. I ordered from the Nit Noi menu, an assortment of individual frozen meals which come in their own microwavable containers, so I can eat one right away, and stash the rest in the freezer for a day when I get tired of eating my own cooking (which is often). The Nit Noy menu offers an assortment of different dishes each with their own unique Thai flavours. I've been ordering one or two of every dish for the past couple of months and have never been disappointed. Every dish is unique, and provides a new flavour experience in itself so I can't help but savour every bite. Generous portion sizes make for good value: With a little portion control, you can get two meals out of one serving. So, if you're looking for variety, convenience, value, and most of all, incredible Thai flavours, you will love Farang Thai

Delicious food and amazing service! I was searching the Ottawa area for Thai food catering for a dinner party of 40 people and could not be happier that I went with Farang Thai. Cam and Corinne were incredibly helpful with with order suggestions and considerate towards allergy restrictions and delivery times (no dry pad thai!) We ended up ordering chicken satay skewers, spring rolls, papaya salad, pad thai, green curry, and pineapple fried rice. Every single dish was a hit and all of our guests were raving about the food that evening. Would definitely recommend Farang Thai to anyone looking for quality authentic Thai food in the area!

Farang thai catering makes THE BEST thai food! It reminds me of an authentic experience straight from Thailand. The food is so tasty and always so flavorful. I have tried about 10 different menu items and still can't decide which one I prefer the most because I love them all. Some of my favorite dishes include the red thai curry, the pad thai, the ground pork with green beans, the steak salad, "nam prik" the hot sauce with sticky rice, chicken satay, the glass noodle salad and the papaya salad. I've been to many Thai restaurants and nothing compares to Farang Thai!

Ever since I stayed in Thailand I have become a fanatic about Thai food. More specifically AUTHENTIC Thai food. Living in Ottawa it's hard but not impossible to really get that Authentic Thai flavour when ordering Thai food. Farang Thai catering is one of those places. I have never had a bad meal from them. Every single dish is FULL of flavour. Whenever they are catering an event or have a booth set up I try to be there. Most of the time I will get one of each dish they are serving because I can't decide which one to get lol. I am never disappointed. They ALWAYS deliver the authentic Thai experience which is what I'm always looking for when I get Thai food. Their menu is always changing which is another thing I love about them. It's always different dishes and most importantly they are all PHENOMENAL. If ever you get a chance try out their "Nam Prik"! It's their homemade hot sauce. It has quite the kick in terms of spice. I absolutely love it! If ever you're thinking of ordering Thai food or having catering done - give them a shot! You'll NEVER be disappointed! They also do special requests if ever there is a dish you've seen or had before they will make it for you! 15/10 rating :)

It’s always hard to find good Thai food that is both quality and authentic. This team did it. The curry was amazing and the laab was spicy and fresh. The way the team brings out courses is really well organized. I had never tried papaya salad before and it was quite good (spicy!). The event that Farang catered was at short notice, but they pulled it off. So, I have to say thanks to you guys for the flexibility.
