Here's what I'd say about Ramped Up: We had a sit-down dinner with kosher-style dishes, some according to a recipe and some that needed Ramped Up's fresh style and inventiveness. They came through on all counts! I recommend them to anyone looking for a special party or occasion that surpasses all expectations.

It is difficult to put into words what Jason, CJ and Pasha provided for us during our special day and leading up to. As much as I emailed back and forth with lovely Jason, I never felt like I was bothering him and if anything we were able to have a friendly chat and became friends. They had answers for everything and nothing I asked felt like silly question (though it may have been) The food…Oh the food!!! If I could eat their cooking everyday I would gladly! From the presentation to the taste, everything blew our minds and taste buds for that matter. You could eat CJ’s braised beef with a spoon it was so tender and delicious. I loved that they focus on what is in season and local. The day of the wedding so many guests had come up to us to let us know how delicious their meals were and how lovely the service staff was. Both Aaron and I feel honoured to have found Ramped up and hope that we keep in contact. We enjoyed connecting so much with CJ and Jason, they are such solid people, great hearts, talented and the best smiles! Thank you just isn’t enough! You made our day what it was and helped us with all our rentals too through Special Events Rental. You guys thought of everything detail, everything was better than we could have dreamt of! We were hosting a themed event and decided to go with Ramped Up Catering. We’re so glad we did — these guys are fantastic. First off, the food was amazing. Also, they were easy to work with and super professional with set up and clean up. But what really impressed us was how they went above and beyond with their culinary creativity — they accommodated a wide range of diets with delicious food that fit our theme! We didn’t ask for this at all — what great service! Afterwards we got tons of complements on the food and, if that weren’t enough, Ramped Up delivered all this awesomeness within our budget. We’d hire them again in a second.

We hired Ramped Up Catering for our annual donor recognition event and were super happy with their service! Everyone arrived early and made sure the event ran smoothly. The food was great, the menu was tailored to our needs and our guests were very impressed. Ramped Up was sensitive to the fact that we are environmental charity and helped ensure the event had the lowest carbon footprint possible. The fee was reasonable and they understood that as a charity we have to be very aware of our costs. They even donated a portion of their fee back to us to help us out! We're very happy and we'll certainly invite them to quote on future events.

We had our wedding in Grimsby on Sept 10th 2016 @ beamer falls manor. We worked with CJ and Jason to put together our event menu and need less to say our guests were blown away with the level of quality, presentation and customer service of Ramped up. They took charge of the day and made it a memorable one for us ! They even helped move chairs when the rain started so people wouldn't have to sit on wet chairs. Its the little things that go a long way and these guys nailed it.

When we made the decision to host an important party for 150 of our VIPs, we were looking for a company that is professional, takes our event seriously and most importantly, delivers tasty food that connects with our guests. We hired Ramped Up and are so grateful we did. Not only did they deliver all the criteria, but they did it at the last minute (we had other caterers lined up that failed to meet our expectations and had to switch last minute) Ramped Up came in and saved the day. On the same day I approached them, they had asked all the right questions, prepared a menu and had the contract in place, showing me the commitment they had to our event. The food was DELICIOUS! Our guests were raving about the fresh, high quality ingredients and professional way in which they were prepared. Hiring Ramped Up was a great choice. They left a great taste in our mouth (literally and figuratively). Based on the way they pulled together a 150 person menu last minute and delivered it flawlessly, I would highly recommend them for any event. They were easy to deal with, on top of all the little details and pulled off the event with impression precision.

Had the guys cater our son's wedding on the weekend and they were outstanding. Everyone raved about the food and the whole set up was very professional. Highly recommend this company.

We hired Ramped Up Catering to do an early family Christmas Dinner for 13 people (including 4 kids). Hands down one of the best Christmas dinners I've ever had. Food and the service were both amazing!
