Friendliest people, amazing food by a real chef, it’s all in the details and quality, the quality is A++. Service was spot on this visit, thanks again for righting a wrong. If you haven't already tried this spot, move it to the top of the list! First off I'd like to commend Johhny Blonde for their deliciously fresh and unique food, after seeing a photo of the vege burger we had to try it and were very impressed. The first visit there was exceptional, quick food prep and quick pickup. The server at the window was relatively friendly - minor passive aggressiveness. Second visit - not so great. The online ordering told us our pickup would be ready after 7, they closed at 730...so I arrived at 710, and promptly waited 50 minutes for my order. I had to wait approx. 20 minutes before I was rudely questioned by the server if I was waiting for an order. As I was waiting, who appeared to clearly be a local client jumped ahead of me, and chatted with the server all the while I and others stood waiting to be served. In addition, I overheard from the kitchen area that my order had been taken by someone else...the local friend...We dont eat out often, but when we do we try to support as many local restaurants as we can. Unfortunately, it appears as the lack of customer service has now extended to the local small businesses, not just fast food where one almost expects to be more polite than the staff. Very disappointing. ????

GREAT burgers, with hand made ingredients, these are clearly head and shoulder above anything else in town. My sole complaint was that the delicious potato wedges were a tad on the greasy side. Awesome maple butter tarts! Will go again!!

Jonny blonde has one of if not the best burger I have ever eaten. If you have a favorite burger now and have not tried the burgers here you will definitely have a new favorite! All of the other food here is as good, the quality of ingredients and the attention to detail stretches throughout all the items they offer. Go try it today!!!

You are getting what you pay for - quality meat good flavours; this is why I like burgers! Even after the travel poutine was good - fries never quite taste the same as fresh out the doors but they held up better than all I've gotten so props are due. One of the best butter tarts I've had but order them early as we were only able to snag one!

I've chased the truck so many times to get my fix. I'm so so glad now it's available at a fixed location. The flavours from soups, to sandwiches, and to the breads are exquisite. This place truly can make your day better because it's THAT delicious.

We had chicken with salad, potatoes, veggies and pasta which is pretty standard but the quality was amazing. We dealt with Layal for all the planning and the experience was great. Oh Em Gee. Go and eat here the next time you want something extra delicious, go here and get the hash bowl with chicken. It was delicious as a lunch, we couldn't help but note it would be the ultimate hangover brunch with the bacon, potato, and yummy veg. Go and thank me later.

I ate your food at mowhawk college today. How the servers didn't care about the food they handing out is beyond me. I couldn't even pick up the taco like thing they gave me it was literally full of grease to the point it was pouring all over my hands. There was some really really hard material in the food i thought it was some kind of bone. I threw it out bought a 2.25 dollar bottle of pop to wash it down. I doubt this reflexs on how your food is consistently. But this is my experience

Saw a picture of their hamburger online. Had to drive 45 Minutes to get one. Was it worth the drive? Hell YEAH! The poutine was icing on the cake. Then off to a nearby park to enjoy Covid Style and it was the closest thing to a normal date in months. Last note: Ever eat a huge burger and regret it based on the feeling of it sitting in your stomach like a lead weight? My wife and I were surprised how that feeling never manifested. I guess organic ingredients and home made buns add to the experience.

Hours of operation need to be updated on Google. I've heard it was really good and have tried to visit at least 3 times around lunchtime and dinnertime, only to find that they were closed each time I tried. It looks like they have a great menu, but finding them closed so often is a very disappointing experience.

Quality has gone down ..the original burgers jonny made were by far the best in city but sustaining that quality and putting it out to the masses was not feasible so now making a cheaper faster version I am sadly dissapointed it's on par with Wendy's and if take Wendy's over jonny sorry but wont be back again for a while

We couldn't have picked a better caterer for our wedding! Jonny Blonde was nothing but professional from start to finish. Getting married during a global pandemic had its challenges but Jonny Blonde was there for us every step of the way. They were so accommodating to our ever changing schedule, they were great at communication and needless to say, their food was amazing. Our menu was individually plated charcuterie boards, soup, then our mains were chicken and steak. All everyone talked about was how good the food was and the amount of food that was provided. Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Jonny Blonde.

It was a little messy but I liked it overall. I eat like four beef burgers a year so when I do it's gotta be a real & good. The designer of this location should get a nod, if I had to define "Hamilton steampunk" that would be it! Ordered the chicken poutine for a friend and they enjoyed it very much. The chicken was good, again real, it was seasoned thigh I think which is better for flavour. Nice to eat real food will order again.

Jonny Blonde's sandwiches are the best. We've ordered their sandiwches both from their Concession kitchen and food truck. It's affordable, quality and fresh. The porchetta, peachy blonde, cherry chicken, veggie love, eggplant sandwich are all great! There's no aftertaste feeling that you just swallowed a lot of salt. The customer service is wonderful too. I definitely recommend!

its a happy birthday lunch at home today & we had the best chicken sandwich. portion is huge! poutine was sooo amazing as always, kids ultimate favorite! Fantastic restaurant! Everything is fresh and high quality, made from scratch. My favourite menu item is the fries with the Piri Piri sauce. The BEST fries and sauce EVER!!!! Burgers are wonderful too! Staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Shawn & Ed's in Dundas and Jonny Blonde was one of their preferred caterers. I had heard good things about their food so we booked them asap and they did not disappoint. Our guests are still raving about the food - everything was fresh and locally sourced. The food was delicious and somehow they kept it hot and fresh out of a food truck and down a long hallway into our venue. Not only that, but the service was amazing. Layal was great to work with and the service the day of was topnotch. Our server was on top of everything and when we couldn't finish our meal (due to nerves) they packed it up for us and threw in a couple of the desserts. I felt so taken care of on my big day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Johnny Blonde catered our backyard wedding and did a fantastic job. Layal was super easy to work with and Johnny delivered a tremendous four course meal. Food quality and service was top notch and highly professional, especially given the current climate and restrictions. The proven classics (deep fried mac & cheese balls and steak) delivered, but the surprise hit was the rainbow trout. I would recommend them again in an instant.

Jonny & staff were hired by my daughter & new son in law to cater at their outdoor wedding yesterday. Layal arrived first to see where everything would be best set up. Layal was lovely, very professional and happy to make suggestions best suited for the performance of the company and service for the guests. The food presentation by Jonny was beautiful, each appetizer was so fresh, appealing to look at and absolutely delicious to taste. Jonny, Layal & their serving staff with a special shout out to Sam, did an incredible job last night I would not hesitate to recommend their five star services for anyone’s special event. This was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had, and the folks that run the place are top notch. They butcher and grind their own meat, make their own ketchup, buns, and pickles, and the result is tremendous. It might move to the top of the list upon repeat eating, which will definitely be soon. Also, the poutine was so uniquely delicious.
