Attended a few events at this convention center including ConBravo and the Baby and Toddler expo. Staff are always kind and friendly, the exhibition floors are always kept clean and tidy and I have never experienced any trouble at any of their events. I will most definitely be back for events in the future and may arrange some events here myself at some stage.

Attending conventions such as July's Con Bravo is always great here. Make sure to get your bearings and use a map if you don't have someone with you who knows the way. Staff here are friendly and helpful and I look forward to my next event here.

Great trip to the Hamilton convention center for the I Heart Beer festival. Great staff got people in the doors quickly and coats checked for only $2. Washrooms were clean and well stocked, especially considering it was a drinking event.

Had our wedding there this past weekend. Was absolutely awesome! The service was amazing and staff amazingly helpful and responsive. Every detail was taken care of, and we were able to just have the best time. They took special steps to make our vision come to life, even though we didn’t ask for it. I have attended many events here over the years (most recently ConBravo! 2019, the Hamilton Tattoo Expo, and the Haunted Hamilton Costume Ball), and I am always impressed with this facility and staff. The facility is nice and very well kept, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

The Hamilton Convention Center by Carmens did an amazing job with our wedding. There was not once single detail left unattended. Our guests had raving reviews of the venue and food. The serving staff the day of our wedding were friendly, fast, courteous, attentive and willing to bend over backwards to make everything perfect for us and our guests. Service for every course was on time, the food was hot and delicious. The hall, lounge and terrace were all decorated beautifully and exactly how we had envisioned. Laura our co-ordinator throughout the planning stages was amazingly patient and helpful. She met with us multiple times go over every detail of our special day. On the day of our wedding she was there to make sure everything was perfect. She took care of every last detail to ensure that we as Bride and Groom could sit back and enjoy our reception. Mark the day of co-Ordinator for our wedding was attentive, thoughtful and efficient. He took care of any request we made quickly and with care. The evening ran smoothly and every single guest left happy. Susan our head table server was the best. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and perceptive. She made sure the Bride and Groom and entire wedding party were happy and well fed. The bar staff worked quickly and kept all of our guests happy. They worked with speed for hours but always with a smile. Todd the dj was excellent. The music was perfect, and every obscure song choice was found and played. He stuck to our play and do not play list, as well as our timeline. He worked well to co-ordinate with our MC. And kept our guests happily dancing throughout the night.
