Great looking ice cream joint! The ice cream we very good, and the cones where impressive tasty. All the staff wore masks, and the place was very clean. The service was quick, and the ladies inside where fun to chat with. We will go again in the future!

I love that their house made ice creams don't have any added preservatives. It may seem a bit in the pricey side to some but the servings are huge and the quality is worth it ???????? I appreciate that they exhibit creativity though the creation of new flavors. Great date spot!

The Scoop is the best place in town to get ice cream. They constantly have new flavors to go and try out. The atmosphere is pleasant, if a bit quirky. It is a locally own business so you can feel good about shopping here. There is some sitting space inside, as well as some outside.

Loved the new extended hours but when we got there the items on the menu actually listed were already gone..waited a long time, noticed a nice gal scooping ice cream her beautiful hair hanging in the freezers while scooping as well as handling cones bare handed ... turned us off and we left with nothing. I love this place, the ice cream is amazing but some health concerns turns us away at this time. Would love to come back soon!

It's a real treat to have an ice cream shop in the neighborhood, especially one that doesn't sell Nestle or Chapman's. Scoops is a bit high priced but serves excellent ice cream and offers a great selection of flavors.

Hands down, the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. Every flavour I have tried has been amazing. I don't usually have much of a sweet tooth, and don't often get excited about ice cream, but since my first visit, I can't stop going back. I've told everyone I know how great this place is and have brought several friends here just to make them try the Tiger Tail! The staff are super friendly and fun to joke around with while sampling and deciding which flavour to try next. My recommendations are: Tiger Tail!!, Strawberry Banana, Birthday Cake, Pistachio!!!, Chocolate Fudge.

Ice cream was delicious. Service was friendly I was uncomfortable with the implementation of COVID19 protocols - masks not worn properly and haphazard cleaning ofntables by staff. I probably won't revisit.

Delicious!! Great spot for ice cream.. the housemade varieties are definitely the way to go. Their housemade Mexican Vanilla Bean is fantastic! We will be back for sure :)

This is the best ice cream in Grande Prairie, no contest. I've been like a zillion times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great gift section as well, with a bunch of fair trade chocolate from Vietnam and Iceland and other countries. I've only tried their in-house flavours, but here are my reviews: Carrot Cake- absolute GOAT flavour. Toasted Coconut and... coffee (I don't remember the name of this one)- absolute fire Old Fashioned- absolute fire Cinnamon Toast Crunch- absolute fire Key Lime Pie- absolute fire Red Velvet- absolute fire Dulce de Leche- fire Lemon Meringue- fire Haskap- fire Chocolate& Pretzel- fire Sweet Tea- pretty good Their waffle cones are great as well. I'll be back a million more times. Also I usually go in the evening and very rarely are they ever sold out of a specific flavour. If they are, that's the nature of a business making new ice cream flavours daily, na mean? There will still be a dozen other exceptional flavours.

The Ice Cream was great. However I witnessed the owner speaking to one of the girls that was working and literally treated her like garbage. He was acting like a toddler about her having a granola bar on a little micro break she was taking. She was working alone and obviously had no one there to swap her out to take an actual break on a hot busy day. Because of this I’ll never go back.
