Staff were friendly, and talked with my son as he was testing out all of the hot sauces. He has now discovered that he likes the diablo on his burrito! The employee gave the kids lollipops on the way out, the restaurant was warm (it was cold out) and clean. Thanks Taco Time!

Was one of my favorite treats but the last 2 orders have had issues that were thankfully fixed at the window (not without some level of pushing for the correction the last time). The taste of the food was great although I feel the value for money proposition is slipping.

Got attitude when I ordered and when I got my order it wasn't correct, only one small bit of cheese in the beef and cheddar and the sauce was not mild it was spicy.

Had the hard shell taco hardly no meat or cheese mostly lettuce. Tasted like the lettuce was old. Had the tater tots they tastes like the oil very old to. very disappointed I used to like taco time a lot not anymore never again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered a large chicken ranch burrito and I got a regular beef burrito instead of my order. I had to eat it because I was starving and I never ate in 11 hours and I called and complain to them about messing my order up and they said to give me a burrito another day if I give them my name and phone number which I refuse because I'm not from here so I told them I'm just going to give them a bad review and here it is

ordered a burrito combo for dinner, it cost me $16. When i had my first bite of the burrito it was very cold. I had to go back and ask the representative to replace my food with hot food as it was all cold.... the representative said that the food was hot when they gave it to me so i would have to pay again. i just wanted hot food from the start.... i guess that is too much to ask.

I had ordered 5 tacos and the taco shells had mold!!! I do not recommend going there at all. I returned and got my money back and will never go to another taco time again. Btw I ate 4 before I turned the light on inside of my car and seen the mold. Dry old wraps on every one of the tacos I ate. If I didn't turn the light on I would have never noticed. I feel sick to my stomach and really hope I don't get food poising. I would give them no stars if I could....

I paid for 12 tacos. I only received 9. After spending 30 minutes repeating the same story to a lady that was barely listening, I got transferred to the manager who told me there was nothing he could do and he told me to just order 3 more tacos. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Waited in line behind one fellow for over five minutes. Seems that drive thorough took main priority, we were both ignored that entire time. Walked out and into subway next door, and buddy dropped what he was doing to immediately serve me.

Over priced, small portions. At the end of the day the taco you're buying for $3 or more per piece just isnt a 3 dollar taco. Barely any meat, mostly lettuce. If you're craving tacos and willing to spend that kind of money for them, your money is better spent at the taco stand in the farmers market, where you get a larger taco fresh vegetables and homemade taco shell, guacamole, and salsa. Taco times prices are just not justified for what they sell.

Forgot my salad dressing so my meal was really plain, lettuce tasted old and asked for extra sour cream and didn't get any. Not really impressed and for an 18$ order for a small amount of food I'll never eat there again.

Went here at 650pm this evening. Was not impressed. 11.60 for a poutine, brewhouse has a way better poutine for 10.99. They ask for a tip at the drive through, which in my opinion is rude. The poutine was cold, cheese was not melted and fries were soggy. Absolutely pathetic.

Best taco time in Grande Prairie in my opinion. Good food and good quality, staff is great as well making sure you have things like napkins and sauces for your mexi-fries without even asking which makes you feel like a valued customer.

Recently been to this 10119-117ave (on the by-pass) location, amazingly friendly staff, awesome food and good portion size. We were a party of five and were given immediate attention and even though the joint was super busy at drive through, we were served our order in super short time. All good for this store and expect us to come back soon.

I came in today and staffs were great. The one on the cash was very patient and took time to happily explain the vegan option in detail. She didn't rush me even though it took me a little bit to decide on my order as I dont eat out much. Great customer service!

I ordered from here on Dec 31st 2021 and the 2 regular sized burritos had little to nothing on it. The meat was half of what I usually expect as I have ate here many times before. I also ordered a taco salad like I have many times before and it was a quarter full, when regularly its to the top at least. The bowl also only had half a teaspoon of cheese on it and super old and dark coloured guacamole. I payed $60 and couldn't figure out for the life of me what I was even paying for. I called to mention and they basically said "I think we did it fine so talk to skip the dishes". In absolutely no way is this skip the dishes fault the driver just picked up and delivered and that was the only part that went well on this order. I eat here all the time but refuse to go back. I will wait for the new Taco Bell to open.
