This particular Quiznos is not well run. Although I enjoy the menu, I've had poor experiences here, such as finding the plastic corner of the soup bag, that was cut off to open the bag, in my bowl of soup.

I just love Quiznos. The went back to adding the veggies to the sub before going into the toaster! The staff are usually friendly. My husband and I have been regulars there for about 3 years now.

We love the staff here. Always nice and fun to deal with . A little more expensive than Subway, but I tend to prefer the food here. Keep an eye on their daily sandwich deal, which adds a bit of value.

My friend and I went to this location on Sunday for lunch because it use to be my favorite lunch place the service was always great and staff always with a smile on. Well the service this time was completely different! the staff were not friendly no eye contact and staff would ask you questions about your meal while mumbling and looking down instead of looking up at you and asking and speaking loud enough to hear over the glass. this resulted in both of our wraps being made wrong and when brought to the owners attention he automatically got defense-of and tried to put the blame on us as to why our wraps were made wrong and his solution was to offer us another wrap but were where already half done and had no need for another wrap and we were not looking for anything but for him to know of the problem and to has his staff be mindful of it as the owner he wouldn't let us talk and kept talking over us saying "i cant fire them" we were not there for a fight or any problem but to enjoy our meal and when this happened we thought we would let him know as the owner and be aware of it. He claimed to be in the food industry at both mic mac mall and Halifax shopping center for over 20 years but really seemed inexperienced when dealing with staff and problems and especially customer service.

Stopped in today (Good Friday) for a chipotle steak and cheddar sub, staff member (Harman) was very busy with take out orders but was prompt to provide me fast and top quality service. I absolutely love this place and the staff that work there. I’m greeted with smiles, respect and small talk that makes me feel as a valued customer. The folks that work there, and the management clearly have created a phenomenal workplace culture that’s contagious. I’ve seen many different faces there over the years but you can be sure that the service and amazing food remain the same. Thanks for the great food today Quiznos & Harman! ❤️

Staff was not knowledgable what so ever told us to refer to the signs on the door for the specials! You cant see whats there for veaggies its all done under and behind a counter and if we didnt ask wed get nothing on it. Defiantly w9nt go there again

Way better then subway and cheaper by a bit too. Honestly wish there were more of these around now instead of burger joints and coffee shops. My main problem (actualy positive) is the bread smell lingers on everything. It's real bread not the plastic grease roll you get at subway, the smell overwhelmed My car airfreshener and lingered for a week.

Generally good place, staff, food, etc. Store was being cleaned thoroughly as I came in, so no complaints there as other reviews have. Staff person serving me seemed a bit out-of-it though, and had to guide them through ringing me in twice so that the charge for a cookie and drink were rung in as a combo, and not as separate items, costing more. That part is fine, I don't mind checking my own stuff, but as I got home with the sandwich, I've come to realize that my sub was made with cucumber instead of green peppers. Honest enough mistake, but these are fairly different vegetables, aside from their colour.

A bit pricier than its competitors, Quiznos offers a variety of unique and delicious artisian sandwich options. With an easily found location, and a beautifully kept store its no wonder Quiznos is often frequented by many visitors to the Bayers Lake area; staff are incredibly friendly, orders are made accurately and to your specifications, prices are a bit higher but still reasonable for the quality of food you receive, product is delicious and usually very filling, washrooms are kept pleasently clean for customer use, the inhouse lemonade is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is all around enjoyable. If you're in the Bayers Lake area and haven't given them a try yet, I would definitely recommend sitting down for a bite to eat and saying hello to the great staff onsite

This location is a no-go. Make the trip to Dartmouth! Time and time again over the last four months the staff have been rude, incredibly slow (not paying attention) and they consistently mess up orders. Mistakes happen but every visit here seems to be a mistake now. Multiple times I have requested to have a very small amount of sauce on my sub and time and time again they either ignore the request or seemingly put extra sauce on. Every sandwich I’ve ordered here was so soggy that it wasn’t even edible.

Short version: do not go here. Drive to Dartmouth to get your Quiznos fix. Manager here is a horrible man and the food so-so. Long version: We came in with a promo code from out cellular provider. We were accused of lying by the store owner/manager, and he made me feel about two feet tall because he was so angered by having to give us the free subs we had the promo for. He accused me of getting aggressive and told me to calm down, despite me just trying to explain I hadn't been there before and didn't know what sub I wanted (because he asked me 4 times what sub I wanted and I didn't know). The location was also clearly in a state of disrepair, and the food prep surfaces looked aged and worn. Will NEVER EVER visit this location again.

Stopped into Quiznos due to having promotional offers for both my phone provider as well as through their own app for free subs. The two young gentlemen who assisted were very nice and talkative, a pleasant conversation. When the manager or owner of the location tried to assist with the QR codes and asking what he wanted though he was very confrontational towards myself as well as my girlfriend the entire visit, even telling her to calm down when she was as pleasant as could be. He soured the experience and left us with a bad taste in our mouth (which was later washed out by the delicious subs, good job guys!) and at this point we're not sure if we'll be returning to the location on Chain Lake Drive, and rather pay the bridge toll to go to the location in Dartmouth Crossing.

Make sure your credit card is accepted there before you order... because certain credit card won't work there and the employees would tell you that something is wrong with your card instead of accepting their mistake. Better go somewhere else

In my first experience here the woman who took my order did not pass on my information to the person making my order which resulted in cheese being added when I specifically requested no cheese and when the person making my order confirmed with the lady who took my order she didn't really seem to care. She was taking payment and then when I had finished, she immediately started talking on her cell phone. The washroom did not appear very clean, the waste basket and the paper towel dispenser looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I'm also not a fan of there being a tip option on the debit machine for a restaurant that serves basically fast food. Otherwise the food itself was actually quite good, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

Owner is cheap and almost always there. Keeps bare bone staff that seem more tense when he is present. Felt the need to make 3 comments about how wasteful it was that I didn’t tell him I couldn’t have ranch before he put it on the bread and that he would have to throw it out. I love Quiznos but have not observed pleasant things when this owner is present.

The food was fine. Eventually. I could swear- or at least affirm - that I ordered 3 combos. I paid and the total looked right, then we were one soup short. They ended up giving me a turkey soup and I offered them some money for it and they said I owed them nothing and just take the soup. The food, as I may have said above, was tasty. Go there and eat, make sute your order is as clear as you can make it.

For 10 years Quiznos is the only place we eat while on the road. This location makes THE BEST sandwiches of all Quiznos locations. Too bad we live 2.5 hrs east of this location.

Hands down better than Subway. I love the sammie, so much better then other places with their wraps. You can also get lemonade, Fanta or Coors Lite here! Bonus! Those are my 3 favorite drinks.. Typical sandwich joint seating ...nothing fancy. But they do have self serve extra sandwich condiment.

Horrible service. Meatball sub of the day.....no marinara sauce.No offer for a sub to replace.Put Meatball sub through oven with 2 meatballs then passed others through the back side half way. While I was paying I pick up pizza and it fell to the floor. No offer to see if it was ok or make another. No smile, hard to u understand. Not returning.
