Garbage they don't return emails or phone calls. They will confirm your rental and then not show up when its time. Shut your website down if you aren't gonna show up.

I would give them less then a 1 star if possible. Worst service ever. Zero communication skills. No email or text back for days on end when my daughters birthday party was 2 days away. Then when I sent a message saying that I cancelled my reservation, they immediately responded “perfect thanks”.
