Over priced for grease, leave someone at the table, otherwise you lose your table and receipt. Staff is ignorant, when one of the trays are empty, you wait for about 15 minutes for them to fill it.

I highly recommend Mama Pandas for a family gathering. Our group of 20 were treated with utmost respect. It was very comforting the way the workers catered to my family members. Tasty food, clean facility, great food selection, and reasonable pricing. We went there to ccelebrate my late daughter Bella's 29th birthday. Thanks for making this celebration of life a beautiful memory for everyone in attendance. ???????????????????????????? Mama Panda rock!!! Hoot! Hoot!!!

Women at the front was horrible! The lady cleaning the tables and buffet wasn't any better. She stopped in front of me every time I was going to dish up. Finally I just said ok...I'll just wait for you to finish before I even bother! Not to mention that she was waiting for me to hand her our plates over to her!? The oysters had a surprise of little hard crabs in them that nearly chocked me! Guess it just depends on what day you go. Food not to bad. Customer service needs major improvement!

Where to start. I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 5. Not only was the food terrible, the employees rude, but they were also dishonest. I went to mama pandas with my parents, and niece. We left, and I know I accidentally left my phone on the table. I immediately realised when I got home, and drove back. I inquired about a phone on the table, and was met with silence and odd stares when I first asked the two women who were responsible for clean up. I then talked to the "supervisor" and her initial response was hostility. She pushed a phone toward me and said "call 911". I told her it would be silly to call 911 as this is not an emergency and I'm not looking for trouble. Her exact words were "Trouble? OH we love trouble. We welcome trouble". I knew they had security cameras, and when I first asked to see them I was told she wasn't allowed to view them, nor was I. So I called the local police department. When I told her I was waiting for them to call me back, she then asked for the time I was at the restaurant and said she'd go check the tapes but I couldn't go. Needless to say she said she didn't see a phone. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

The food is good. I find the dinner price a bit high at $20. But it includes soup and salads, Canadian and Chinese offerings, dessert and drinks. All in all it actually is a good deal. The roast beef was delicious. The Chinese food was tasty. I would go again.

Horrible service!. They don't clean your table until you're done eating and ready to leave. And this is a buffet place so there's a pile of dirty dishes half way through your meal. And they charge you upfront for the food AND ask for a tip! I only tipped 10% because I knew there wouldn't be much 'service' to speak of but I even regret that amount given how horrible the service was. They don't deserve a tip. And the food quality is equally appalling. All the chinese items are fried with lots of salt and sauce and no real flavors. You don't come to a chinese buffet for gourmet food but there are plenty of places that offer good variety and decent quality foods, compared to these garbages. Same for the western food. Dirty floor, dishes, messy counters. I do not know what the appeal of this place is and I will never go there again.

Their chicken wings don't have nearly as much taste as they used to, they used to have a beautiful Spice in it but now it is flavorless batter. The price has been jacked up, and I don't think it's worth that much. Three thumbs down. I use to love this place ????

Customer service was terrible, we were greeted with only the price. The selection was incredibly lacking for a buffet, and the food mediocre at best. With 1 desert option of dry chocolate cake. We sat in an empty table, and were there for roughly half an hour before anyone came to clear any of the tables around us. As we were finishing up, yet another rude woman walked to our area letting other a loud sigh, picking up the dishes and tossing them in the bucket clearly annoyed. She then walked to our table, didn't greet us or ask if we were done. She rudely reached between us and took everything off of our table. This is not a restaurant, but if you enjoy glorified food court style service I'd highly recommend this place.

Heard a lot of bad things about this buffet restaurant. To tell you honestly, its not really that bad. Place is a bit old and you can see it in the interior. Price is cheaper compared to other buffet restaurants in town. Drinks are included in the price. They have happy hour from 2-4pm and price is lesser. Food is decent. There are times that some food were not fresh and noticeable. Not much of an option for dessert but they have selection of fruits. Still a good value for money.

Screwed up our order the first time delivery and had to argue with the manager for a discount on the dish they owe us. Won't deliver out here on the reserve of tsawwassen first nation unless it's a $40 got to spend. But it clearly says minimum of $ 40 free delivery. They charge an extra $5 for less then $40 but still won't deliver here.

I couldn't understand why all these 4 star rated places made me want to puke and made me angry, when all the food in the city is bad your standards start to drop, I wasn't as disappointed as I thought I would be. The best place to get a buffet and probably the cheapest place for the amount of food you get, although the prices have gone up in the last few years. Great place to take the family. I used to work there and they don't need much information from you to work here just prove that you can do the work they are very good people that expect you to do your work and will pay for it. The best day to go is Tuesday for taco Tuesdays and for under 20$ a person you can stuff your face

Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Two hours later I was peeing out my butt. The people were very rude... They charge at the door as you walk in, thought that was kind of strange... After eating it, I understood why. Too many people wouldn't want to pay because it is HORRIBLE! So glad I put a 0% gratuity due to the rude hostess. She looked like she took 3 Zanex before work. Nobody seats you, picks up your dirty plates, fills your drinks, etc. I would say it was bad service, but it was nonexistent! Ice cream and fountain drinks were good though, except the Dr. Pepper didn't work. Bummer. If I could have scored a zero stars, I would have! Thank you, Mama Panda!

Went for lunch today and was advertised 12.50 each for two plus tax. Person at till rang up 31.90. She said this included tax. I said with tax it would be 26 or 27 dollars. She said it does it automatically and I can't reverse it. It appears a large tip is initially put on at door, so we left.

Have been going here for years. A fast experience. Go in pay, grab your food, chow down. A great price all you can eat. Over the years various management changes but as of this review the food was fresh and we'll cooked.

Just ate there with my wife and kids who are still toddlers. Within 20 minutes of leaving we both got sick puking at home. During our meal I mentioned to a bus girl that all the food I had tried was not hot it was below room temperature like cold with no heat on it for awhile. She said ok and never came back to our table. Now we're home and not feeling well. This will be going to the health board in alberta.

I love this place. I went here every Saturday for lunch for 6 months. I never got food poisoning. The food was really good. The workers were always going around cleaning tables. If me and my colleagues got up to get more food they were there picking up what was left. Highly recommend this place.

Food is worse then bad camp food. Some of it tasted like freezer, most of it deep fried, and tasted like fryer. Extremely poor selection to top it off. Don't think I will come back. I've been to much better buffets. Picture of over deep fried chicken wings that I couldn't even eat included.

We went there for dinner last night .
