The burger was relatively plain I found the actual patties to taste relatively bland. That being said they are big portions for what you pay but ilthe flavor really isn't anything to write home about. That being said the gentleman who took my order kind of seemed done with the place and wasn't friendly at all. The rest of the employees seemed quite friendly though. All in all they found their burger gimmick but it isn't anything to write home about

Well the server was nice, staff seemed friendly, ordered my meal to go... got to work and opened the bag up... I got 1/2 a serving of fries... like seriously, about 10 fries in my container and about 5 more in the bag. And I paid for a regular (see my pic of my order stub) The burger was good but man did I feel ripped off. Unlikely to return. If it was at all possible to leave work and physically complain, I would have.

These guys make a fantastic lettuce wrapped burger! I've only ever been impressed with the quality of food for those that need to eat gluten-free. I also live that you can order as many, or as little, of the toppings as you want for free. This is a great perk to be able to customize your Berger!

Not worth it and here is why: Pricey... Yet they use cheap fake like cheese They smash the meat halfway though cooking it removing all the juices out of it, breaking a golden cooking rule. The wait sucks for fast food where you can buy a burger that's just as good for cheaper somewhere else. The burger was good, not great but yes it was pretty good, the fries were good, the price is a killer, the wait sucks and in the end I couldn't believe i paid for plastic cheese. 2nd time going here came here when they first opened doubt ill return. Go to fatburger or more budget friendly pita pit.

They were really kind and food tasted great! Our fries were all potato skins, we had to ask to change it and Ronald changed it right away, no questions asked, basically he was supper nice The Korean girl had a mask on but seemed to smile and definitely brought up the stores moral. Overall, the store did great, all employees were pretty good on teamwork and getting the food out fast

Absolutely astounding experience. The burger and the fries were the best I’ve eaten in Grande Prairie. Also the customer service was delightful. “Sorry about the wait” he says as he hands me the burger after I had waited for no more than 1 or 2 minutes. I would have considered it no inconvenience to have had to wait hours to be able to sink my incisors into such an excellent meal.

Okay, I went here because I hear such wonderful things about it. Do NOT go on a Saturday Evening because it's DISGUSTING. Honestly, it was FILTHY inside. I couldn't even eat my food in there so took it to go. Apparently because I took it to go, it's not as good quality. Apparently the food is better eaten freshly served in the restaurant. I ate with friends and they told me it's not normally like the shape it was in. Burger was decent, I prefer the salted fries over the cajun seasoned fries. It's "build a burger" style, so that was new to me. Not LOTS of topping options, but just enough to create a good burger. It surprised me to see free Peanuts. Lol. BAGS of them. There's an open box full of them at the food pickup counter, and you can scoop a bunch into a paper bin. All peanut shells apparently end up on the floor, all over the tables, anywhere apparently. I found it all gross. I hit it on a bad day apparently?? I would go back to give it another try.

I waited for half an hour for two burgers then when I got them my burger was missing some ingredients plus the bun with super stale it was sitting on the burner forever and it was cold I watched my burger sit there for roughly 5 minutes so that they could get the guy that came in for skip the dishes I was number 72 and they somehow served number 74 all the way to the 80s before they got to me I'm extremely disappointed and I will not be going back even though it was my favourite burger place in town until today

when you walk in the staff is friendly enough, had shake and cheese burger. the shake was excellent but the burger was awful it was the cheese which made it inedible for me. it tasted a lot like the smell of vomit. the crows ate it though , first time and last time I will pay $10 for a cheeseburger. aside from the smell of vomit there was no taste to this burger three stars for the shake

I like the idea that bunless is an option (lettuce wrap) Staff are friendly, and to be frank, I am glad they don't have a drive-through that's given priority.

Delivery driver showed up with half the food. I showed him the order in my phone and he litterly treated me like a piece of garbage and told me it’s my problem call the store. The store tells me it’s skip the dishes problem, call them to get a refund. Meanwhile I’m stuck with half a dinner. Honour your orders. It’s both your faults.

We went there yesterday for the supposed 'best burger' around the bacon was totally burnt for everyone huge pile of it the fries were way too salty kept trying to rub it off unsuccessfully so couldn't eat many having high blood presdure,they no longer give away peanuts and who knew the 'best burger' has processed cheese not real cheese slices on it, definitely not worth the $35 for two burgers and fries and 1 pop,on a positive note the fries taste great with the peanut oil now all they need is someone to put some care into thier cooking.

It might be best to order from the app, if you have a large order. The burgers are great, sort of classic America flavours (my kids don't like the cheese, but they get spoiled on gastro pub style burgers) Overall, I find the pricing really high for what it is. I would buy the burger, maybe fries (but they are not my favourite) and buy a drink somewhere else. The fountain drink quality coupled with premium prices are hard to swallow.

I had the pleasure of stopping in for a late night bite here before the new Covid restrictions take effect. 5 guys is quite consistent as a general statement, both in food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant but today was certainly a stand-out for me. I was the only person in the restaurant outside of 2 take out / delivery pick ups. There were were 4 staff working at the time - 8:45 - 9:15pm. 3 males and 1 female. I was greeted warmly and served happily. My order came out in a timely fashion and was exactly as I had asked. Good quality was excellent. While the staff weren't cooking, they were cleaning, so diligently, all of them. The female was sweeping and tending to the seating area and each of the males were scrubbing various things in the kitchen area - grill, countertops etc. It would have been so easy to sit and do nothing so late at night but the staff here clearly takes pride in their restaurant and it shows. A true pleasure of a 'fast-food' dining experience.

Best place to go for a great fast food burger! They make their pattys gluten free, so you can always get a lettuce wrap if you have such dietary restrictions. The staff work together fairly well in such a fast paced environment. Definitely would reccomend.

Loved the veggie cheese sandwich and they have awesome fries done in 100% peanut oil, which makes it so my son-in-law can eat them since most things are done in canola oil and he's allergic to canola oil!!! All the food is great but I do find the price a little up there for ‘fast food’, but I’ll have this over other fast food any day. Milkshakes are delicious, I usually just get those and fries! :)
