Brought it down to 3 stars from 5 as great food but when you get a $5.99 meal deal and upgrade fries for $1 like you normally do and they charge you almost $10 when it's normally around $7, while not even fixing it is brutal. Was going here a few times per week but having this happen 2x by the same person taking orders I will not go back if she's taking orders

Usually great food. Asked for no cheese as I have an allergy and usually they do great so I ate my food. Halfway through meal realized that there was a big slice of cheese on my burger and I have to get on a 2hr flight in a bit so it's wrecked my day knowing I'll be in severe pain. Hesitant to order again.

First time being there was a great experience overall, the inside is very clean and feels almost like new! The staff were fantastic and cheerful, made it a lot more welcoming into the restaurant. The food was quality and I definitely will be coming back soon!

Let me tell you how Carl's Jr saved my marriage and maybe even a few lives. My wife is a wonderful caring woman with a heart of gold, but sometimes she gets hangry (Hungry/Angry). So very hangry in fact that I fear for the life of anyone within the blast radius of this ticking timebomb. I accept this risk but I refuse to let innocent lives get taken down with me. By chance I stumbled upon the quickest acting medicine for hangry known to man, crisscut fries dipped in plum sauce. Amazing! From 100 to 0 safely within seconds. This anomaly has no scientific explanation and I'm smart enough to not question devine intervention. I was given this knowledge for a reason, to save lives! I'm only here to spread the word so other married men can pass on my knowledge if an "accident" were to ever happen to me. Go forth and educate, for the good of mankind.

eat here occasionally, and typically the staff is friendly the food is fairly high quality for a fast food joint. but coming in today I was extremely disappointed in both areas. when I got to the window he asked if the order was correct and I told him it wasnt, which apparently he took offence to as he gave me the cold shoulder and wouldnt even look in my general direction after that point (not that I care but considering how my burger came out, it seems like a factor). after I got my burger I went to take a bite and was greated by a mouthful of almost entirely ketchup and mayonnaise, and after further examination found that he put an extremely excessive amount of mayonnaise on both the top and bottom bun about 2 centimeters thick both sides, as well as a few of his long black hairs, very appetizing to have in my burger I paid $13 dollars for ????????. genuinely disgusted by the lack of respect and care for a customers health, will not eat there again until the issue with that employee is sorted out.

Their chicken used to be the best in town. I dont knos what even happened. I asked tonight for fresh cooked chicken and i got rock hard, old, and tiny chicken. Im so mad. What a waste of money. I dont think im going back ever again. This is the second time this has happened. I tried calling to complain and no one answered(same as last time this happened).

Ordered a couple burgers, one was ordered “easy sauce, hardly any sauce, just a little sauce.” What we got? Two drenched in sauce burgers. One was so smothered in sauce that the burger was lubricated beyond its capacity to stay together. The other was dripping out sauce. Not sure why a simple adjustment to the level of sauce can not be acquired. Maybe next time. The shakes were great. The fries were as expected. The burgers were not as ordered. Or I would not want to know what regular sauce would be like. I guess if you want an order of mayo with a side of burger, then this may be the way to order from here.

The food is good. It's like a franchised food truck. It tastes real? Unlike McD's entirely modified food that makes me feel sick after eating it. Carls jr has a wide variety of burgers, sides, and shakes. Diablo burger is spicy and good. If you can handle jalapenos you will have no problem with the Diablo. The big carl burger is 2 patties with cheese. A decent burger. The fries are not anything special but they are good. The shakes are really good too! Would recommend.

They are good most times, but on some occasions they canbe be a little weird, no sauce/gravy on the poutine's, not really consistent among the emplees, some I get lots (which is awesome ) other days, stay consistent plus and you'll do better. Great food and atmosphere although the last time I had a burger there I got violently sick 3-4 hrs later. The burger tasted alright the second time but not nearly as good as the first time I tasted it, just after purchasing it. It seems like the sauces had digested so it was a little dry when the well chewed bun and burger left my esophagus. Keep up the good work!

Burger Lovers Unite! A must stop when in Grande Prairie! Only tip: ask for your patties to be extra hot! Makes the burger even better! I love Carls Jr, wherever I go, if there is one, I'm there for my meal, Exactly how you would expect, similar to burgerking, paid $9 for the cheapest meal deal. Wish I got the lattice fries.

I had the lettuce wrapped thickburger, and it was a great lettuce wrap! A few things we noticed, unlike other fast-food restaurants which are often often cooler inside, Carl's was warm inside. This was a pleasant surprise as we spent time talking here, not just getting up and leaving because it was too cold. Well done Carl's!
