Great food and atmosphere. I was delighted to see that everything was homemade onsite. We had a delicious lunch special and great coffee. Took some baked goods home ;o) Owner said she does catering as well so I'm going to order for next office meeting. I would definitely recommend!! I will be back...lots!

Kathy's Catering was hired for my wedding. The food was just okay the desserts were just okay and they sent over dirty table clothes. They were also 30mins late getting to the hall to have tea and coffee ready after the ceremony. Overall we didnt have any complaints about the food and it was a buffet style so there was lots of food but my husband and I were not overwhelmed with excitment about the food. It was just okay. Budget wise they worked with us which was good and price per person was very reasonable. Just make sure to ask lots of questions and try the food before signing anything.

This is a great little gem of a restaurant in Sydney, Nova Scotia. I travel quite a bit for work, so I'm always eating on the road. Sometimes, I just get tired of your typical "restaurant food" and I wish i could bring my kitchen with me in the car. Well, I obviously can't do that, but Cup of Joy is the next best thing. You won't find anything processed or frozen here, everything is fresh, homemade and delicious.

Have been there several times, great spot for breakfast or lunch. Food is excellent and fresh. Their waffles are fantastic and the coffee is great too!

A work group donation for meals for a family that needed to focus on other things, after a funeral service sandwiches and veggie platters…. They have been nothing but professionals and helpful. At every occasion they provided excellent food and service. They go to great lengths to meet your food and budgetary requirements and the staff is well trained and courteous. Poor Customer Service. Hired for my wedding. My late night food never arrived. I called the staff and they came back to the venue and informed me that I never ordered late night food. Of course I did order the food and was very upset at being told I was in the wrong. It was not until over a week later after I contacted the owner that I finally received an apology. Definitely too little too late. Significantly tarnished my wedding night.

Kathy's catering catered my Mothers funeral luncheon, there was not enough food for everyone who was there, many people did not get to eat and now we recieved an invoice for an outrageous price. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Kathy's Catering has amazing food and service! We planned a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary Mock Wedding for our parents and Kathys delivered all the plates, cups, cutlery and linens the night before! Then delivered the yummiest dinner! It made the party, everyone loooved the food! Thank you Kathy's Catering! ???? Highly recommend!
