However, after a confrontation I had with an unmasked person/couple roaming the store to confront customers with conspiracy theories and breaking public health protocols. The store advised that due to store policies, they can't do anything to force people to follow public health regulations, thereby not protecting the health and safety of other customers who do follow the requirements.

Totally not impressed with this store today..price went in wrong with item told the cashier..she had no problem adjusting the price without looking or confirming..but as soon as i told her its free( store policy)then she said she had to call and check ..losing my patience because i had everything checked in ..ready to pay but had to wait another 10 minutes for her to fix the problem when she was all ready to adjust the price previously. After the first few minutes of her looking dazed and confused i ran through the store to get her the tag of the price. Her attitude was very inappropiate and as much as she was making me frustrated i did not tell her what i really thought of her customer service. Not impressed!

I normally use the PC Express online pick up at Atlantic Superstore Liverpool which is super - friendly, professional staff who are always helpful and efficient, but going into the store has generally been a completely different experience. Deborah the shift “manager”, who I have made many complaints about is rude, never helpful and when I tried to use a family / friend’s discount I was informed about through my family member who works there, Deborah spoke to me as if I’d hacked the system to save $15 - all in front of staff and other customers. As a professional (yes tell Debs I’m not a thief) who works in labour market development and employment, I was also floored when I said who my family member was (in Deborah’s staff) yet she kept telling me “I have no idea who your family member is”. She spoke to me as though I was trying to con them ! It was humiliating! What a way to value your employees and customers. I will be shopping at Sobeys Liverpool from now on because they are always helpful, professional - and my family and I value that in the services we choose.

Hello, as a frequent shopper at GB Superstore I had to comment about todays visit. I frequently buy Scotsburn coffee creamer possibly 3-4 at a time. The price is good, generally. I asked at the courtesy desk for a raincheck for there were none on the lower shelf. The girl said because it was not in the flyer and it's an in-store special she could not give me the raincheck. Always check the expiry dates, there are a lot of goods out of date in the store. I've brought it to the "produce manager's" attention and was told he was going to speak with back shift about it... I keep checking the products, and after months they are still there. Mary & Belinda at customer service are exceptional though! Super friendly and eager to help!

Reduced staff in favour of automated checkouts, Produce very limited, over priced and of poor quality Sales items not always available when sales start. We drive down from Cheticamp for a wider range of food. A little disappointed to drive 2 hours and find the store lacking in organics. The fridges in the health food section are gone and they seem to have stopped selling certain products :( Two weeks til Christmas and no Tofurky roasts? Suppose the Sydney Superstore will be where we get our groceries from no on.

Was Just at Atlantic Superstore in Glace Bay. Clementines were 2.99 a box. When I went to put them in my cart I noticed 4 were mouldy and others were soft..I checked other boxes and those were the same. I took them to the produce manager and showed him and told him how the boxes had mouldy produce..He said that is why they are being sold so cheap. I said really?..you are knowingly selling mouldy produce..I thought that was illegal. I have been a customer
