(Translated) Our experience was correct, but nothing more. The pocket service of our waitress greatly influenced the somewhat flat experience. She was not warm and there was always something missing. She asked half of the table if they wanted to drink something, then she left, leaving the others like "eille! Can we?" One person never had their appetizer and the main dishes arrived. Another person stayed with his plate finished for 1 hour, while all the others were cleared. The "soup of the moment" that I ordered tasted the Habitant cane soup. Elle demandait à la moitié de la table s'ils voulaient boire quelque chose, puis elle s'en allait, laissant les autres comme "eille! Pis nous?" Une personne n'a jamais eu son entrée et les plats principaux sont arrivés. Une autre personne est restée avec son assiette finie comme 1 h, alors que toutes les autres étaient débarassées. Le "potage du moment" que j'ai commandé goûtait la soupe Habitant en canne. La bouffe était correcte, mais trop chère pour le goût et la serveuse était pas dans son assiette, faut croire! On ne retournera pas.

If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and have been using a meal delivery service like livefit or good food STOP! You need to give épicure traiteur a try. I've been ordering the 10 meal health box for a few weeks now and every meal I've tried so far has been delicious! The quality of food is fantastic and everything has been cooked and seasoned to perfection. I'm honestly amazed at the meals they've providing me for the price that I'm paying. 149.00 for 10 meals, so same price you'd spend on the same amount of meals with livefit and just take a look at these meals people. I used livefit for 2 weeks so I know you definitely aren't getting anything even close to this from them. My family has used good food as well, which is good...but you still have to prepare the meals. With Traiteur everything is ready for you. Just warm up and enjoy! So if you are in the Ottawa/Gatineau area give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Delivery is also available for a small fee.

Epicure catered a small cocktail-style reception for us (on very little notice), and couldn't have been happier! The server was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious with tons of variety. I would recommend Epicure without hesitation!
