Left 20 people looking for a restaurant at 7pm on a Saturday night. They got lost and couldn't find the address... With today's technology this excuse is really unacceptable. Then they refused to take ownership of their own lack of common business skills (research address before leaving, have a working cell phone while on the road and (OR) at least write down a phone number of a contact person in case of a problem on the road!) AND are not refunding the down payment made. No excuses, if you are going to run a business do it properly. Our association lost money and time doing business with Les Filles Des Laurier.

Catered a friends wedding, they were unorganized and the food was cold. Didn't even have enough salad for the group and had to run out to buy more. Not worth the money you pay. Service was terrible. Running after them for food for your table because they didn't serve everyone before serving another table. Would not recommend.
