Chef Thierry catered our August 2021 wedding. Chef listened to our intent and made great suggestions to choose from. Food was out of this world delicious! Our guests talked about it all night! Very flexible in providing GF and DF choices. Plates were nicely decorated, right temperature and served on time. Highly recommend! Also try their ready-made food to enjoy at home. Fantastic!

(Translated) Hello, We had a cold buffet. We had the sandwich platter, with a choice of 2 salads, a MINI plate of cheddar cheese and a carrot cake that wasn't a cake. Really disappointing given the amount spent. Lack of seasoning for both salads. The potatoes were hardly cooked in the salad. Also, the carrot cake was very dry and hard, tasted nothing, more like the consistency of "carrot" bread. Out of ten people, everyone was of the same opinion. We called just to comment, but got no understanding from them. I'm really disappointed!! (Original) Bonjour, Nous avons fait faire un buffet froid. Nous avons pris le plateau de sandwich, avec choix de 2 salades, une MINI assiette de fromage cheddar et un gâteau aux carotte qui n’était pas un gâteau. Vraiment décevant étant donné le montant déboursé. Manque d’assaisonnement pour les deux salades. Les pommes de terre n’étaient pratiquement pas cuites dans la salade. De plus, la gâteau aux carottes était très sec et dur, ne goûtait rien, c’était plus la consistance d’un pain aux « carottes ». Sur une dizaine de personne, tout le monde était du même avis. Nous avons appeler pour simplement faire part de nos commentaires, mais nous avons eu aucune compréhension de leur part. Je suis vraiment déçue!!
