Easy to access this hotel from the 401 exit. Staff friendly and helpful, room quiet and breakfast good and ready early.

Last-minute stay overnight. The staff was excellent in checking us in quickly. The room was clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Nice surprise to see a hot complimentary breakfast the next morning and it was also very good. I would definitely stay here again

The room was clean, the bathroom was stocked adequately! There were no issues with the TV nor microwave, or fridge! Everything was working well! Thank you.

My wife and I decided to take a break in our travels and checked into this excellent property. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our room was well lit, spacious and clean. We had an excellent nights sleep which is unusual when travelling. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We hope to return in the fall.

It was nice getaway. Hotel was nice and clean but only one elevator.

Unfortunately couldn’t sleep much. Lots of noise from AC unit and the fridge made lots of strong noise Instead of more nights. We cut our visit by one day and we checked out. Sad

The hotel is nice and clean and the room has a lot of space. The front desk receptionist was so nice, she gave me an upgrade to a suite and was very helpful. It's right on King St so it's close to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Gananoque

Big rooms and great jacuzzi suites. Knowledgeable service desk on arrival of available local attractions in off season.

Lovely location and helpful staff. Hotel was quiet and relaxing and the breakfast service was much appreciated during COVID. Beds were quite uncomfortable though so some improvements are suggested to make the stay a 10. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, including a local brewery, shopping, displays of street art, parks and trailhead for those who like to explore the outdoors. After a short walk, I went back to the hotel and had a very relaxing night.
