Amazing !!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My first time trying Ethiopian food was less then a month ago in Newfoundland and Hana’s is by far the best I’ve tried! As soon as you walk in you can tell how much she cares about her restaurant. Very friendly, great place to eat thank you again so much!

Wonderful, tasty place to eat! It had been a few years since I had eaten Ethiopian food and was hoping Hana would satisfy my craving. It did! I would heartily recommend this restaurant for both the food and the service. I will be back again!

Delicious as usual! I've been eating Hana's food since the Northside Market opened a few years ago. I was glad to see that she has finally opened her own café. The big secret here...is that she does coffee. And by "does" coffee I don't just mean serve it...she roasts it too. And if you choose the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony she roasts it for you TABLESIDE! ????☕ I didn't have time to try the ceremony today (it takes 45 minutes) but I definitely look forward to having this unique experience! I did have a macchiato though, and it was tasty...

WOWWWW - Honestly, this food has blown me away every time I eat it. The flavours are incredible. I typically get the 3 item combo with green beens & carrots, potatoes (can't remember what they're called, but there's just one kind so don't worry) and lentil. Absolutely delicious. We look forward to eating it often haha. This is a MUST TRY!! I'll be going back again soon, Thank you!!! ^_^ ❤

Food is awesome and reasonably priced, super flavourful and tasty. Lots of vegetarian options and injera means celiac friendly :) Their spice mix is killer, very worth asking for some to take home if you want to enhance your home cooking. Hana is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely continue to make this a regular spot. A hidden gem of Fredericton for sure!!

I eat here every week and the lentils are amazing! They come with enjara which is a fermented flatbread and they go so well together! Also Hana is so nice and friendly everytime I come in. Packed full of flavour and priced really well, I recommend this place to everyone!

The food was so good, lots of flavour but not hot/spicy. Generous portions, reasonably priced and comes up quickly. Open kitchen looks so clean. My kids scarfed their lunch and want to come back asap - that's a great review! We had only the vegetarian options and were very happy.

Three vegetarian combos between my wife, myself, and my two kids (7 and 10). Everyone left full and very happy. The split peas and the lentils were both great - excellent consistency and flavour. The kale was also quite good. Friendly, courteous, counter service. Would come here again, and so would my kids.
