The two stars is for the food which you can't really screw up. The other missing 2 stars is for the staff, they sit you and then "hang out" while you're being ignored if you eat there. I also home delivered 3 times over a week, Twice it took them almost 2 hours to show up. I got a 50 percent discount for cold food the first time, free the second time... Sigh... But still. The manager was helpful so a star for that.

The food is always good and consistent. What made the difference last night was our server Darcy, her professionalism and happy demeanor was superb. Although a minor mistake was made in the order, Darcy was genuniely apologetic and made sure things were resolved correctly. We made sure she got an extra tip because her concerns and efforts to ensure we were satisfied where over the top... The owner(s) and managers should recognize Darcy for delivering excellent customer service... job welcome done Darcy! We will be back because of her service.

We always get decent service. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. The food is decent but I find has lost some quality over the years. I like the quenchers but they always seem to run out of syrup or the fruit they are a good alternative to soda and less calories. I always enjoy the Jambalaya Fettuccini but this time it lacked the amount of sauce they usually put on.

This place is very close to my work place. Always go there with coworkers for lunch. They have very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staffs to help with food. Never had bad experience yet! Today had Thai Crispy chicken wrap. I never had it before. It was way too good for me. Love it. We were 20 people in the table. Everyone loved their food. Store has two sides, family and bar. I like both sides. Lots of TV display, neat and clean store. Washroom is clean. They always have notice for customer to inform, if it is dirty! I don’t see this type of notice before. Variety of sitting arrangement there. Nicely decorated. However, there is not enough parking spots. I love this store and recommend others to try this place.

Took close to 15 minutes to get served, the guy that arrived after me and sat at the table next to me was served before me. Once the waitress arrived I ordered a drink and my meal and never saw the waitress again as she was too busy hanging out with her friends. I would have enjoyed a second beer... I won't be back.

Boston Pizza in Timberlea is a great place for a meal and a few drinks, and especially so if you're looking for a place to watch sports. They have most UFC fights, hockey and football matches. The food is what I consider fast restaurant food. Not quite "The Keg" but a few steps up from McDonalds. The atmosphere is usually nice, though on busy nights it's very loud and there will be a lot of yelling over the roar of the crowd and the music. The bar side is considerably louder, so if you're out for a social visit try the restaurant side.

A few days ago I wrote a 2 star review of this location .I was not in a great mood when I wrote it :) I am not a Boston Pizza fan but we were cottaging, it was raining and had 4 teens to try to keep busy. If you like Boston Pizza this is a great location. The wait staff was excellent. My earlier post was more about Boston Pizza in general and not this location in part .

Absolutely horrible service. Cant speak on the food OR drink cause we waited an hour before we received either. We had someone who had to be at work within the next and were told that in the EMPTY restaurant they were "Slammed" staff was absolutely disgustingly disrespectful. I hope our waitress enjoyed tipping out to the chef for half our food being made without a tip cause she certainly deserved the lesson. **Edited to add** contacted the restaurant about our experience. My husband and I dined at BP early afternoon yesterday. The Waitress was sweet, very good at what she does, most helpful. The atmosphere, lovely on the patio. Great, comfy chairs. However, my pasta dish was sub-par for the price!.There was no luncheon menu, or, if that was a luncheon menu it was very pricey! My husband's small pizza was satisfactory.. He enjoyed it........We paid close to $80 for lunch, .which included wine&beer. I doubt I will ever go back. A bit over the top for pasta that wasn't the greatest. I have had multiple orders for delivery messed up. The last one I called in and at least offered me a credit for what was incorrect. I used to work at Boston Pizza myself in the past and it isn't that hard to read special instructions. I think half the battle is that they redirect you to a call centre instead of talking to someone in store. Food typically tastes good, just a lot of issues with special instructions.

Order the market spinach and shrimp salad. Forgot to mention dressing on the side I asked the waitress when she walked by to change it. She came back and said it had already been made. My came on the wrong size plate (I've eaten this salad a bunch of times before, it always comes on a bigger plate) dressing was overkill beacose it was on the wrong size plate had to pitch my lips on every bite to drain the dressing off. Beer service was quick. Alway have had troubles with food from here keep coming back and disappointed every time.

I used to love this place for it's food and service. Now every time I visit, the floor and the seats are dirty. The tables are not cleaned properly. Soft drinks are flat and some servers are not up to par. Also, the bathrooms are not maintained well either. The garbage by the sink is always overflowing. Poor management.

Used a gift card to get Date Night Pizza and Wings combo, two 13” pizzas and 18 wings, got take out. I liked that the pizza boxes were sealed with a ‘sticker’ as were the boxes with the wings. The food was great. The pizzas were generously topped and the wings (we had them deep fried) were fantastic. However, we had a slight problem with one of our pizzas and I called them and they apologized and offered to cook us up another pizza right away but I was unable to go back so I was given a credit for a medium pizza. Their customer relations are great.

Just want to give praise where praise is due. As generally people like to make complaints heard I feel a great experience should be recognized. Had an amazing evening with my family there the other night, able to dine in. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. Michael was our waiter and was amazing, very energetic, and pleasant to talk to. Quick to notice if we needed refills or anything else. It wasn't overly crowded, but had what appeared to be 70% of tables filled. Only had about 15-20 minutes between ordering our food and it arriving.

We were travelling to Edmunston, NB from North Sydney, NS, to stay overnight on our way home to Ottawa, ON, so I ordered online, choosing the restaurant due to it's proximity to our hotel. with a pickup time matching our expected arrival of 7pm, and pre-paying the $153 and change with my Canadian Tire Mastercard. We arrived at the restaurant early, at 6:45, and went into the Shopers Drugmart next door to buy some soda and bottled water to kill time, and then went to collect our meal at 7. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready yet, and we ended up getting our order at 7:10 instead, not a huge gap. At the same time, we observed that the restaurant was severely understaffed, which is an altogether too common occurrence in these times. We drove the 6.7 km to our hotel, with two of our three boys, and got checked in, etc., while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. Finally we began to eat, and the food was delicious as always, however, being diabetic, I had ordered the build your own pasta with the meatballs and chicken breast for the protein, paying extra for each, but had only received the meatballs. By this point it was 8 pm, so I called the restaurant, which took a couple of tries before anyone picked up and then we were hit with a mad burst of static when I did get an answer. My next two calls went unanswered, so I asked my wife to call, and she was able to speak to someone right away. The woman as most apologetic and immediately offered to have the missing chicken delivered to the hotel. Not wanting to cause further stress to all involved, I just asked for a refund, and the woman said that they were very busy just then, and took our number, saying that the Manager would call when things had called down. Sadly, that call never came, and at 9:45 I called again and asked for the Manager. He came on the line right away, apologizing that in all of the commotion, he had forgotten to call. In any case, he again offered to deliver fresh chicken, and I deferred to a refund of the $4.99 charge, plus whichever tax. Due to certain privacy restrictions, he could not simply refund onto my credit card, so he took our details and drove out to the hotel, bringing me a $10 bill as refund and reparation for the inconvenience. He was quite embarrassed over the error, but of course we are all struggling. We had some bumps along the way, but in the end all was resolved and a great meal was had.

Ordered food through Door Dash last night and paid $3 extra PER lasagna ($6 total) that we ordered just to get extra sauce on both of them. Went here recently with my family in the middle of the day thinking it would be slow. Well it was crazy busy because a couple hockey teams showed up (probably unannounced). You could tell they were understaffed for the crowd but we stayed anyway (lol). We were very impressed with the service and attentiveness we received. I come to Boston Pizza for their food, and their Spaghetti. Some pros is that the staff are always friendly, no matter where you sit. They're very fast in getting to you at the beginning, and they're quick to help you. The cons, sometimes the staff are a little hard to get a hold of. They might be better having summon waiter buttons, so that their sweeps won't end up missing the booth that wants the bill. The food is on point. My favorite is the carnivore's pasta dish.

Last night we went to celebrate my sisters Birthday and it wasn't the experience we expected from here. There was 12 of us but the restaurant wasn't busy and still the kitchen was messing up everything. My parents had each a full baked potato with there order one wasn't cooked and the other was a baked potato soup (so much sour cream). Another guess got the lasagna and the center was so cold but by the time we got our plate she was so hungry she just ate around it, so by this we know there not freshly made (we were even told there cooked from frozen and the kitchen staff forgot to do whatever they need to do to cook the center). My wife wasn't asked if she wanted pepper/shedded cheese on her cold pasta, I didn't get any dipping sauce with my cold yam fries, my son didn't get his dessert with his kids meal, my sister didn't get her birthday dessert (even though we made sure to advise the staff it was her birthday). The service and food is normally great but last night it was horrible.

As I pulled into the parking lot with my daughter, our sitter and a friend of mine, I saw three men in the parking lot. As I got out of the vehicle a phone was launched toward my vehicle flying over the roof behind our car. I didnt let the girls get out other than to go to the bathroom after ordering and back out to the car. It's a rough town... the family aspect of Boston Pizza is definitely not at this location. Food was good the girls said. I personally haven't eaten there in years. The quality changed. Sad :(

I went to the restaurant at 6:30 pm. Bar was about 60% full. I sat at the bar for 8 minutes before I was asked if I wanted a drink. Steak was a 3 at best(20 $) had to ask for garlic toast ( part of the meal). Second beer was almost 1 hr later. 2 waitresses stood across the bar from me (5 ft) did not even look at me. The only bright spot was the young waitress who brought my apple crispy.

Won't repeat..... Probably the second worst BP's experience I've ever had ( the other one was uncooked chicken at FSJ BP's in 2012). When we order over priced appetizers " To Start" I expect them to come BEFORE the main course....not at the same time.... The appetizers for 14.00 each were way over priced for the amount of wings you get ( 6 each plate see pics)... What are these made of friggin gold chickens? A large ham and pineapple for 30.00 should be cooked, so combined with having it sit for the short time it took to down the tiny order of over priced wings ...it was cold globs of soggy undercooked cheese. Also no utensils.... But the pint of Canadian was cold and frosty so 1 star it is. Not worth 70.00.....

As per usual the service was great the facility was incredibly clean and the food was awesome my family and I are die hard Boston pizza goers and we will continue to be. Have to change my review from 5 to 3. Wife, myself, and son went in for dinner. Was a wait, no big deal. 3 tables left over the span of us waiting, and at least one was empty and clean while the takeout and Skip drivers were attended to and the staff walked on by without acknowledgement. Went next door to A&W, spent half the money and had a ten times better experience.

About 40-inch TVs almost entirely furnish the walls with American football and hockey. The waitress was very helpful and present from start to finish. We arrived around 4:30 p.m. (no wait) and took the appetizer to share, pizza, pasta and burger. Great food and plenty of water. The price is correct for the quantity. The toilets are those of the hotel, so a little detour. It was generally clean. (Original) Lieu accessible à côté de l'autoroute. Récemment décoré et très aéré comme espace. Le temps des fêtes est mis en valeur et il y a plusieurs espaces adaptés selon le groupe. Des TV environ 40 pouces meublent presque l'entièreté des murs avec avec le football américain et du hockey. La serveuse était très serviable et présente du début à la fin. Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h30 (pas d'attente) et avons pris l'entrée à partager, des pizza, des pâtes et des burger. Bonne bouffe et l'eau ne manque pas. Le prix est ben correct pour la quantité. Les toilettes sont celles de l'hôtel, donc un petit détour. C'était propre dans l'ensemble.

I always enjoy myself when I go to Boston Pizza. Perhaps it's my small town Alberta upbringing, but seeing these dotted all over the country always makes me happy. The quality of this particular restaurant is fantastic. They just underwent a facelift to spruce up the place, so that is nice. The only issue I know about this place happened to my friend and they rectified it immediately for him so there isnt really much to say about it. Obviously if you want to get your hands on some world class fancy food this isn't your place, but if you want some constantly good food and great service this is the place to be. Plus the bar is open pretty late.

Generally speaking, I am a fan of Boston Pizza. My most recent visit to this location was pretty disappointing. The staff was clearly not expecting the volume of customers they had for a mid-week lunch, but they also didn't deal well with the volume. The wait for a table was reasonable, but the wait for a glass of water--let alone our order--was very long. The server lady never came to refill our drinks and neither bother to check with us about food as we ordered food with Guacamole but couldn't find it in food. Finally after enough wait my husband went literally back of restaurant to ask about refill and one more salsa dip and not to charge for Guacamole as she might forgot to tell chef. Still didn't hear sorry for not taking care of us at all from start to finish by anybody and even for payment I had to go back and ask can someone come for payment? Suprise isn't done yet, in the bill there was charge for extra salsa dip which wasn't charged in our previous visit even I asked two extra salsa at that time. Just WOW. Not just hoapitality but charges too depends on the weitress whom u r dealing on your visit. Is it really chain of Pizza where things varies? Thank God she didn't charge for our refills. Well there wasn't crowd at all. It was just two tables. I'll never go to Boston Pizza again, Never. And already informed all friends what can happen with them if they visit Boston Pizza, at least at this location. Request to the replier, if you can give at least refund for salsa back, I would really appreciate as don't know whom to talk at this location as no authentic person is available and just can't deal with zero etiquette waitresses here.

Ordered a simple pasta, was expensive, absolutely flavourless, and a chore to eat. Shrimp were also poorly done and tasteless. Cheesy bread was probably the best part of the whole meal, and it wasn't even good cheesy bread. If anything else was open, I wouldn't have been fooled into thinking BP was worth my money. Don't make my mistake, literally anything else would have been a better idea. Next time I'll opt for a bowl of cereal.

Was 1/4 full when we arrived with a family of 6. Waitress was attentive and we got our drinks quickly, food was mildly cold and the steak was slightly tough but the service was great. Not a pleasant atmosphere if you enjoy bright airy places.

I'm a regular to the Boston pizza all across Canada this one from far is the worst at least the waitress was polite but service was extremely long for drinks and the kitchen. We were 3 two of ad our meal 20 minutes lat he got his fake tacos. And the big Dipper barely any meat. Last year same place was better

Server was friendly, seating was efficient, but the food left a lot to be desired. My wife ordered the chicken Caesar salad. Serving size was pretty generous. It barely tasted like caesar salad (which one might think would be a prerequisite for the dish), and the chicken was super bland, probably boiled and totally unseasoned. She didn't eat much of it at all. Our toddler had the Bugs & Cheese (macaroni and cheese kids meal). It was just a bland Alfredo pasta that didn't taste much like cheese, but mostly just of garlic. Normally he'll eat a few servings of Mac and cheese of any kind, but wouldn't take a second bite of this. I had the Margherita pizza. The toppings were pretty good, but the crust itself was barely evolved from a disk of cardboard. Probably mass produced and frozen. Even so, it was probably the best dish on our table, and I was starving so I didn't really care. After we actually started eating (the server asked as we began and hadn't really tasted much yet...it takes a minute when you the a toddler), we never spoke to our server again, and got the bill from another server, so I didn't get a chance to say anything about it in person. Definitely not even close to worth the $50 (no drinks) that cost us.

Always good food and service but way too pricey for what you get. No consistency between different Boston Pizzas for menu items though. Only go a couple times per year as it is not worth it.
