Buffalo Catering Company was amazing all around! My husband and I booked them for our wedding and ended up postponing it by a year, due to the pandemic. Throughout it all they were very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments from wedding guests. The stuffed pepper mac n cheese and the wine braised pot roast were our favorites! The employees were also amazing during the reception and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. They made our wedding day so special and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

I have not had the food from Buffalo Catering Co. because after seven weeks and at least as many phone calls, I have not once gotten a call back with a price quote. After my initial contact with a guy who was apparently filling in for someone, I was told I would get a quote within 24-48 hours. That did not happen. I called back several times over the following weeks during normal business hours and never got a hold of anyone. There wasn't even a voicemail service to leave a message. Five weeks after that first call, I finally got someone on the phone. There was no record of my original order request, but I was told they would follow up with the person I originally talked to and get back to me. A week later I had still not heard anything. I called back and talked briefly to the owner. I was again told he would see what had happened to the original order and call me back. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard a word. I called again today and had to talk to a third person. I told her that if they really wanted my business, they could call me back, but four hours later I still haven't heard a word. Even if I do hear back, I don't think I could trust them to actually get my order right and show up to the event.

Buffalo Catering Co catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. Julie was so helpful with planning and executing the day off. Definitely recommend their services and the food was delicious. All of my guests raved about them.

So far everything is going smoothly. It was my daughter's first meeting for her wedding next year. The coordinator is excellent and accommodating. She even brought out the chef to discuss some particulars who also was a pleasure to deal with and offered some very good and worth while suggestions. We are looking forward to the business and relationship that we are about to build.

The Buffalo Catering Company provided us food for a Stag party of 40. The food was delicious (plenty to go around and very reasonable), they were on time and everyone enjoyed the fresh and top quality products which topped off an excellent celebration. I would highly recommend them.

We use the Buffalo Catering Company on a weekly basis (sometimes multiple times weekly). Their delivery is prompt, their customer service is responsive and professional (as well as patient in the event invoices get delayed---oops), and their food is absolutely to-die-for! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for every company event that I can!

Buffalo Catering Company did a great job catering the funeral reception after my mother's memorial. They helped me determine how much food for the number I specified (which turned out to be very accurate), and helped me pick food that worked well for my event based on their past experience. They came into a church setting, setup everything including tables, chairs, and flow of the room, served delicious food on time, waited on the guests, and then cleaned everything up. The reception was executed flawlessly, the guests really enjoyed the food. We communicated by email and phone, with much more contact taking place during the week before the event. They were very attentive to my requests, including finding flavored seltzer, serving pitchers of water, and separating the meat and vegetarian dishes. We served bruschetta, hor d's and sliders. The beef on weck and pulled pork were delicious. The latkes went in a flash, the spanakopita soon after. I highly recommend this caterer.

We had the best experience with The Buffalo Catering Company! My emails were answered promptly, and even when we had to postpone because of weather, Julie was helpful and professional. Our Backyard Barbecue was brought right on time, set up beautifully and efficiently and all the guests loved the food! It was hot, delicious and plentiful. We'd definitely recommend! I cannot say enough nice things about Buffalo Catering Company! They went above and beyond for my wedding and it was more than I would have known to ask for. The whole staff was really nice and had a great time along with the guests which makes the whole experience that much better! The food was also EXCELLENT! All I’ve ever wanted for my wedding was a taco bar and theirs is delicious and very reasonably priced! The dessert trays were amazing and they even packed up a box for me and my husband to take home :) Extra special thanks to Ashley who made sure I had all the drinks and food I needed all night and even brought and sprayed me with bug spray because they were out biting! I love this company and I’m so so happy that I had them for such an important day!

Used Buffalo Catering Co. to cater my backyard wedding after we had to pull out from our wedding venue due to Covid - 19. Guests were raving about the food all night and are still talking about it a few weeks after. Julie, the catering sales manager, was responsive and dependable, and the staff we hired to keep the food moving were helpful and attentive throughout the night. The price was definitely reasonable as well! We'll definitely be using this company again.

The Buffalo Catering Company catered my wedding 10/2/21 and they did the most amazing job. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the food was out of this world delicious. The staff worked so well with my other vendors and every transition in the night went so smoothly. From the minute we got to the venue to the minute we left they were on the ball and so efficient the entire time. I had never used The Buffalo Catering Company before, but I needed last minute catering services after having to change our wedding plans this Fall. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with in planning our event. The food and service for our wedding was absolutely phenomenal! The food was absolutely amazing, so amazing there was hardly any leftovers! All of our guests raved about the food even weeks after. We had chosen beef and salmon as our entrees, and both were cooked to perfection that you didn't even need a knife, let alone a fork! Salmon can sometimes be dry, especially if cooked in advance, but this salmon was the best I have ever had. So tender and delicious! The servers were polite and professional and helped make our event a success. The whole team was wonderful, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company for any catering needs, they exceeded our expectations by far.

We contacted The Buffalo Catering Company when we had to change the original wedding plans for my son and daughter-in-law. As we had never had their food in the past, we just hoped everything would be okay. Let me tell you, we were extremely pleased with everything from the service prior to the event until the very end of the event. Julie was extremely helpful throughout our planning and she and her servers did everything they said they would and more to make our event run smoothly. The food was amazing and everyone was talking about how good it was all night and they still are talking. Thanks for all you did to help us. We will gladly recommend you to anyone looking for a caterer in the future.
