We had Rich’s catering for our off site wedding at The Bank of East Aurora this past Saturday. I knew going into planning that it was going to be a lot to do but honestly Rich’s was so amazing it wasn’t as stressful as I thought it would be. Jennifer help us every step of the way. Her communication was great and her day of coordinating was outstanding. Jennifer and Erin both went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The littlest of details they handled even though they didn’t have to. They ensured that I as the Bride spent the morning getting ready and relaxing. They made all our requests come true like upgrading to bacon wrapped scallops that weren’t even on the menu (they were absolutely amazing) and. Finding my favorite liquor that’s tough to get your hands on right now happen. Our guest were equally impressed as all of the food was amazing. I will forever recommend Rich’s to anyone getting married in the area. I will forever remember our wedding as the most perfect event and hands down it was because of Rich’s. Thank you Jennifer you made our wedding a dream come true.

Beautiful venue for events! Large open space with lots of natural light as well as event lighting up high. Huge two sided fireplace and "Dabs of whipped cream" chandeliers. Great staff and team of professional chefs.

Their updated interior was amazing. I remember going as a kid and picking up cakes! Went for a company holiday party and had a great time; food was above average for a buffet.

I hadn't been there prior to the renovations but just attended a Wedding there this weekend and thought it was beautiful. They had a large room set up off to the side for the bridal party to set down their stuff, and drinks as well as food were also staged in bridal suite upon our arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the night. The bathrooms were very clean.

Beautiful decor, love the fire place. The food was delicious, steak was cooked perfectly as was the chicken. Usually at a Banquet dinner steak and chicken are over cooked. Then there was the make your own Ice Cream Sundae for dessert, I think they make their own Ice Cream, didn't ask though, the whipped cream was freshly made and decadent.

Beautiful environment. Top notch servers...polite, ready to accommodate specific needs. Appetizers were delish. Quite a paletful variety in the salad. Tonight, beef was tender but chicken a slight disappointment. All in all, attended a wonderful recognition and fundraiser event. Always an event I look forward to.

Our wedding was held at the Buffalo Museum of Science, and the wonderful staff at Rich's made our special day go so smoothly! Nothing was overlooked, and all the staff was so helpful and took such great care of us. Even our card box and gifts were well looked after by the staff. Highly recommend their services and delicious food!

The food there is amazing and the servers are extremely accommodating, hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. Which oddly enough is why I must give Richs a poor review. I was shocked and disgusted to find out that these hardworking servers are treated very poorly by upper management. As I witnessed them taking down the event after I got to talking with one of them. They didn’t want to speak against the company so I will not go further into the detail of the server so as not to get the server in trouble but I kept prying as I was once a server back in the day... they told me of their long days, lack of breaks, dangerous heavy lifting, disrespectful and unprofessional behaviors from management. They once were yelled at for “not smiling enough” well after hearing these stories and seeing their hard work I wouldn’t smile either. It’s a shame to see all these different organizations/restaurants mistreating their lowest paid employees. I hope things there have changed since but as someone who has been in the hospitality industry before I cannot support their business until they treat their servers with respect

Went to my buddy's wedding reception here. Nice place. Food got mixed reviews (might have been the dual entree choices) but I liked it. As a wedding goer, good stuff. I would attend another wedding here. As for planning one here, can't speak to that.
