Horrible service, they are often very late to open, with it happening multiple times in just the past few weeks. The Pizza they make is also subpar compared to what Pizza Hut is known for, it's just not very good. Even if you like Pizza Hut, I totally discourage people from going to this location until things improve massively on the management and quality assurance fronts.

First, take notice that 6 of the 7 people that gave a 5 star review have 1 or 2 reviews. I call fake accounts to bump their rating. This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. When I spend the ungodly amount for a topping. In this case mushrooms, I expect there to be a good amount. Unfortunately that was not the case. Also the lack of cheese was pathetic. There is no comparison to this versus the one on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls. I will not be ordering from this location again. Oh, and get rid of that awful Heinze Marinara Sauce, it tastes like a mixture of Ketchup and dish soap!

Great pizza, friendly staff. The pizza isn't underdone nor overdone, just perfect. I look forward to the pizza when I order from this location, knowing that I'll get exactly what I ordered and it will be delicious.

Kind of slow and awful service. Terrible. Factory like setting. Go to pizza pizza for this type of food. At least they try to make it instead of assemble it.

The first time I ordered from here, it was ok. But it has subsequently gone downhill. The pizza is regularly soggy and tastes like it has some other weird kind of seasoning in it. Definitely not the Pizza Hut I’ve come to expect at other locations. I hope this one can fix its issues.

I ordered a pizza for pick up. I was told that it would be 10 minutes. I arrived to pick up the pizza from friendly staff in a clean store. Got home and had the best pizza hut pizza EVER. Thank you Garrison Road Pizza Hut

AMAZING stuffed crust pizza, BBQ wings, desserts (especially the cinnamon buns!) etc. i would definitely recommend if you’re planning on getting a family event or office lunch and learn ! excellent and speedy service! Such a wonderful and clean environment with great staff! Will always be my favorite pizza place!
