Our wedding catering has been booked through the Pearl Street Catering Company because of their level of service! When my soon to be mother and father in law were coming into town they let us set up a third tour to show them the rooms that we liked so we could make everyone feel included! Their whole team is incredible!

I’ve attended quite a few weddings at Pearl Street and all of them were absolutely stunning, so when I got engaged I was so excited to tour the different venues at Pearl Street. Unfortunately, during my visit, my mother and I were treated poorly and the event coordinator who was assigned to give us a tour of the venue was extremely rude. My mom asked quite a few questions (as most should when planning a special day) and the event coordinator was standoffish and defensive. We would ask questions about pricing and packages and the coordinator would tell us to “look at the folder, everything is in the folder.” ...But we weren’t given a folder when we got there because she was 20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment and rushed us through everything. I do want to say that Diane (who set up our date and time to tour pearl street) was extremely thorough and great at following up with information. I’ve heard wonderful things about one of the event coordinators named Nikki, as well. As for the woman that my mother and I worked with, I was extremely dissatisfied with her lack of professionalism. This was the first venue I toured and it made me hesitant to tour other places because I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy. Had I not had such an unpleasant visit, I definitely think I would’ve booked at Pearl Street, as it is stunning and affordable. I do not post this review to steer people away, but to share in hopes that no other future bride will have to deal with what I did.

We had our rehearsal dinner in the Pan American Room on the second floor (9/4/20), I'm not sure whether to post this here or on the catering page so I'll do both because Pearl Street was simply fantastic. Due to COVID regulations we had to make some last minute changes to our rehearsal dinner space and we looked into Pearl Street. They were very responsive to our email inquiries which was appreciated because of the time crunch. They offered a diverse menu with very reasonable prices. When we arrived for dinner the event space was set up very nicely. Due to COVID regs the tables were spaced out appropriately but the space still had a very intimate feel. The staff was very friendly and provided great food and bar service. The food itself was delicious. We had beer braised pot roast and honey glazed chicken as our main courses and fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, three cheese bowtie pasta and dirty rice as our sides. Every single piece of the meal was delicious, especially the pot roast. Seriously, the pot roast is going to be our new usual dish when we return to Pearl Street. For dessert we had warm apple crisp and vanilla ice cream and, as expected, it was also great. We can't thank the staff enough for accommodating us so well for our dinner. I highly recommend Pearl Street Brewery for an event.

There has been miscommunication between the Vendor and myself. I would have preferred a phone conversation instead of the back-and-forth with emails because its easy for things to be miscommunicated or misinterpreted. A wedding is a monumental event in people's life and during the Covid-19 Pandemic, I never felt any reassurance that Pearl St. Catering had our best interest in mind. For now, I'm reviewing them at 3stars and will revisit this review once our event happens in May of 2021

I have so much to say!! My new husband and I celebrated our wedding reception in the Greenhouse Room this past Saturday. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was set up exactly the way we asked for it to be- more than we asked for, actually. Our wedding manager, Liam, was SUPERB. He worked so hard for us, and we could not be more appreciative. He was always around as a point of contact without being overbearing. We were able to extend our bar package to keep the party going without a glitch, and our bartenders were great, as well, especially with a party of 212 who like to party. Amie was also a great help! When we arrived during cocktail hour, she had appetizers and drinks brought to us right away, and got us updated on how the evening had been going. The food was amazing and the portions were huge! I heard nothing but good things from my guests (we had pot roast, salmon, and chicken Marsala). 5/5 stars! We also hosted our rehearsal dinner in the bar area of the Pan-American Grill, and my shower was through Pearl Street, at Pearl Street at the Webb. In addition, Pearl Street sets you up with a consultant that is with you every step of the way, from your original tour of the venue, to your drop off a few days before the wedding. Our contact, Charlie, was so attentive. He listened to everything we asked for, and was so easy to talk to. He was fun, organized, and caring, and when I emailed him with crazy questions, he responded within minutes. Everything was perfect and we can’t thank them enough!

I had my wedding at Pearl Street Grill & Brewery in the Pan American Room. The Catering Director (Charlie) is absolutely amazing and Alana was there for the day of the event making sure everything ran smoothly. They make sure you have everything you need for your special day and take so much of the planning process off of the bride and groom's plate. Guests were raving about the food and the decor/set up of the room was absolutely perfect. On top of it all the pricing packages are very competitive. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding!

ROBBED on my wedding day .... 10 minutes before walking down the isle the police had to be called and all of our guests staying at the lofts on pearl had to be notified that all of our rooms had been raided by an employee at the hotel. This caused our entire wedding to go late and extreme panic and anxiety the entire night. Pearl street catering did such a wonderful job so it took my many weeks to decide how to approach this review since no one has advocated for my husband and I after this occurred. Pearl street was the caterer for the wedding and they use the lofts on pearl as one of their wedding locations. Both pearl street catering, who we paid for the wedding, and the lofts never took care of any compensation for the robbery that occurred. Pearl Street Catering said that they could not reimburse anything because the robbery occurred at the hotel but the hotel cant reimburse anything because we paid Pearl Street Catering? This is poor business and someone needs to be responsible for taking care of the people who trust them with such an important event. It is a shame that the news of being robbed spread like wild fire and most of our guests only remember the panic it caused and not any of the reasons we actually had the event in the first place. Even now, we are asked if the venue ever made things right when we see our guests, never a compliment on the beautiful, fun, or rememberable evening.

We originally were planning our wedding with Pearl Street Catering to take place at the Lafayette Hotel. Unfortunately with the COVID pandemic, we were forced with a very difficult decision regarding our Fall wedding. Stephanie from the catering team at Pearl Street was absolutely wonderful to work with. Even before the COVID pandemic, Stephanie was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how minuscule. She kept us informed with any information and restrictions that came about as soon as she knew about them herself. She gave us a lot of different options on how we could replan or reinvent our wedding day. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our event and have a smaller park ceremony and dinner so we were not able to use Pearl Street Catering to the full extent. HOWEVER, I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They were so extremely helpful and made our very difficult decision so much easier. We received our deposit back, which was a huge relief to us. I know for any of our future events, we will be using Pearl Street Catering, and we are looking forward to it! Thank you so much Pearl Street for everything, we will definitely be back to plan a party with you guys!

The Venue is absolutely wonderful. It absolutely love the room. The Staff was pleasant & very helpful. The majority of the food was very good but unfortunately the chicken picatta was so over done it could not be cut. I would definitely love to have an event here as the space is so pretty & perfect for many types of events.

My daughter had her wedding reception at the Webb this past weekend and Charlie and his staff took care of everything exceptionally well. The food was delicious (everyone raved about it). The staff was friendly and took care of everything without us having to ask. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue for an event.

Not enough wait staff for the event. People in the front of the room were done with dessert & the last tables hadn't been served their dinner yet. Food was nothing short of tragic. Best part of a prime rib dinner was the vegetables and I had to pick the stems the green beans grew on out of my mouth . Inside is all brick with very high ceilings. Even with a microphone you couldn't make out what people were saying
