Food was good but there was an issue that I chose to keep private as I believe in supporting local businesses. I wasn't happy with the response to the issue as there was no offer to fix it just an apology. Customers become repeat customers when issues are addressed and fixed, the meal was pricey and im left feeling like I didn't get what I paid for.

Was able to work with the incredibly accommodating staff to get a nice small party catered. The quality and quantity of food and the overall service from this Caterer is top notch. Every step was easy and reasonable. Will hire again.

Origionally I thought chef Paul's catering was wonderful. They did my wedding catering it was great tones of food well worth it. But sadly the customer service on the phone for another event has turned me off from them and I don't believe I will use them again due to this. I understand being busy and unable to do the event i was inquiring about can be normal but when responding to a general question with ignorant remarks is a way to lose business. Proper phone etiquette should be maintained.

Amazing Food, Value, and Customer Service! To start- we have been conversing back and forth for our wedding catering for a few months due to covid/date changes and they were so accommodating through it all and had amazing customer service! Kristine was a delight to speak with. For our wedding dinner they brought us a surplus of delicious and perfectly cooked beef tenderloin and BBQ chicken, with great sides, salads, and even desserts and sliced fruits and veggies trays that we didn't even know were coming. On top of that they also gave us complimentary coffee service! Not to mention they also delivered and picked up everything as well so there was no stress/hassle for us. All of this was at a price that seemed too good to be true! We had many compliments and we and our guests couldn't believe the abundance, quality and value and service we received! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality catering and will definetly be using them again for future events! Thank you Chef Paul's!

We ordered the Valentines Day dinner special. charcuterie board..amazing salad for 2...delicious prime rib, mashed potaotes and veggies...melt in your mouth prime rib, done as requested. So yummy!! various sweets for dessert..wow!! DELIVERED!! Super awesome dinner, would definitely order again! Great Job to all the staff.

An amazing company with even better staff! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a wedding or any other catered event. Kristine was so helpful during these covid times the past few months. When the Ford government changed rules and regulations 2 weeks before our wedding she was the first vendor to reach out to help us re-plan and reassess what needed to be done to keep within the regulations. All of our guests loved their delicious food! We have big eaters on both sides of our family and are so grateful for how much food they supply. Usually when guests attend a wedding it’s small portions and big eaters tend to go home hungry still, with Chef Paul that is not the case! At the end of the night we even had a bit of leftovers that they packed up for us to take home. They made dinner/dessert go over with out any flaws. Would recommend to anyone !

Chef Paul just catered my sons wedding and it was absolutely amazing!! We had a buffet for 150 people and the food was plentiful and delicious. We had so many compliments on the food as well as the 3 ladies working that night. They did a fantastic job and we had a lot of food leftover, which they kindly packaged up for us to take home. I would not hesitate to choose Chef Paul for any event you want catered. They were extremely kind and professional! Thank you so much for making our sons wedding reception so successful!

We had a small celebration in our backyard (about 22 adults). They came and set everything up so nicely. Everything was included and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. All we had to do was serve (due to covid). I had so many compliments on the food. Guests came back for seconds and thirds. And no clean up! Just pack all the dishes in the bin and they take it all away. If I could give them more stars I would. It's also a great opportunity to support a local business.

UPDATE: Since the owner has the audacity to talk rude and unprofessional about a situation I was transparent with, and hoped I could give some more information on, I thought I could give some more feedback. My review is in no way about the food or catering. Kristine on the phone was difficult to deal with. I had left a very calm voicemail after I found out that they were not going through with an order we had previously thought was settled. She did not want to pick up the phone twice when I called, so I left 1 voicemail where I in no way raised my tone. I assumed a business would want to hear about something I was disappointed with, as I thought they valued customer satisfaction and would hopefully take this situation and learn from it to help make their business better. In the voicemail, I commented on how disappointed I was, and how I would have liked to of been called instead of emailed about this. We were under the impression that a verbal "yes, we can do this" was sufficient enough when we talked for 30 minutes on the initial menu choices. Believing that the invoice would come later (that night like she said), we stopped looking for caterers, and missed out on other wonderful caterers because it took her a month and a half to decide they couldn't cater my wedding (this was after multiple emails and phone calls checking-in on the process with no response). This review is to hopefully shed some light to the company, as I too had heard great reviews (even from our venue!) This part was the least desirable part of my wedding planning, and I hope no bride should ever have to feel heartbroken like this again, especially during COVID. However, if considering Chef Paul, I urge you to do some deeper digging on reviews other than Google (Yelp and Yellow Pages are a great place to start) as I should have done. I hope Chef Paul takes this as a learning opportunity to help make their catering service more pleasurable, even when faced with difficult situations. I believe it is important to be truthful about situations (positive or negative), so people can make their own decisions. With a company that is very much word-of-mouth, I thought others would want to know my experience so hopefully they don't have to go through something like this. I am not sure how leaving a "negative review" labels us as "bullies" but it seems like only positive reviews are encouraged. Best of luck! ORIGINAL: I had such a bad experience with this company. We had originally planned to talk over the phone, but they did not respond to our email for the time and date. Finally, a week later, they responded and we went through what we were looking for. The lady on the phone said she would send over the invoice later that night because she was busy. Understanding, we waited. A month later, we still had not received the invoice even though we had agreed and confirmed our date on the phone. Three emails later, still no response. We ended up calling them the next day and they said they were not accepting any reservations for our year (despite already confirming our date and not responding to our email while we thought we had a caterer). She said she had emailed us the day prior, but I had never received an email, even though we had been conversing through email for the past 2 months (not quite sure how you could spell it wrong or send it to the wrong person?) We could have spent all of that time looking for a new one. Very disappointed with their services, would not recommend!

We had Chef Paul cater a luncheon for my daughter (the bride) and her girls on her wedding day. The customer service provided (from the initial contact with Kristina and the delivery with Holly) was exceptional! The sandwiches, fruit and veggies and cheese were very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Chef Paul!

They truly care about working within your price point to ensure that you get the best possible value for your money. All of the guests raved about the food! They were also awesome to work with.
