Clean,very good food. Service was abit slow. Waitress/waiter were courteous. They have a little outside patio which is nice and a good view of the #16 hiway if you like watching traffic as you eat lol

I've been here before had a few nice professional waitresses but today absolutely terrible rude snobby just down right unprofessional made us wait for a long time before we got to order when they bought out our food kinda slammed it on the table if looks could kill I would have been dead very unpleasant sinning experience

I was passing through Russell about a week ago and stopped in for dinner. I had a wonderful waitress who said she was new, I believe her name was Shaylee? She was very friendly and made my horrible day into a fantastic day. I just wanted to tell her I really appreciate all the smiles and laughs she gave me. - and the food was wonderful also.

The chicken was badly overcooked. The skin was dark and tasted off, the meat inside was dry. The pieces of chicken were also smaller than I have ever seen at any of the other locations, and my roll tasted stale. My wife was given the wrong dressing on her salad and her garloc toast was cold and stale. The service was poor at best, no one even checked to see how we felt about the food, not even when I was payong for it. It was so far below normal Chickwn Chef standards that I will never visot this location again.

Quick stop for dinner. Lots of take out orders so getting our “eat in” meals took longer than we expected. (We were the only ones in the restaurant too). Russell is a sleepy town, guess it’s expected. It’s a part of the town’s charm! Food was good. Deep fried perogies never disappoint.

Well this started as a last idea what I was going to have for supper on the nite of November 20/21. I fueled up at the petro and I looked over and seen chicken chef . Well I called and made a order and asked how long it would be and as I’m parking outside on the st . I made a joke and make the girl laugh and next thing I know she says 5 mins and it would be ready . Wow I was so happy. I walked in and it was there ready . The girls I talked to was so friendly and laughing with me I felt so privileged and respected. My supper was delicious and I enjoyed it . Tks to all the great staff for helping me get feed and back on the road. Great job !

Recently had a huge birthday party in the banquet room there and we could not have had it such a success without the help and had work of the friendly staff. Jessica the manager really pulled it off for us. Food (Party buffet) was fantastic, ready on time and better then expected, especially for the value. Thanks guys, great job.
