Absolutely stunning views from the living area and patio! Whales, seabirds and the soothing music of the ocean....... what else is there? The owner was prompt and courteous and the check in / check out process was painless. The suite itself was very clean and well appointed.....a very comfortable bed to top quality cookware. All the basics were there as well to get you started.... even homemade jams! I'll definitely be booking a stay again.

Leaving a 5 star review just because this is the close to Pee Pee Island, so a good place to stay on your visit. Take note boys.

Elaine runs this place like a pro. She owner the Leaside Manor previously in St. John's and cares for every one of her guests as she would her children. The place has incredible views, is located in a great community, well serviced with places to eat, bakery, boat tours, east coast trails. Beautifully decorated with a high regard for comfort. Definitely recommend the Whale Watcher.

We stayed at the Puffin (full apartment) & Gannet (studio apartment) with another couple recently. Everything was spotless clean & fitted out with everything visitors could possibly need. In fact, it was very welcoming & cozy....wish we could have stayed longer. The linens/towels etc were very high quality, & the beds were as comfortable as I’ve ever slept in. Amazing place off the beaten path, & just a short drive from St Johns. I highly recommend this tourist accommodation.
