Mr Souvlaki is in my top 2 of go to places for a deliciously hot meal that will fill you up and make you happy. Not only is it feel good food, it’s healthy! Plates have a huge Greek garden salad, potatoes, rice, and your choice of meat. Best Mediterranean food in the city. Portion size, taste, and cost are all hard to beat. They have a wide range of options but they all feel refined and are top quality dishes. Gyro and Spicy chicken plates are a must try!

The potato wedges were mushy, watery and had an odd taste. I just read in the reviews that they're made with a chicken base which is probably why it tasted so odd to me considering I thought I was getting a vegetarian meal.... The fresh vegetables were good except for tomatoes. Falafel was tasty and rice was pretty tasty but I didn't like the texture of it. Sauce was pretty good. Service was good. Price was fair. Not sure what's actually vegetarian/vegan there now that I've read another review, so not likely I'd go again or recommend to vegetarians.

Delicious. They are fast, serve good food and the meat just melts in your mouth. It comes with a large variety of vegs, rice and potato wedges. Theres enough on one plate for 2 meals with friendly service. Its my favorite place to eat out and decently priced. It is also much healthier than fast food.

I had the souvlaki pita from here while waiting for aovie. It was fairly good, and reasonably priced. The staff weren't in a hurry to make it but I wasn't in a hurry either, so it worked out.

Had an interesting time ordering my food here. The young lady behind the counter did not seemed interested at all to be there, nor interested to help. It's sad to say that the salad and Tzatziki sauce are the best part of the plate. The falafel taste like they're old and are hard and maybe fried too long. The rice is dull and boring. I know I should have high standards for a fast food place, but the entire experience from start to end was drab and dreary. I wish I had read reviews before going because now I understand why the other stores have long lines with no one here. Not going to recommend.

Food was terrible and bland. The pork souvlaki was very dry and it seems like it's been there for days. The spicy chicken souvlaki was mushy instead of having real chicken fibers if they used chicken breast. Overpriced for what you get. Do not recommend.

The falafel plate is NOT VEGETARIAN as advertised on Skip the Dishes. My boyfriend and I placed a Skip order two weeks ago. We both got falafel plates, and under one I special requested that anything that wasn't vegan was to be left off. Fortunately for me, a very polite worker called to let me know that **the potatoes and rice are made with a chicken base,** and she offered adequate substitutions. However, this makes it not even vegetarian. It's upsetting because I've eaten here before, the restaurant was even recommended to me by a long time vegetarian. I attempted to contact Mr Souvlaki's head office twice through the website to confirm if this was standard practice, or if it is something specific to this store. I waited a week after both attempts, and have still received no response. That part is not the fault of these store owners, but it is frustrating because I believe that it *shouldn't* be necessary to publicly put a company on blast to get a response, but here we are. If you're a veg*n ordering off Skip or in the Avalon mall food court, you're better off sticking to Thai Express or Mucho Burrito. EDIT: It's been over a month and still no response. Cool. Haven't gone back and won't. /s

(Translated) Burnt & tasteless chicken, more than mediocre shrimp, Greek potato with no seasoning & no tzatziki sauce was delivered with my order as advertised with my 2 meals, the salad is not even the one shown in the photo (no tomato, olive, feta cheese, onion, cucumber), I even had the right to old pieces of gyros on which it is to form a really dry crust on it, I really do not recommend (Original) Poulet bruler & sans goût, crevette plus que médiocre , patate grec avec aucune assaisonnement & aucune sauce tzatziki à été livré avec ma commande comme annoncé avec mes 2 repas , la salade est même pas celle représenter sur la photo(aucun(e) tomate,olive,fromage feta, oignon,concombre) , j'ai même eu droit à de vieux morceaux de gyros sur laquelle c'est former une croute vraiment sec dessus , je déconseille vraiment

(Translated) Dry and uncooked rice through the rice (half n half cooked / not cooked), very dry and tasteless chicken, almost burnt potato and no sauce that came with it when it was supposed to. It is expensive to be very disappointed with the meal ... First and last time I ordered from this restaurant yesterday ..... (Original) Du riz sec et non cuit à travers le riz ( half n half cuit/pas cuit), poulet très sec et sans saveur, patate presque brulé et pas de sauce qui venait avec alors qu'il était supposé. Ça revient cher pour être très déçu du repas... Première et dernière fois je commandait de ce resto hier.....

Rating two stars only because I love the food. Super disappointed in customer service. I am a regular customer, but today I had enough. There is an Asian looking girl whose name I forgot to check to be more specific, but she is super rude, never smiles, never greets, literally counts every single leaf of the lettuce while putting them in the plate, does her best to put as little portions as possible etc, etc. And today, she misunderstood my order when I asked to skip the onions and as a result she put onions which I just can't eat. I understand, it happens, so got back to her asking for a return and a refund and instead of accepting her fault and processing the refund or offering a new one, she was only trying to convince me that I did ask her for onions. What kind of service is that? Will visit again, but will try NOT to be served by her.
