Pretty disappointing. They only offer one type of cheese and the smoked meat was pretty flavorless. The staff were very disorganized and the counter was very dirty. I'm a vegetarian and my partner is not, so it was kind of gross and troubling to see so much cross contamination.

A few steps above the local competition. Quality meat and ingredients sliced to order. Have been here twice, and the second visit was even better than the first.

Essentially an artisanal-style subway. Really good meats and cheeses but prep is very slow. With only one person ahead of us there was about a 10 minute wait. Excellent sandwiches and procedure but could use more options with regards to cheeses and veggies. I'll definitely be going back. Picture is the Dagwood.

We really enjoyed our sandwiches! I had The Dagwood and it was delicious. The freshly sliced meat and cheese was a really nice touch as well. The restaurant was clean and we'll the staff were friendly. We'll certainly drop back again.

Amazing experience and friendly staff. You walk in akd see all the meats in the cooler, you pick your sandwich and they slice the meat infront of you to order. Super melty cheese and the sauce 8 tried was amazing (I had the wild on the beef sandwich). 10 bucks for the sandwich and 3 buck to maoe it a meal. Good price for the quality of the food. Veggies are also fresher than competing places. Will be back to try again!!

Today on May 25, 2021, I had a delicious looking sandwich made for me but I was unfortunately afraid to try it! A tall, filled out young man in his 20s with short hair thought it was “okay” to not change his gloves after touching his phone WHILE serving me. Not to mention he was sweating uncontrollably, I know its probably out of his control but from a buisness standpoint it is not the first face you would want to see! He took my cash while my sandwich was in the oven and then proceeded to use the same gloves to dress my sandwich! Refusing to give me my money back after all that went on, I ended up going to subway for a better sandwich and a better experience. Was really looking forward to trying this place out and was hopefully going to be my new lunchtime spot as I live in the area. Overall I know this worker doesn’t show the true colours of Dagwoods but don’t think i’ll be back again after this experience. Thanks, Steve Bison.

Had a Dagwood sandwich yesterday AND today. One of the best subs in the city IMO. These sandos have the small french bread styled bun which makes for the perfect bread to meat ratio. Ask for it toasted for half the time if you like crispy yet doughy. Not sure if its the type of bread or the quality of meat and cheese but these sandwiches are friggin’ deadly. EDIT: did I mention they cut the meat in front of you ????

Looked forward to visiting Dagwoods, so last night we went in to Danny land. We had two people ahead of us, prep was slow. Then our turn but two food delivery people came in after us and we were told we would have to wait until they were looked after. Don't sound right to me so we walked out. Need to improve on this !

Big 5/5 stars for the three young fellers working there on April 1st. Had some sandwiches to be made, all specific orders, to bring to work One of the bys came and started helping the other while the third rang it all in . Super super efficient but I was at work way earlier than I wanted to be because of their fast service. Also, very pleasant and friendly. Will be back thanks to their service.

Tried the Gino Sandwich. Had some high quality, freshly sliced cured meats along with some standard sandwich accoutrements and their special sauce. Super tasty.

The bread was hard the vegies look like they had been sitting for days I asked if they where busy and thay said I was the first person in hours yet there was condiments and vegies all over the cutting board and the place was a mess

I went to this establishment last night with my girlfriend because we heard of this place through a co-worker. We walked in the building and we were 3rd in line and there was 2 employees working. One of the employees stopped serving someone else and started to serve me with no hesitation which, I thought was weird because they should have finished the other person’s sandwich first before even starting ours. I asked for their Dagwood sandwich and the bab for my girlfriend. When we go to the toppings station I was disappointed with the amount of toppings available along with the sauce selection. The toppings they do offer are cut way to thin and are drenched in juice or breaks apart in the the employees hand from dryness. The sauces seemed good where they had a “original” sauce that had slight variations to it like the “spicy” and “wild.” These sauces were way to watery for my liking but I got the wild one because it sounded like it had promise. We finally got to eat our sandwich and my bun was toasted, my cheese was transparent and the meats were cold. I don’t know if their toaster machine is still new but both of my sandwiches were the same. TLDR: not many toppings, cold meats on a hot sandwich, weak sauces, disorganized employees, 1/5 because they cut the meats in front of you
