We are here about s month ago and loved it, I had the Clancy burger, it was deadly, who puts sausage on a burger? Will be back. Edit: Went here again Saturday night, has the burger and wife had the blackened salmon, both were amazing. Candle lit dinner in a corner booth. Was very pleasant. Thanks guys. Edit: back again after the 2020 pandemic, new menu but the same great quality we are used to.

Very friendly staff, always a drink or food special here too! Food has been delicious and fresh each time I have eaten there! The restaurant has a bar within it, and VLTs. Located within the Comfort Inn hotel, near the airport; free WiFi.

Clancy's has become one of our favorite restaurants for breakfast as well as lunch / supper. The breakfasts are consistently good and they have a variety of options. The suppers are equally great and the recent launch of their new menu makes it a place that we highly recommend everyone should check out even if you're not staying at the hotel, this is NOT your typical hotel restaurant. Service is always friendly, efficient and when combined with reasonable prices makes for a great dining experience.

Great service, the waitress was very helpful and friendly but a tomato and lettuce sandwich with a handful of fries should not cost $16 plus tip.

Restaurant is a bit dated in terms of a dine-in experience; but for Airport Heights residents looking for a great take-out/pick-up option, the food is actually quite good! If you keep to the pub fare you'll be very pleased; clubhouse and hot turkey sandy's are AMAZING! Very little wait time, very reasonably priced and the staff taking the orders over the phone are fantastic!

Not returning! I ordered wings with a side salad, medium sauce was full of sugar, so sweet. Told the server how I can't have that much sugar, she just went back to tell me how much sugar is in a serving and said that's out sauce. I had to leave the meal, got charged for a full meal and no option to reconcile my meal at all. Go somewhere where customers are respected

Updated April 17. Still amazing and suoer friendly staff. Cant recommended this hidden gem enough, fish is great and bread pudding is still killer!! Amazing experience, from the food to the staff I aas definitely impressed and will strongly recommend!! We scallops to start and they where amazing, not too sweet or salty. I had the pineapple crush burger, they make the burgers in house and you can tell!! My girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich, she also really enjoyed! For dessert we had the bread pudding also amazing. Really good restaurant and a hidden gem, prices are fair and tge place is clean. They have high chairs for small children and kids eat free with purchase on an entree. Didnt get photos of the food when it arived because it was so good!!!

We did the take out this noon, seafood chowder and chicken casaer wrap, the soup as lots of potatoes and carrots, and it is cold on the bottom, the wrap is only 2/3 size of the regular one

If you want amazing food, good prices, and amazing staff, visit Clancy's for an amazing meal and a wonderful evening. I can't single out one individual staff member because they are all wonderful people and great hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your dining experience and your evening out. I eat here every time I'm in St. John's.

This restaurant has always had great chefs, great food and great service. I'm after trying almost all the items on the menu from chowder to fish to steak and all have been fantastic. Tonight we hit the brew n burger competition that's taking part in restaurants around the city and sampled the Pineapple Crush burger. Absolutely awesome and got my online vote. Check out the pic and don't pass up this burger !!

Highly recommend the Cajun chicken penne, couldn't believe how good it was for a 'pub' type atmosphere. Food was 5 stars, however the service was lacking. The place wasn't overly busy so the food came quickly, which was nice, however we weren't checked on to see how everything was, we had to go to the bar to ask for more bread, and we were done our meal before offered any type of refill on our drinks. My grandmother tried several times to get the attention of the waitress to get another beverage however all attempts went unnoticed. Otherwise I would recommend.

The best food I have eaten since getting here. Worth every penny. I have the Clancy's House Salad. To die for and the goats cheese was heavenly. Pulled pork on a bun was so good I kept eating past the point of being comfortable. The meal started with a nice garlic bread and then Sweet Chili Bits that were tender and crispy and delicious....I wish I hadn't bothered with eating anywhere else on this trip.

Pros: Good service. Close to the airport. Interior is alright. Good in a pinch. Cons: Fairly limited menu. I Used to eat here quite often as I stay there for work but the food quality just isn't enough to stop me ordering take out or taking a cab somewhere else. Food quality is 2 stars.
